The room for the ceremony and the one for the reception were the two nicest hotel venues for weddings that I have ever attended. The wedding food was delicious, served hot, and not dried out or over salted. The pool and exercise areas were much larger than I had expected. Overall, a most enjoyable experience.

Thus was a nightmare from start to finish! The room was disgusting upon arrival and needed cleaning! They comped dinner and cocktails to make amends for that,! We thought WIW they did the right thing,.,,, then we woke up in bugs our room our bed .. Our clothing, suitcases,!! Everything covered in ants ! GROSS WE THOIGHT !!! easy trip, 20 to 30 minutes, to both Wrigley and Cellular field. surrounding neighborhood is not the best. pool area is wonderful. room wasnt much-not awful but not great. overall a decent hotel but I wasn't that impressed.

Beds are very small if you are over 5' 5' you will hang off the bed.. they have very nice pool area but it should be open later so guests can use it. Everyone was very nice and freindly and helpful.

June 25th was a noisy night at the Hotel with many people 2 doors down from us having a party until 2:30am. The Hotel apologized and told us this group was checking out Sunday. We could hear people voices as they walk down the hall or getting off the elevator inside our room. The room door does a poor job keeping out the noise.

We had a family weekend trip to this hotel. Everything was wonderful EXCEPT the wait staff in the bar / restaurant area. After swimming we went there to order some food & was rudely told we could not enter the restaurant/bar. We ended up ordering from an outside restaurant who gave great service. Our flight out of Chicago Midway airport was cancelled and we chose this hotel (Holiday Inn) to stay in because it was close to the airport and reasonably priced. The hotel was good. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. We had dinner via room service that night and the food was very good. We stayed one night (one adult & two kids). Pool area was very large with one huge pool, a smaller kid pool and 2 hot tubs. The kid pool was great as it was about 3 feet deep the entire pool. Room service pizza was hot and very good. Bed & pillows comfortable.

The internet service in our room did not work, so we had to move to a different room.

The stay was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, warm, and well-kept. I would recommend this hotel.

My family and I decided to spend the weekend here just to relax and swim...the pool was FREEZING. There is a large adult pool, kiddie pool, and 2 jacuzzis. One jacuzzi was broken and no one was in the adult pool--we soon found out why. Everyone in the pool area was complaining about the cold water and the temperature in the pool area was cold as well. […] Multiple people expressed their disappointment. We will NOT go back for a "weekend pool getaway" at this hotel. It was truly a disappointment. I spoke to the front desk about the pool and he told me multiple people had made similar complaints and he offered to knock $20 from the bill.....it was disappointing.... 더 보기

Hotel was clean, room was very spacious. Yes, in some areas i believe it was just a little out dated, but nothing to be scared of. They offer an OUTSTANDING complementary breakfast. Can't even tell you the choice of your basic full filled breakfast bar. The only thing it sucks only offered Mon-Friday. Keep in mind they have a reception hall in the hotel […] and it does get a little loud, but the hotel keeps the crowds under control. The hotel does not tollerate partties in their rooms. My daughter, sister, and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Countryside while my father was recovering from surgery. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Countryside, Illinois.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool area was spectacular, the service we received were wonderful and the staff were all very helpful. The only thing was the bathroom, it was a bit tiny...but overall a great place to stay at. Not only that but it's only 15 miles away from chicago!

Very quiet--it stormed one night and we didn't even hear it. The rooms and pool were very clean. The employees were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go to and was easy to get to. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a wedding. Rooms are a little small, bathroom is a little larger than a closest. The banquet and event facilities are great. I anticipate the hotel will receive a makeover with Holiday Inn's recent re-branding. The hotel was a little run down, but the worst part of my stay was hearing doors slam and yelling all night.
