홀리데이 인 메트로돔 (Holiday Inn Metrodome) - 미니애폴리스

미네소타 대학에 볼일이 있어 머물럿엇는데, 위치가 가까워서 좋았습니다. 일단 걸어서 학교에 닿는 위치라서 편리했고 전반적으로 시설도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 강추~합니다.

Just OK, clean, nothing fancy. Room were a little loud, could hear the "neighbors" and anyone walking down the hall.

The front desk staff were very helpful suggesting restaurants, where NOT to go, and shuttling us back and forth from the University!

Nice pool and sauna, service was good, location is decent (near Metrodome). But room definitely could have been cleaner. Price was high compared to others.

We chose this Holiday Inn hotel due to it's close location to the Metrodome, where we were attending college baseball games. Although we were highly satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location, this hotel left much to be desired. Our room was unclean, with hair, rust, and mildew found in numerous places. My husband and I […] were looking forward to swimming and the hot tub, but were so turned off by the small size and outdated appearance of the pool and pool room, we no longer wanted to swim. Instead, we checked out the work-out room, which was even more disappointing, being very small and containing VERY outdated and broken equipment. Furthermore, the hotel charged a rather high fee to park on their property, which was again, disappointing. Another disappointment was the lack of a complementary breakfast in the morning, as we are used to being offered from other hotels. This hotel has become our first choice to stay when we visit Minneapolis. As two of our children have attended the U of MN over an 8 year period, we have stayed at many locations over the years. The check-in was smooth, the restaurant was amazing, and check-out was smooth as well! Very good value for the money!

Great service staff, very helpful and patient. There was a leak in my room, and were very courteous about it, upgrading me to a much better room. Definitely a comfortable stay.

Shouldn't have to request additional towels when 4 guests have been registered. Nor should we have to request blankets and pillows for the hide-a-bed. Shuttle service was limited to less than a mile of the hotel. Parking was VERY expensive.

Hotel was nice and clean, the picture of the pool listed on hotels.com was not very accurate, it was very small, but did suffice for my children. It would have been nice to have valildating parking, especially b/c you have no choice but to park in the adjacent parking garage for $13/night. Neighborhood was very nice, friendly, welcoming. Hotels.com […] lists this hotel as the closest to Target Center when in truth it is located on the other side of the city, so walking to the Twins game as planned was not an option. 더 보기

While we enjoyed our stay, on our last night at the hotel, we found a bed bug on a towel in our room. I captured it and my husband took it to the front desk. They 'weren't sure' if it was a bed bug (It was!!) but said they would 'make a note.'

Very nice hotel. I wasn't sure of the neighborhood and didn't know the area, so I was a little worried. However, I was very pleased and would stay again if needed for business purposes in the Minneapolis area. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Very clean and staff was kind and helpful. We had 2 beds in our room but they were full size not queen and too short for my tall husband and I.

Great location for the Townhall Brewery & the Gutherie. Depressing area of Minneapolis....economically depressed & right on I 35. Not a very good rate & extra for parking, but less than Chicago.

The Hotel restaurant staff while friendly was extremely slow; my average wait time from a meal (breakfast and dinner) was 45 minutes. Guest services were also courteous; however I had a difficult time getting a straight answer. This is a clean and simple hotel that I've always had pleasant stays at. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a restaurant in the hotel and lots of other food choices within steps of the hotel. Not a luxury resort or anything, but good if you are visiting campus.

I believe for the price, this is a solid choice for a hotel in the area. The wife and I had a decent sized room with a king sized bed and free wi-fi. It is situated in a relatively hip area with several bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. I believe they have a pool too but I didn't witness it. Staff were rude, no one at counter at multiple times of the day, no parking available did not validate parking.

I was dissappointed I booked a king size bed and got stuck with two small beds...also the tub was left full of water and the facet leaked. For the price it wasnt worth it.

The Metrodome is a great place to plunk yourself down if you have college kids or friends. it's convenient to everything like the light rail (20 minutes from the airport to the hotel for 2 dollars), great outdoor and indoor restaurants, cafes, walking and biking trails (bikes for rent outside the hotel) and the ambiance at the hotel is good, the staff […] is very helpful and friendly. it's an easy choice to make. 더 보기

It is what it is. An old Holiday Inn that the chain is trying to revitalize and refresh. The room was clean and comfortable, but the lobby and the the amenities were tired and lackluster. I will not stay here again, especially given there's a brand new W Alot a few blocks away.

I was visiting UMN Law School for the weekend, and the location of the hotel could not have been better--I could literally see the law school from the hotel. The room itself was clean, but the elevators were kind of gross at times. I also did not care for the service at the hotel's restaurant (the Grill Room, I guess it's called); I waited several minutes […] for a server to come by just so I could say I was getting the breakfast buffet, and then I waited at least half an hour after I finished eating for someone to come by so I could get my ticket. My sister attends a college nearby, so this is an extremely convenient location, with lots of restaurants and pubs all located at the historic "7 corners" area.

Only drawback was wireless internet...painfully slow. But they had LAN line cables available that fixed the problem. Great local bars/restaraunts nearby.

Not worth the money....do not stay here!!!!!

Good location. I thought it was pricey for a basic Hotel room. Staff was quick when we found out hair dryer was missing and was replaced within 20 minutes.

This hotel is misleading in the name. It is NOT locatedin downtown Minneapolis. You will have to travel, by Metro or car to the downtown area. The free shuttle to the Metro was nice.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as we are from out of state and have 2 of our children attending the U of MN...the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoy an early morning swim and it is hard to find downtown hotels with an indoor pool which this hotal does have. Nearby restaurant/pub is great.

The reason I went to MN was to go attend a Vikings game with my family. This hotel was not too far away from the stadium, and there was a free shuttle to and from the game, which was really convenient. The only plus with this hotel is its proximity to the University of Minnesota. It is pretty run down and my room was not clean. The service at the hotel bar was terrible but front desk staff was nice enough. AVOID on a weekend of a Vikings home game (unless you like to listen to drunk football fans in the hallways all night).

I enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn metrodome expect that my sony digital camera got stolen by one of the housekeeping staff. The management of the hotel did really nothing about it but transfer me to the head housekeeper who did nothing about it either. They just told me all they could do was confront the housekeeper who cleaned my room about it and […] see if she would confess to it. Which she did not. Overall I enjoy going through hotels.com but would not recommended this hotel. Unless you want items with sentimental value stolen from you. I am very disappointed about it. 더 보기
