I had hotel reservation number,but i can't check in during one hour. Also hotel repair working all night. I'll never visit hotel again. 이호텔 절대가지마세요.. 너무 불친절하고 약간의 차별도 느끼는곳입니다. 이돈이면 인지도있는 쉐라톤,웨스틴 가세요..그냥힐튼이면 몰라도 더블트리 진짜 아니라고 봅니다..여긴 진짜 홀리데이인보다도 못합니다..ㅠㅠ

the Hotel was convenient to several major shopping areas and dining options; however, once in the hotel (after a day fishing on the bay) we found the hotel restaurant and bar to have everything we needed! The food was delicious and the service was excellent!

Very nice place overall, though the iron did not work.

A pleasant stay. The room was large, comfortable, gourmet cookies and coffee maker - a nice touch... It was just the ticket after a long day on the road. I would return for a visit.

The Doubletree Hotel in Annapolis is just off Riva Rd and across the street from a shopping area with many stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We visit Annapolis often and will make this hotel one of favorites.

I love Annapolis and Doubletree is a nice hotel to stay in during a visit. It is clean. The people are friendly and the service is good. have stayed there twice and will definitely stay again.

Staff was very pleasant and most helpful. Appreciate the free shuttle to downtown locations. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Flooring in bathroom was cracked and worn. Carpet in main hallways was dirty. Breakfast was very good.

Very friendly personnel, we stay often and enjoy. Restaurant is wonderful.

The hotel was beautiful, the room clean but very warm. My main complaint was there are no controls to the heater or air conditioning. The room was way to warm for my comfort level.

Hotel was fine. We thought the restaurant food quality was not good and not accommodating with late breakfast. We had a very late arrival and did not want lunch at 11 am. Bathroom was too small to share.

The service was excellent. We arrived early and they were very accommodating even though we couldn't check in immediately. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the shuttle service to the harbor area (or wherever you want to go) which we were happy to take advantage of. Bathrooms way too small. Breakfast buffet very good. Service very good. I lliked the hotel. Swimming pool great. I'd stay here again.

It was a sad reason I came to Annapolis-My sister's funeral. The people at the desk could not have been nicer and tried to accomadate anything I asked

This was a working trip and convenience was a huge factor. One of the top reasons for booking a well known brand like Double Tree. I didn't get into the hotel until midnight and had to settle for a double when I had requested a king. The coffee maker didn't work. The air conditioner was very noisy. The front desk was very slow to acknowledge my presence and several times just looked at me and turned away to do other matters.

This hotel is clean, the service is very good, and we got a great rate for a Saturday night. The free hotel shuttle took us to the downtown area, about 10 minutes away. Would recommend to others

Hotel was fantastic! Courteous personnel & free shuttle to nearby locations! However buffet breakfast (not included) was too small, eggs were watery & bacon not done enough & way too greasy.

Stayed there for 2 nights for Induction Day @ USNA. Very clean, great pool, restaurant ok (limited menu) & friendly staff. Conveniently close to highway & stores but Rte 50 quite noisy being so close to the back of the hotel/pool area. Joined the USNA Parent Club @ Doubletree for future discounts & free breakfast coupons - very good deal!

We stayed here for our anniversary on 7/2 (on our way to the beaches the next day) and had a very enjoyable time. Although check-in is officially at 4pm, we were able to check in early. The hotel is located across the street from the Annapolis Town center at Parole and has a very convenient shuttle service to downtown which we took advantage of on the […] holiday weekend. The staff were helpful with recommending restaurants and even laid out some complimentary fruit and water bottles in our room upon our return from downtown. We didn't have time to check out the pool but it looked like everyone there was having fun as well. We'd be sure to stay here again!! 더 보기

Imagine my dismay when I learned that the "smoking room" I had reserved was not available. Online room specs are not guaranteed so don't count on your preference.

The staff at the hotel are pleasant and helpful, and the convenience of the location was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. However, a couple of weird things: the room had a musty smell, and towels would stay damp for over a day. We ended up asking for new towels because we wanted dry ones, instead of re-using them […] which we usually do. The in-room coffee is foul, don't drink it. And one afternoon we had come back from an event and were resting and at 3:30pm that is when the cleaning staff came. Overall the place is great, so maybe I am just being picky. The only problem was the room was very tiny. There was two of us and we felt crowded.

I stayed at this hotel because I was running the Annapolis half marathon. I was surprised at the lack of willingness to assist with simple requests. For example, I thought my room would have a refrigerator and I was told when I booked that the shuttle could take me to the start of the race. Both requests were responded to rather rudely when I got to […] the hotel. I was told the shuttle "doesn't run that early, and offered no alternative solutions. It was clear my inquiry irritated the staff. Similarly, when I inquired about the refrigerator it seemed the person preferred to argue about whether my room should have had s refrigerator rather than assist in solving the issue. In the past my experiences at Doubletrees has been quite nice. This hotel, however, wasn't quite up to the quality I've received in the past. 더 보기

Our king bed room did not have a fridge or microwave. Water was also standing in the tub.

We stayed the first week of May for our 30th wedding anniversary. My wife and I loved the room and the staff. Most helpful was the shuttle to town. The driver was great - took us where we needed to be and picked us up after dinner - no charge. Also, can't forget the free cookies at check-in!

Great location-- near restaurants and great shopping. A courtesy van provided by the hotel takes you to downtown the historic area and the naval academy. Very helpful staff.

this is an older property but out room was recently remodeled and very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the location was perfect what we needed.

Comfortable and clean. Efficient check-in. Not clearly marked from main road. Needs better signage. In one section, only one small, slow elevator is available for use by both patrons and staff. Adequate parking, comfortable public areas. WiFi worked well.

Very impressed with the room, the staff, etc. Only complaint is road noise. If your room is on the wrong side of the hotel, you're overlooking rt 50 and it can get rather loud, especially as motorcycles and trucks pass.

It's not far from Hyw and shoping center. The staff at there were nice. I wanna go back there again. ^_____,^

I paid for a king bed and when I got to the hotel, they tried to put me in a room with two double beds. This is not what I paid for and I had to fight with them to get a room with a king. I don't think a hotel like this should make you fight for what you pay for. You should get what you paid for... too bad for Double Tree, I will never again use this […] brand and since it is a hilton brand, I will no more use them either. I do not recommend using this hotel.
