홀리데이 인 포틀랜드-바이 더 베이 (Holiday Inn Portland-By the Bay) - 포틀랜드

I was very impressed with the hotel in general. Nice room with a great view of Casco Bay, friendly staff. There was some construction just down the road, but that was only a very minor convenience. Within a short walking distance of downtown, and even closer to my favourite pub in Portland, Brian Boru. I would certainly stay there again.

Totally fine. Nothing spectacular, but a solid stay. Like that it's on the hill for the view. Just try to get a room on the south side to see the water.

The hotel provided what we needed in the way of location as it was walking distance to everything that we wanted to go to. The ability to park for free was a bonus, although I understand that as of the near future, parking will incur a charge. The Front Desk staff were especially gracious and helpful. The beds do not have comforters with Duvets and […] as I like a heavier weight on me, I called down for an extra blanket and it arrive very quickly and did the trick. Holiday Inn by the Bay was a very nice hotel. Our stay started with very prompt and gracious front desk service. We were given our choice of rooms and floors. Our room was very clean and had a great view of the surrounding area. Noise was not an issue at all. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and quaint shops/activities. Safety concerns […] were never an issue. Hotel restaurant provided prompt service and the food was tasty. Our only complaint, if any, is the quality of the coffee in the lobby. This is hardly an issue to complain about. Good job, Holiday Inn. We will be back for sure. 더 보기

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great deal for the price. My only negative comment is that the description said "free breakfast" but thy only give you a voucher that does not cover the full price of the meal.

The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable, clean and quiet, parking was convenient, and Portland, as always, was delightful!! Thank-you Holiday Inn!

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel employees were courteous and prompt. The shuttle driver was awesome. It was so convenient to have the shuttle to take us the short distance to the Old Port.

This was a great hotel. Not to far a walk from downtown and all the cute shops. They were under renovation but the room was very clean and comfy. They had a restaurant on site but we never ate there. Would stay again.

We traveled here for a conference and stayed here since it was affordable. There is a lot of bang for your buck. The rooms are very comfortable. The in room internet connection was great. There was a day I had to work in the room and it was not a problem. However the highlight for me was the pool. It was a very underutilized amenity. There were times […] I had it all to myself. There was even a day when there were no towels. I called up the front desk and they quickly brought them. It was as it always has been in the past. Fairly convenient to everything and comfortable. Meals are very pricey. Food is ok. The maid service has changed. I used to leave the room after 11 without a problem and always came back to my bed made, trash taken and used towels changed. The second day, we were leaving the room and was asked if I needed towels. […] I said yes and she started handing them to me. So I said, and the bed made. She took the towels back and said nevermind, I'll take these.(?????). It was a good weekend though and as always, will go back to that hotel the next time we are in town. 더 보기

Overall I was pleased. but .. The wait to get a room was not expected and upset our plans.It set our two night stay off on the" uncomfortable" side.We were tired from a long drive and wanted a rest before our PM plans. That didn't happen.The breakfast buffet was good but overpriced.

The hotel is a bit old, but in good repair. What is always comes down to is the quality of service. A pretty place can be as cold as a tomb if there is bad service. This place, however, has hired people who are attentive and will do their best to make your stay comfortable, in a friendly manner. That makes all the difference.

I was very impressed with the hotel staff-very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The courtesy van was really helpful. Picked us up at the airport and dropped us to the train station. The hotel was clean, the room large and the location is central to portland. I would stay here again for sure.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Two breakfasts and one dinner in the restaurant were well-prepared and tasty. The view from Room 624 was beautiful, especially at sunrise.

I love the free shuttle service. I was attending a Christmas party and didn't have to worry about driving. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower water was super hot and there's a mini Keurig in the room.

We enjoyed our stay here, it is very convenient to the Old Port area of Portland. Our stay was too brief to fully appreciate most of the hotel's amenities, but free parking is always appreciated in Portland.
