Ample parking, great pool, clean, and I got a warm cookie when I checked in. This place was great.

This hotel was clean and quiet, however i reserved a king room through Hotels.com and got 2 queens. That didn't bother me as much as how small the room size was. When i had the desk chair at a usable height it was up against the foot of the bed and you had to squeeze through to open/close the drapes. The bathroom door didn't open all of the way because […] it hit the shower rod. There were plenty of plugs, except for plugging in the iron. I had to set the ironing board up in front of the bathroom door and plug the iron in the bathroom. Overall it was a nice hotel. When we checked out, my son left his blankie in the hotel room. The hotel staff was so kind to search the room, as well as go through all of the hotel laundry, where it was eventually found. Customer service like that would bring me back to this hotel- but it was also clean, updated, and amazingly quiet for such a kid-friendly hotel. (Our room was next […] to the indoor pool, and we heard very little noise). Another local hotel included "free" breakfast for a slightly higher rate, however, the breakfast at the Doubletree cost the same amount as the difference, and was much nicer than the typical "free" breakfast buffet. Had a nice time at this hotel only complaint was that the fridge in the room was super loud and froze my food. bathroom was a bit small, but room was wonderful

This is the first hotel I've stayed at that had a charging station for electric vehicles. The charging station was the main reason I stayed here. I was able to fully charge my car overnight then leave first thing in the morning.

We were a family of four staying there and the bathrooms were too tiny for even one person to be in there. But the cookies were delicious!!!

small and i mean small bathrooms!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there was a little league tournament in town when we were there so it was a bit noisy. good cookies made up for it, some sort of free breakfast would help.

This was a nice hotel, comfortable and clean. The pool area was excellent. Many rooms overlook the pool area, and this can be noisy, so be sure you know were your room is. Many amenities were closed on weekdays. Overall for business or a quick night or two, I would return to this hotel.

We were very happy with this choice, it was a last minute choice, but a very good one. The room was spotless, management was very cordial and helpful.

Everything the hotel advertise was right on the money-with exception of the bathroom. The bathroom was very small and cramp in size. We had 5 people in the double room and was amazed the room had such a small bathroom. Overall the staff was very accommodating and very helpful.

The bed was absolutely amazing. I wanted to take it home. And Dave is the best hotel bartender I've ever met. He entertained my fiance while I was working and took very good care of us. Location is very close to lot's a shops and restaurants.

My mom, who is 80, usually has trouble sleeping on her back. Our king bed was so comfy she could lay flat on her back with no pain for the first time in a long while. I went right to sleep, too. Nice!

Although we stayed only one night, the hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Beds were great and breakfast was great as well. Just one thing to complain about, the indoor swimming pool is open until 11pm. So if you have a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, be warned of the noise.

The room was mostly fine. But the buffet breakfast, which costs $8.95 per person, plus tip, was largely inedible, with pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc., that had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. We called room service at 9 pm (the in-room menu said they close at 11 pm) and it rang interminably. No one ever answered. So we ordered from Pizza […] Hut instead. The room was a perfectly pleasant Doubletree room, but you should note that a lot -- if not most -- of the rooms do not have windows looking outdoors, but rather, the windows (or sliding glass doors) open into the atrium. So if you want any light in your room, you're going to be seeing everyone who's going by the atrium swimming pool, and they will all see you. 더 보기

Great hotel. Not too far from Dutch Village, Windmill Island, and downtown Holland. The Bob Evans restaurant is right across the street. Nice room with refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed and adequate space. Beautiful pool and spa. If I ever return to Holland, I will stay at the Doubletree.

This hotel is not as nice as other Doubletree hotels. The only good thing about the place is the hotel staff. They are very nice and accommodating. The hotel layout is strange because it was another chain hotel purchased by Doubletree. The rooms are okay. The rooms with balconies all surround the pool. Beware of a very strong chlorine smell in the […] rooms. This was a problem for us, but the staff was very kind and gave us a new room. Our new room did not smell, but it was not fully clean. There was hair in the bathtub. Tissues were missing from the tissue box. The bed was clean and comfortable. The location was only a few minute drive from downtown. 더 보기

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Doubletree for 3 nights with our 2 kids-ages 4 and 1. We opted for a king room with a sofabed and a balcony that looked out over the pool. We loved the balcony. We didn't spend a ton of time out there but it was nice to step out every once in a while and it was a great place to have swimsuits dry overnight. My 4 year old slept in the […] sofabed and it worked out wonderfully. There was still ample room in the room for our pack n play for our 1 yr old. The only downside to the room was the bathroom. It is TINY! It was very inconvenient because you can't open the door and get around the toilet to get out. You have to open the door part way, move around the toilet and the open it the rest of the way to leave the room. I had read that it was a small bathroom in a review before I stayed there but I really didn't grasp the size of it until we were there. I think overall it was a nice place and it is pretty convenient to other locations (reastaurants, malls, Dutch Village, etc.). We would definitely stay there again. 더 보기

Be very careful in the restroom... extremely small... can't get out of the shower if the door is open. BAD DESIGN!! Breakfast buffet was marginal. Had dinner in the bar at 9:00 p.m. - food was excellent. Surrounding area leaves much to be desired. Right off the highway. Was an easy and short drive to downtonw thank goodness.

This hotel is a great place to stay... unless you want to watch a big game on TV. However, the lobby TV made up for it. The beds were comfortable and large.

We opted for Doubletree in Holland when Saugatuck was booked up and were glad we did. It is only a short drive away. Although Holland was generally suffering from a business slow-down the hotel and environs were lively and accommodating. And the weekend discount was a bargain. The only thing that happened, when we arrived was that the Manager, put us in a double room, when we paid for a Jr. King bed suite, we complaint and we went back to our king double, maybe he tried to be smart with us. but for the rest, the hotel is very nice, clean, I would recommend it!!

The beds were so comfortable that my husband and I, who normally are up no later than 7 A.M., slept in until 9:00. Now that's comfortable. Complete with down pillows and a down comforter. We will stay here again if we come back to the area.
