The hotel staff and rooms were very nice. It should have been a warning, however when there were complimentary ear plugs in the room! The walls were paper thin! We heard our neighbors having sex, their children early in the morning and late at night. I did complain and was they did comp us breakfast.

My room was dirty, and noisy.

nice hotel, not too far off interstate, bed was comfy, could hear the elevator as well as the family in the next room

Shuttle left us at the airport when arriving. Shuttle has two hour delays in pickups and drop offs, so be prepared to spend a lot of time at the MOA. Shuttle goes to no other location except MOA and the airport. Room stated it comfortably fit 4 adults to find the beds were full size not queen and very crowded, could not have a roll away due to lack […] of space in accordance with fire marshal. The hotel was near the interstate, but still a bit awkward to get to. Although it could use a little updating, it was quite clean and pleasant. The room was comfortable and quiet.

If we hadn't got a really good rate. I would have been extremely disappointed and even perhaps not bothered to check in if we would've paid the regular rate. It was a small, somewhat run down room. All was great expect the price. The rate was a bit high considering the economy.

The free shuttle service was awesome. They even picked us up from the house of comedy and dropped us off at Oak City for some dancing. The hotel bar and restaurant was modern & beautiful. Great place for an office party!

All employees, from the airport shuttle driver, front desk clerk, dining room servers to housekeeping were kind and helpful. Room was immaculate and loved the comfy bed. This was one of best stays I've had in the Twin Cities. Reasonably close to everything, but still a quite overall stay. The best part for me though was their driver was willing to take you to local stores and not just the Mall / Airport.

We stayed here once before and the service was below average. Decided to give it another shot...much improved! Great service, clean, and comfortable. Will stay again and recommend to others.

The hotel was nice and so was the staff. But I did have to ask twice for them to send someone up to fix my thermostat. Then the drain in the bathtub was broken and would not stay open to drain out, regardless of whether we took a shower or a bath. I was very pleased with the accomodations at this hotel and the cleanliness of the room and linens. Great location near the major highway to and from Mall of America and the airport, as well as downtown Minneapolis and the lakes. Will definitely stay at this location again.

was not as close to the mega mall & airport as i feel the review let on. the hot tub was out of order & you did not find that out until you entered the swiming area & the other pool was cold but good sized. the rooms were clean, but the hall way to the room was missing the floor boards.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbors very easily.

Make it a point to walk to Kincaids for dinner! This location is easy to get to from MSP and The Hotel is excellent. Great bar too!

A business visit so this hotel was perfect location. Clean and friendly with a spacious bedroom. The Gym was small but not too busy. The pool was closed for renovation which was a pity.

I had a flight cancelled which meant a layover in MN and found this hotel online. Everything worked out great from shuttle to the airport to a great room. Unfortunately upon returning home from my trip I found an addtion $962.00 charge on my debit card. They were still charging me for staying there along with a higher residence stay rate. I was never […] called or contacted and this resulted in fees on my card. I called and we ultimately straightened out the charge and it is still in process to be credited back to my account. I was never offered anything in return for their mistake despite asking for even $20 back to cover fees to my account. Long story short, confirm with staff that you checked out and that they took your card off being charged. 더 보기

Had a great 3 night stay at this hotel last week - the rooms were very nice, clean, and very quiet. I'm a really light sleeper and I had 3 great nights sleep here...a rarity for me on the road! It's only about a 5 minute drive to the Mall of America and a 10 minute commute to the Airport. I'll be back on my next visit to the MSP area.

we're disappointed about the pool, we can't use at that time. The room has no refrigerator, there is no microwave. We love the breakfast and the lady that serve us, she is nice. You have to tell us ahead of time if we can't use the pool cause we have kids.

Everything was good, however, the pool was undergoing mantenance so we were unable to enjoy it. But the hotel had a shuttle to transport residents to the neighboring hotel's pool area. Crowne Plaza Minneapolis/St Paul has a contemporary decor with friendly and courteous staff. The swimming pool was just the right temperature and the in-house dining above average. The breakfast eggs benedict were exceptional and the dinner rib-eye perfectly prepared. The room was clean, serviced on time, and bed very comfy. Clean hotel. Slightly old, yet bathroom while average in size, was very nice with granite countertop, nice fixtures, hairdryer and extra magnifying mirror on wall. Everything was clean. Beds in room were double-size and mattresses/bedding were good - queen would have been better. . Room a bit tight in size for 3 people, but okay. Not quite as close […] as other hotels to Mall of America - that may be a plus if you want more quiet. A shuttle, may be available to Mall of America. Nice pool/area. Stayed on Saturday for 1 night and it was quiet and pleasant. Lounge and restaurant a bit dark but very up-to-date and bartender was very nice. Staff at desk were pleasant. One person in our group ate breakfast and said it was very good and a server (man) was very pleasant. (Note: Breakfast may not be included depending on your reservation type). When departing, needed to check on something at front desk. It took quite awhile - one person on duty - she was going over something that took over 10-15 minutes with another patron. While she was very professional, she didn't call on anyone else to help with those of us accumulating in line to check out/get information. Close to I494, Fort Snelling, St. Paul. Airport not far. staff are more than ready to help. All requests were met with courtesy and prompt resolution. Only limited selection of wine in the lounge and the restaurant was a little like what you would call an upscale complimentary breakfast. This one you had to pay for and the value wasnt there.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced nice clean hotel with good qualify food, friendly staff, a nice little martini bar off the main loby with a toasty warm open air fireplace....clean white comforter on the most comfortable bed and several cushy down pillows in a CLEAN room....with shuttle service to the MSP airport and the Mall of America....then […] book a room at the Crowne Plaza in Bloomington. This was our 4th stay within the past year and we have had the same great experience every time! It's worth a try. You won't be disappointed. 더 보기

Not even 10min ride from the airport even in traffic, you have 3 large malls including the Mall of America with in 10min from the hotel, plenty of restaurants to choose from right off the free way but you don't hear the noise. Excellent and pleasant staff.

clean room; they have a quiet floor-which means not only you, but your neighbors are asked to be quiet too. I don't think too many people were there, however. Big pool and a very hot, hot tub- it is showing its age. there is also a sauna. A number of rooms do have doors open to a gated patio area on the pool deck.

would stay again, they have a lot of seating on the main floor if you were to have a quick meeting with someone

We had a wonderful time from check-in to check-out. Our bed was very comfortable, the black-out curtains let us sleep in, the hot-tub was wonderful, and breakfast was quite good (although not inexpensive). We will definitely stay at the Crown Plaza Bloomington again.
