사랑스러운 방, 유익한 직원. 다시 머무를 것입니다.

서비스와 호텔 자체의 품질은 대체적으로 훌륭했습니다. 그러나, 무료 인터넷 서비스가 제공되지 않습니다. 유선 LAN 서비스만이 가능하고 wifi는 제공되지 않습니다. 300바트에 24시간 동안 이용할 수 있는 인터넷 서비스는 로그 아웃하는 시간도 포함이 되어 있어, 24시간 후에 인터넷을 이용하기 위해서는 다시 300바트를 지불해야 합니다. 이는 객실에서 이용하는 만큼 사용료를 지불해야 하는 다른 호텔들에 비하면 크게 실망스러운 점입니다.

아마도 제가 포이칫에서의 호텔을 홀리데이 인 으로 변경하는 이메일을 쓰고 있었을 때, 그들로부터 즉시 답변을 얻을 수 없었지만, 대신에 제가 호텔에 도착하였을 때에 저의 숙박이 업그레이드 되어 일등급 서비스를 받게 되었고 호텔의 스텝에 의해 개별적으로 안내되어 23층의 귀빈층으로 안내되어 체크인을 하였습니다. 저는 23층에 있은 객실에 투숙하였고, 음료와 아침식사에 대한 특별 라운지 시설을 이용할 수 있었습니다. 제가 투숙했던 객실은 훨씬 저의 기대 이상이었습니다.

The Holiday Inn Silon brings no surprises, but it is a nice hotel cetnrally located and near to the Skytrain. Nice restaurants around, but you have to look for them. Nearby Sky Bar, a must when in Bangkok. The pool is nice and the hotel staff is extremelly service minded. Had a short getaway with my wife for 4nights. Location of the hotel shown on hotel.com was not accurate. Walking distance to nearest train station was about 10mins. Walking to patpong night market take about 20-25mins. You can find lots of massage salon and eateries along the way. The service was good and staffs was helpful and friendly. There's lot […] of 24hrs store nearby the hotel. However, traffic was really bad every morning and evening (before and after work hour). Advise to avoid taxi, tutu or bus during these period. I didn't have my notebook so couldn't use internet in room I asked if i can use iPhone in lobby with WiFi, the lady at the reception refused said " can not Sir" so I asked for the duty manager it was not an issue gave me password and apologized for the inconvenience. Always ask for the manager when in Thailand as all staff are not authorized to do anything […] with out asking in case they lose their jobs. Overall good experience 더 보기

I am from Canada and I traveled with my family (4 children) to Thailand. This hotel was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We could leave our bags when we needed to. The service was fantastic and the rooms were great.

A day before I get to Holiday Inn I was in Pan Pacific Orchard in Singapore - that was a very fancy hotel. I expected from Holiday Inn to be a place for "just a sleep in good location" - anyway I paid about 4 times less per night). Just how long has the bathtub shower been stopped up in my hotel room at Holiday Inn Silom, Bangkok? I spoke with concierge personally. I spoke with housekeeping personally. A lot of 5-star hotel attitude for an otherwise old hotel. I can see that when it was built, it may have been a great place to stay in a convenient location but I failed to see the value of this establishment in 2011. The lobby is certainly fancy, the rooms a lot less, the bathrooms tiny. Internet in the room was only wired and they attempted to charge it to me even though it was included in the rate at the time of booking. The staff appeared to be complacent. Great front desk staff. The check in was done in 30 seconds. The room was cozy with all the mod cons you need including an ironing board and iron. Nice bathroom. And an excellent bed. Overall a very pleasant surprise.

Great location and overall really good hotel. Staff speaks good English. Only negative is you have to pay a lot for internet. It was around 40 Bhat a minute!

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable and convenient. Hotel rooms were clean spacious and adequately stocked. 5 - 10 minute walk to BTS skytrain, a long walk to Pat Pong market and also a fair distance to Central Pier. This hotel didn't look much on the web site and initially I overlooked it. However booked it last minute due to timescale of trip and was very pleasantly suprised with quality of hotel. It is in a very convenient location for all the 'attractions' of Bangkok. All the staff were very efficient and helpful especially the tour desk lady who suggested 2 […] tours which were just the right sort for us (a well travelled couple in our 50's). The only slight moan might be about the cost of breakfast - if it isn't included in the room rate. There also wasn't any information about the hotel or BAnkgok in the hotel which was a bit weird. Room was comfortable, decent location. We had some trouble with miscommunication. We checked out of our room and told the front desk and the main bell hop that we had a guide coming and would be waiting for him in the cafe. It was a great stay and hotel is conveniently located, close to the shopping area, metro station and lots of restaurants around it. The staff was very friendly. If you want to order room service breakfast hang the list outside the door but call the room service dept fo make it sure to get it on time.

