Clean hotel, friendly staff. Close to Henry Ford Museum.

A large rather impersonal hotel which is situated reasonably close to the airport and in reasonable distance from Downtown. It's clean and well-maintained and the staff were helpful and efficient. To stay here, you would need a purpose - for example as a stopover between flights or ahead of a business meeting at Ford, for which it is perfectly adequate […] and well-sited. It's just a rather standard Hilton-style hotel. You know what you'll get but it doesn't 'delight' like some hotels do. 더 보기

stayed here with husband and 8 month old, felt very clean and safe

Overall stay was great! Hotel should consider shuttle or taxi transportation to and from Hotel...

The staff was very nice. The sink in our room would not drain and our bathtub was dirty.

Ive stayed at this location several times and have always been very happy with everything.

We stayed for one night. It was good, but no shuttle from the airport as indicated on discount site. My confirmation even stated needed to be picked up at the airport. They said they never had a shuttle and were not sure why the site and the confirmation would indicate this.? CAB was $35 :-) The front desk did comp breakfast for the confusion - that […] was nice. --There was not a refrig. nor microwave in room. The room was fine.

Hotel is okay..only used it for one day. NIce indoor setting to take pictures.....very comfortable and good price hotel. Nothing really to complain about, but not a fancy shmancy five star hotel.

solid performance by the staff and excellent food

Although I only stayed one night, if I ever return to the area I would definitely stay there again. The front desk reception was very friendly and efficient. After a long journey, a speedy check-in and a warm welcome smile are certainly appreciated. The room was very clean. The night sleep was extremely restful. CHECKED INTO HOTEL ON THANKSGIVING AFTERNOON. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. HOTEL IS BIGGER THAN EXPECTED. ONLY 6 FLOORS, BUT LARGE. STAFF WAS HELPFUL, AND NICE. A LITTLE DRIVE (ABOUT 10 MIN.) FROM THE CITY OF DETROIT, BUT WORTH IT. THE BATHROOM WAS A LITTLE SMALL, BUT THE ROOM WAS NICE SIZED. Our visit got off to a rough start... wrong room (2 doubles instead of a king) and... there were hairs on the bathroom floor... and the room smelled stuffy and unpleasant. We arrived late at night, and were just too tired to change rooms. However, housekeeping did a fine job for the rest of our stay (9 nights) and the stuffy smell went away with air […] conditioning. Mistakes happen, so we chose to not let these things ruin our stay. We had two rooms... one for our daughter's family. They had absolutely no complaints. Overall, the stay was great. VERY comfortable beds! I would stay again and recommend this hotel to others. Excellent value for the money! 더 보기

Beautiful Lobby with a fountain. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, had a very comfortable bed and luxury bedding. However, they need to upgrade the television-older model and small. Was there for a overnight romantic getaway and it was very enjoyable. Very quiet. Several nice restaurants are nearby as well as fairlaine mall.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree Dearborn. The hotel is clean with an excellent staff; our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is difficult to get to with limited dinning in close proximity. However, with the limited choices that Detroit has to offer we felt that this hotel was an excellent choice.

The lobby bathroom smells like sewer, very disgusting when you have to hold your breath in a nice bathroom like that because it smells so bad. Also, I requested more glasses directly from the front desk. They had to page someone to bring them up and while the front desk clerk flirted with another guest I waited ten minutes, then asked for them to meet […] me in my room, waited 15 minutes that time, and finally just called to cancel the request. I mean how long does it take to bring someone a glass? Other than that, the staff was friendly and I liked how they came from behind the desk to explain how to get to your room. I saw several employees doing this during my stay so it must be a policy, nice touch. And the fresh baked cookie at check in is nice too. 더 보기
