래디슨 호텔 시카고 오헤어 (Radisson Hotel Chicago O'Hare) - 데스플레인스

미국에서 여행하다보니 숙박을 어디서하는지가 중요하네요. 꼼꼼 하게 선택한 결과는 만족입니다. 방이 작지만 깔끔하고 인테리어와 가구도 고급스럽습니다. 침대가 청결해서 잠도 정말 잘잤구요. 가격도 너무 싸서 또한번 감격했습니다. 주차비가없는것도 좋고 다만 조금아쉬운건 작은주방이라도 있었으면 ..하는바람이었습니다.

1. 공항과 5분 거리에 있고, 친절하고 정확한 셔틀서비스(30분 간격)를 제공하고 있어 시카고를 경유하는 여행시에 매우 편리함. 2. 친절한 프론트데스크 직원의 응대, 객실에서의 무선인터넷사용, 비즈니스룸에서의 컴퓨터 및 무료프린트, 깔끔한 객실정비상태가 숙박비 수준에 비해 좋은 편임. 3. 호텔옆에 바로 레스토랑 몇개가 있어 저녁에 이용하기 좋음. 4. 그러나, 객실에서 냉장고를 찾을 수가 없어서 많이 아쉬웠음. 저렴한 가격에 3성급 호텔이면서도 친절한 서비스와 편안한 시설을 갖춘 만족스러운 호텔이라고 생각함.

Hotel is nice, clean, and close to the airport and rental car returns. Unfortunately, it is very noisy. You could hear people walking down the halls and talking. In addition, the planes flying over in the evening were loud. Not a place to stay if you are used to peace and quiet!!

I liked the hotel. It was clean and the staff was professional and nice. My room was very clean and the housekeeper did a great job. I enjoyed the Sleep Number bed. Within walking distance was a Target and about 7 or 8 restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk to Target instead of calling a cab.

My sister and I stayed here because it was close to Allstate Arena (where we were attending a WWE event). The hotel staff was extremely friendly, check-in was a breeze, and check-out was even easier. It was very close to O'Hare airport, but we rarely heard the planes. It was 20 miles from the downtown attractions, which was nice. I am very happy with this hotel

Would not want anyone I know to ever stay here. Peter at the front desk made two mistakes. First was to have his buddy - Bobs the cab driver to take myself,my wife, and our seven year old granddaughter to the city. He was four times the rate as anyone else. Then tell my wife there was a pool. Not telling her it was outside until she tried to take our […] granddaughter to the pool and asking him where it was. And when my wife asked him he thought he was funny. I think not. He laughed in my wife face and embarrassed her. This person should be down-right fired. I always choose Radisson hotel,Desplaines,due to several reasons,first and foremost is the location,then the qualityt,hospitality and the cooperation of the front desk gentlemen and good looking ladies as well as the other hotel staff.

We had just arrived from vacation with my family. We had 9 bags and one got left behind at O'hare. Noticed after arriving at hotel and the gentlemen who picked us up took me back to the airport to look for the bag. We found it and back to the hotel we went. Hotel is very convenient for restaurants nearby and close shuttle ride to and from airport. Shuttle runs every half hour. Room was very clean and quiet. I would definitely return.

Very easy to locate and close to the airport. Parking lot lighted and felt safe to leave during our vacation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Slept well with an early flight.

Great for events at all state arena, very short walk. Room was small but serviceable however the bathroom left alot to be desired- very small and dated. However for the price, no complaints and would stay there again!

Enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice, the room was comfortable and clean. Free internet was great. Only drawback was the noise from the hallway late at night. For some reason, there were men in the hallway, employees maybe, who were talking and shouting and laughing at 2 am in the morning. Made it very hard to sleep.

Staff was ok, not overly friendly but not mean either. Room with 2 double beds could have been bigger. The bathroom was atrocious. It was so small that when you walked in you hit the toliet and had to move to the side to close the door. The Radisson prides itself on having Sleep Number Beds but on one of the doubles the control was broken so that was […] no help. Appreciated the frequent & free shuttle to and from the airport only 2 miles away, along with the close proximity to restaurants and Target since we didn't have a car. Also pleased to have free Internet access available in the Business Center. Very nice place.

I like the hotel's location, since we were going to a concert at the All-State Arena. I didn't like that they tried to check another guest into our room, after we had been checked in for 5 hours. great little hotel with transport to/from airport.

Has very comfortable beds and a nice shower. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Great job Radisson!!!

Just stayed one night, but this hotel will be on my list if I need to get to the airport...Shuttle leaves every 30min. Clean and Quiet, very comfortable bed.

