This hotel is centrally located, the room is comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for clothes, lots of good-quality hangers (I find that I usually have to ask for more), nice bedding. Most comfortable bed! Nice people, clean and prompt service.

First, the lobby was beautiful but the room was smelly. The decor was outdated. The carpet looked like it was from the 1930's, the room was small and gloomy. It was so hot as the AC rattled so badly that we choose to stay hot rather than hear the rattle. Then worst of all, I lost my cell phone and thought it may be in the room. We were almost out of […] Dallas & called the hotel to see if it was turned in. No one would look in the lost and found. I asked to speak to a manage and was told there was not one there. I left my husbands cell number and asked for a call back to discuss my phone and no one ever even called me. In my lifetime, this is the 2nd worse hotel ever, 더 보기

It was an awesome experience, except my ccard was charger twice by the hotel for 25.00 each-after I had paid in full through Hotels.com. I did not have any extras at the hotel..???

We loved the location. Easy to visit gallaria and Addison. Free parking big feature for us. The hotel is beautiful and room was big and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Cleveland checked me in, and has to be the NICEST and most polite staff at any hotel - and It travel every week for my job. Rooms were very clean. My only complaint would be mildew in the grout lines of the tiles in the shower. The restaurant was closed when I checked in at 8pm, and the charges for room service were outrageous (I think it was $3 for […] delivery to your room plus 19% gratuity added on) so I went down to the hotel bar and ordered the Avocado Club Salad with Grilled chicken. Restaurant service was poor and price expensive. The salads warm & what was supposed to be hot food, was luke warm. Pasta was mushy and corn overcooked. Need to also offer more alternatives on buffet. Not worth the money. Go to Lubys around the corner or Salt Grass across the street.

We were attending a wedding there so it was very covenient. Everything was nice but what stuck out was the bed. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept on at a hotel. I didn't want to get out of bed. Nice!

I had lived in Dallas previously and still have a difficult time find the Hotel the first night. It is just a little tricky getting to, but once you find it then it is so easy. There is also a running/walking track closeby at the community college, so that is a great addition. Every part of our stay was very good Except The Pillows. The pillows were not, NOT comfortable. Other than the pillows, it was a great stay. We will stay again and bring our own pillows.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding. The group had a large block of rooms and the Presidential Suite. The evening before the wedding, we were at the bar and requested coffee, to which we were told we could go to our room and make. Finally (45 mins later) room service brought the coffee. The day after the wedding, the bride called from the Presidential […] Suite requesting a sandwich and she was told that they wouldn't make one because they were serving breakfast. She asked if they had anything premade from the night before or just some meat and bread they could slap together. They told her they would try but no promises. I loved this hotel. the ONLY problem I enecountered was the A/C. I lowered the temperature from 70 degrees (when I walked in the rooom at 4:00pm ) to 67 degrees because I like my room nice and cool. We found it disappointing that the room had no access to free wi-fi, as most accomodations these days do. Otherwise, we were very pleased.

Had stayed a different hotel the night before and left because the beds were lousy. We were so pleased with the comfort at the Double Tree that we will return each trip we make. We love the Addison area and it was so close to the Galleria and many other shopping and food. Nice and quiet! This was a very good trip. Hotels.com gave me an incredible rate, making the stay here cheaper than the bargain hotels in the area.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. The only complaint we had was the rooms were hot. We contacted maintenance and they informed us the rooms were cool enough. However when you are sitting in your room in the dark (because you have turned out the lights to try and lower the temp) and are still sweating there is a problem. The thermostats […] never got to 70. They checked around the walls and informed us the rooms were 69. So I guess if we could have crawled on the walls we would have cooled off. The manager was not helpful at all. My advise is avoid this Doubletree during the hot summer months. 더 보기

The hotel didn't have the comfort level I'd expect for the money. The room itself was fine, but I couldn't change the temperature below 70 degrees. I even called and a maintenance guy was sent up, and he told me it would get cooler, but when I checked after he left, it was up to 73. Also, the hallway by my room smelled like old mop water. And, my hotel […] room didn't come with lotion, shampoo or conditoner. I asked the lady at the front desk for some and when I checked back three hours later, housekeeping still hadn't dropped it off. And, the front desk lady seemed like I was inconveniencing her for asking for something that should have been in my room anyway. the overall hotel experience was nice. they were very friendly and nicely situated near the galleria mall. the only thing i did not like was the smell throughout the 6th floor i was staying on. once you got inside the room it was fine, but as soon as you step out into the hall there was a bad smell.

The bed was broke, the A/C filter was bad dirty. That means we were breathing bad air. Other than that the room was in good shape. We had breakfest at the Hotel, and found that it was high. I would go back for another stay
