Wasn't impressed with this old unkempt hotel. Looks like it was built in the 70's and nothing has been updated.

The hotel and the staff were both nice. I ended up getting a first floor room that had 3 walls of activity outside. wall 1 - faced the hallway. not bad usually, but my room was right at a hallway intersection which included the elevator entrances. wall 2 - faced the elevators...ding..ding...ding..click clacking of suitcases and heels on tiles throughout […] my stay. wall 3 - faced the interior of the hotel..right on the other side of my room was the hotel bar... people seemed to be enjoying themselves that evening. wall 4 - no complaints. I know I could have asked for another room and probably would have received one, but I was exhausted from a long day of work and travel and just wanted to sleep. I stayed here at the beginning and end of a trip. The first night my hotel room window was on the atrium and loud piano music and blue neon light flooded my room until about 11 PM. I had to blast the TV to hear over the piano music and the noisy a/c. My last night, I got the tiniest room ever (beyond the bed and a TV on a small dresser and desk pushed […] up against the bed, there was only room for a chair that looked like it came from a dining room set, and nothing to put your suitcase on except said chair) and the window overlooked the dumpsters. At least there was no loud music and the a/c was quieter. It was clean (although I did have a large moth in my room the last night), the bed was comfortable and it's near the airport. My daughter and I just stayed one night to catch an early flight to the airport. The hotel was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The friendly customer service made all the difference from the check-in, to room service, to airport shuttle.

Hotel is old and in desperate need of updating. The only thing that's been addressed in decades appears to be the entrance and check-in desks. I use hotels.com frequently to book rooms and while one time previously they didn't have our reservation, this is the first time that I learned (or at least was told) that when reservations are booked through […] hotels.com that the hotel does not guarantee that you'll get the room you reserved. We reserved a room with 2 beds, but received a king room. They did provide a complimentary rollaway, but it created quite a bit of drama in the room trying to figure out who was going to sleep where! I am disappointed that we did not have a guarantee, especially when I made my reservation over the phone with a hotels.com representative and was told that there was a room available with 2 beds. 더 보기

The staff in this hotel were the worst I've ever encountered. Even simple requests like calling a cab seemed to cause great consternation. The waitress in the bar was completely unable to keep our group's tabs straight, and the supervisor she called on for help seemed even more confused.

Received a handicap accessible room without being told at check-in. The bed was like a marshmallow, no support. The pillows were way too thick. The light in the bathroom was fluorescent and weak, not good. Reservation was for for a king bed but room had a queen; questioned this but no reduction in price. Would not recommend.