Holiday Inn in Asia is so much nicer than in Europe. It's 4 star over there but 3 star here. Silom is a very nice and quite area and suits us well. If you are looking for tailors this is the right area to be. There is a really nice Italian restaurant called Niu's Jazz bar just down the road, it's a must go place.

We love this hotel not only because hotel staff and service was great but also the location was one of the best. For someone don't wish travel by taxi all the time while in Bangkok, you can easily walk to Sky train Saphan Taksin station and go from there to anywhere, or take the touist boat, reach all the important Wat, Grand Palace etc.

Good location with restaurants and shops around. Very friendly. All the facilities you need. Spotless. Can't really fault the hotel and will definitely stay again. But beware if you don't have breakfast included in your rate... The buffet is excellent but pricey.

The hotel was better than expected. It was great compared to the Holidays Inns in London, it felt more like a 5 star hotel.The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast and dinner buffets delicious. Meget bra hotell med lett adkomst via motorvei fra/til Suvarnabhumi Airport (35min - 450BAT). Sentral beliggenhet i Silom - ca. 300m til nærmeste "Tram"-stasjon med kort vei til Siam, Central World og MBK shoppingsentre. Vi har benyttet dette hotellet flere ganger og er meget godt fornøyd.

El hotel esta muy bien situado y en la misma calle hay multitud de comercios, restaurantes y sitios de masajes. Esta muy cerca de la parada del skyline. El cuarto de baño es muy pequeño y muy antiguo y desmerece el resto de la habitacion, que es muy comoda, y del hotel.

房间设施陈旧，前台服务也就是快捷酒店的水平，没房间隔音很差，无论是房间之间还是房间和外面之间。没有送我会员水果，打电话到前台说是时间太晚了今天就不送了，第二天也没有补。真的从没有在任何假日酒店遇到过这样的情况，绝对不会再住这里了。

Es el típico hotel de cadena europea, bastante correcto pero sin demasiado encanto. Lo mejor es la situación ya que está a 5 minutos del Skytrain y del río por lo que puedes usar fácilmente las dos opciones de transporte. 房間有點老舊比想中糟,熱水不夠熱,只開熱水還是有點冷

非常不错。第一次去曼谷不敢尝试那些没有牌子的酒店。H INN其实档次足够了，个人感觉是超过4星的，但是价格应该只收取了相当于中国4星酒店的价格。至少这次我预定时是这样的。不过，我订的价格是没有包含早餐的。早餐在入住的时候前台推荐我加订，说对入住的客人优惠比较大的，对外更贵。我们选了早餐，不是很贵。酒店到轻铁站挺近的，但不是一眼就看的到。要问下酒店的前台。去船站也很近，但是不是很好找，建议坐三轮车去，坐船去大皇宫很方便。坐轻铁到遢罗广场没几个站，因为不是地下的还可以看到风景。如果不坐船不坐轻轨步行可到罗宾逊商场。对面有全家、斜对面有7-11。酒店的附近好像是珠宝行业区，很多珠宝店。听人家说Silom区有很多酒吧。因为我晚上都不出去，所以还没见识到。另外，最好的是。楼下就有一间九龙小馆，是华侨开 […] 的中餐馆。环境味道都好，很多老外也来吃。出门在外始终还是中国菜好吃啊。 房间很大，床也超大。洗手间豪华现代。电视节目好像没有中文台。。。 酒店在6楼平台上有露天泳池，这次没时间去游，遗憾。。。 酒店距离机场车程45分钟。。。 더 보기

O hotel possui uma boa localização e estrutura, porém pecou gravemente ao ignorar o aviso da minha mulher quando percebeu que o perfume havia sido roubado pela camareira. Hotellet har kendt sine bedre dage. Det virker meget slidt og trænger til en kærlig hånd ifa. en kræftig ranovation. De ydere rammer giver et dårlig indtryk, og de indre rammer virker mørkt, trist og kedeligt. Hvis det ikke var for personalets høje service niveau, så ville hotellets fremtid se dystert ud.
