The Double Tree was a perfect place for me to stay for a quick business trip. I would stay again.

An ok hotel. Service was mediocre. Internet was down from the time I checked in and until I checked out.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and was not disappointed. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. If needed, I would stay again.

Good value for the money. Not the newest hotel, but a nice bar, attentive staff. Free internet, free Wolfgang puck coffee in room.

Stayed here to just get out of town for a day. It was a very clean room and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever had in hotel. Also it was very quiet. The only cons were the hot water was just barely warm and the hotel had a stale smell too it. Once you opened the door and let it air out a minute it was fine though. Our stay was short, but very satisfying. The room was generous in its size and furnishings and very clean and well maintained. The only downside is its proximity to downtown Livermore. If you plan to do everything by car it is a great value.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We will consider staying there again.

Everything was great but what I was told on the phone and what my reservation said about smoking in the room were not true the desk said in no way smoking was allowed in the room but was allowed on the balcony which was no problem but hotels.com and the hotel itself need to get on the same page!

This was the perfect location for us as we did business in Livermore. Everything was good at the hotel. The only criticism is that the heater/air conditioner was very noisy. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel worthy of its 3-1/2 star rating. The warm cookie upon arrival is a nice touch.

I love the location, breakfast choices, in lobby bar, cookies and comfy beds. The staff is also helpful and attentive. I wish the double queen rooms had refrigerators, microwaves and bathroom ventilation.

We had a great stay. The gal at the desk was so sweet and informative. O and the cookies are the best and warm. Yum! We had dinner there in the hotel restaurant and it was wonderful and very reasonable! We even took our own bottle of wine and they did not charge us a corkage fee, so we left a good tip for the very NICE waiter!!! Would surely stay there […] again!!! 더 보기

The room had a strong stale smell for some reason. Was nonsmoking so shouldn't have been smoke but very unpleasant to stay in.

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice accommodations. But when I wanted a "real" dinner without driving miles away I took a chance on the in-house restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised. Nice menu options, reasonable prices, and most importantly the quantity and quality of the food was good.

We were very surprised at the quality of the hotel. Much better than expected at the price we paid. A great value for the money. The room was very clean and spacious with good lighting. This is not a normal Doubletree. I don't know what it used to be, but it was an old, funky hotel that has been redone. The first room we had was on the first floor and the whole floor stunk. We moved to the 4th floor which was much better, but the whole place was just "stale". It needs new carpeting and drapes at a minimum to bring it up to snuff.

We stayed at the hotel with our grandsons, 8 and 6. Since we didn’t know the area very well, but wanted to keep our grandsons entertained, the front desk staff was great in helping us find things to do in the area, movie times, and directions. The boys had a great time and can’t wait to go back. Thanks so much.

My sons and I recently stayed five nights at this hotel. We had stayed there in March also. I noticed that this time the management has cut back a little on things. There was no Starbuck's coffee in the lobby as before; there was no water & lemon in the lobby as before. They still had delicious chocolate chip cookies upon arrival though. We stayed on […] the first floor this time, and I noticed that the carpeting was dirty. The personnel at the front desk were very friendly and helpful although scarce in the evening. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft mattresses. The soap and shampoo smelled great (citrus)! The TV reception was very good. There was a problem with the printer in the office downstairs when we tried to print our boarding passes. ( We ended up using our cousin's computer and printer.) We would stay here again. 더 보기

My first disappointment was not finding a luggage cart to take my bags to the room. I later discovered it was kept out of sight by the elevator. There was no in-suite refrigerator. It was 97 degrees out and needed to keep food items for our long trip cool. No complimentary breakfast, just the over-priced coffee shop type breakfast in the AM. The room […] was nice. 더 보기

This was my first and most likely last stay at this hotel in Livermore. I usually stay at another hotel in the Livermore area, but I wanted to try it out because I have always had favorable experiences at other Doubletree locations. The interior of hotel and the service displayed by the staff was first rate. Our stay was very good. Very close to everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We will definately stay here next time we are in California

Best place I've stayed in a long time. Welcomed with warm cookies, Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea available in lobby; nice coffeemaker in room. Spa-quality bath items (lotion, face wash, etc). Staff was pleasant and helpful when we needed tape for shipping wine back home. Livermore is CHARMING. Our family of four was comfortable in a room with two double beds. The gym was nice with the free weights. The kids enjoyed the pool - however, a spa would have been nice.

We got a really good deal on this place from hotels.com and we loved our stay here. The hotel service is very good, and staff is very friendly. We asked for bottle opener, some maintenance, dishes, and silverware in the room and all was available in no time. One more time, great place!

They have a no pet policy, no exceptions. The room smelled terrible, I have perfume allergies and it smelled like they spilled a bottle of cheap perfume rather than clean the room. The toilet was backed up so they switched rooms at midnight, and rather than help me move my bags they said, "oh, you can just leave them". Very nice! Lots of great TV options, extremely comfortable bed, nice room, very friendly staff. Would have preferred wi-fi over plug-in DSL connection, but I was impressed with everything else. I will definitely stay there again!

We got a non-smoking room, but somebody had obviously been "braking the rules" since there was a faint cigarette smoke smell in the room and a burned hole in a chair. Also, our room service was late and we had to call Careline to remind them to bring our breakfast. Everything else was fine. The DoubleTree in Livermore was very comfortable for my teenage son and me. It was in a neighborhood that is fairly close to our relatives. The beds were extremely "cushy" and comfortable. I believe I've never slept better in a hotel. Livermore is in a beautiful area. The downtown area has many boutiques, restaurants, etc. There are many wineries in […] the area.