Stayed 5 nights at hotel. Nice and clean with upgraded rooms. Did not like Sleep number beds. Too hard to get right comfort. No free breakfast but did have a breakfast cafe. Close to Airport and next to Allstate Arena

My husband and I booked the room for one night prior to our departure from Ohare. The room was very nice, but we found the hotel to be very noisy, must have been a party upstairs. We were also awoken at 2am by a loud knock on our door which was very frightening and this was not the wake up call.

We felt this was a decent hotel. Our room was clean, and fairly decent servie from the front desk staff. However, we put out the do not disturb sign becuase we did not want maid service that day, and when we came back, the maid's had gone in and changed and cleaned everything. The hotel could stand for some updating, such as carpets, and doors, but […] otherwise pretty good. We were next to the OHare airport and didn't really hear the airplanes until the last day we were there. Not sure why we didn't hear them the other days, but it was good while we were there. The hotel was in a good location for us, only a short distance to the El train, and other local shopping and restaurants. I felt the staff seriously lacked Customer Service Skills. When we walked in no one looked up to greet us and when we walked past later on going out we were ignored by the Front Desk Staff. They were not busy in fact on our second time of passing the two staff were talking about personal issues.

Great place, very comfortable. Arrived four hours before check in and was allowed to check in early so I didn't have to disrupt my plans in the city. Airport shuttle was very prompt and staff were very polite. The sleep number bed was amazing!!

I stayed here because my flight came in late and I wanted to go somewhere right after my flight (next day had plans at a hotel downtown) and this place was a great deal, shuttle service from the airport, clean, friendly service. Close walking distance to a couple of restaurants as well.

Radisson has attempted to upgrade this old hotel with some amenities - e.g. Bakery/cafe and wireless internet, but one step inside and the look (and smell) of the place overwhelms you. Unless you're nostalgic for the early 70's, the carpet alone will cause an epilectic seizure. Brown and orange -- yuck. The "artwork" in the room was also odd, and the […] furniture dinged. Also, the buffet breakfast just wasn't that good -- certainly not $10 worth. Save your money and trot over to the IHOP instead. The toiletries and bath towels are distinctly under-par. On the plus side, the beds (Sleep Number) are nice; room service was prompt, and the shuttle bus to O'Hare a nice convenience. Okay for 1 night, but not a destination hotel at all. 더 보기

Hotel is located close to O'Hare but noise is not an issue. It is NOT a good spot if you plan to commute to downtown Chicago. On the second day of the stay we simply forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff and upon our return to the room in the evening found out that our towels had not been replaced (although the used ones were taken). This hotel was off the charts. Excellent. Clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Staff nice and friendly. I brought to the attention of house keeping that water was puddled in front of the ice machine. It was taken care of immediately. Kudos to the staff. You know how to run a hotel.

Yes its a big place but very well kept and excellent price. After travelling 16 hrs by plane it was a great place to relax and get a good nights sleep. It was quite and comfortable with staff being very helpful. Breakfast was also very good at the buffet in the hotel. I would recommend this room to all based on the quality and value.

I really enjoyed my stay.. It was very delightful. My only gripe was that I thought the continental breakfast was included with the stay & it was not.. Other than that it was very enjoyable

The Radisson Front Desk staff were not very helpful, although they did let us check out later than most hotels would. If it wasn't for meeting with 2 managers just by chance one morning, we would not have known about their free shuttle service to a local train station into downtown Chicago and other attraction savings, instead of catching a taxi which […] would have cost much, much more. Very comfortable stay, especially the pillows. They were the best part, and helped us have a great night's sleep prior to our flight out. The sleep number bed was also a nice perk, and interesting to try out. This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It took less than 10 minutes to get there. While it worked well (which is the most important thing), the fan was extremely loud and made it difficult to even have a conversation. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and curteous.

I chose this hotel because it had the new adjustable beds that you can set for any level of firmness desired, and it was very near the airport (not at the airport). I have back trouble, and one night on one of the ubiquitous "ultra-pillow-top" beds leaves me hobbling the next morning. The old trick of putting aboard under the mattress doesn't work with […] the pillow tops, either, so the hotel can't fix it. These adjustable beds are a life-saver, and I get a great night's sleep. We had just stayed at the Radisson in Philly, which is way more upscale, but had these beds, so I specifically looked for a Radisson, and called to see if they also had them. The hotel is right on the bus line, which was a bonus, since I was there to take my daughter on a college tour. Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Hotel itself is aging but not important in the scheme of things. Price was right. 더 보기
