Inn at Pelican Bay was very nice and very close to the beach, town and shopping. Very comfortable and large room and nice gym. Great deal for the price.

We arrived expecting to stay for 8 days 7 nights. We stayed 1 night!! We smelled cigarette smoke at this supposedly non-smoking hotel. We had no wi-fi sercice, our room was located near the stairwell. The noise level was so bad we could not sleep, when we tried to call to complain we had no phone service. The hotel was excellent, clean and provided good service. However, there were extra daily resorts fees for each day at the end of my stay that were not disclosed up front. At the cost of this hotel stay, they should not be nickel and diming you at the end of your stay.

A lovely boutique hotel conveniently located to Naples and Bonita Springs. Large, nicely appointed rooms. Pay the extra premium to get a lakeside room, in order to get a nice balcony with peaceful view of the lake and its fountain. Standard rooms have no balcony and a parking lot view. Included continental breakfast with waffle maker, coffee & cookies […] or snacks in the afternoon/evening, newspaper added to the value. We also received a complimentary cocktail. The honor bar of chilled wine, beer, soft drinks and water was a nice touch as well. Be aware there is a $10 daily fee to cover parking, internet , etc 더 보기

Warm employees, well kept, very comfortable, could spend a week or more here; one night is not enough!!!

Nice front desk staff, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, convenient to where we were going in Naples. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable & pretty hotel. Loved breakfast on the terrace overlooking pond. All staff very welcoming. The only negative was the hotel was not upfront about the extra 10.00 per person per night charge. It should be built into rate rather than being led to believe breakfast and wi-fi are free.

You advertise a delux breakfast for this upscale stay. I was disappointed with the freshness of the bagel and breads. Also, a pet peeve is eating cereal with a teaspoon. There were no soup spoons so I bought my own.

This charming hotel feels like a beautiful private house. Have breakfast on a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. A few minutes from the Philharmonic Performing Center and the fabulous new Mercato Shopping center, it is close to both formal and casual dining. I would never stay anywhere else.

Was priced too high. Just wasn't worth the amount we paid. Lake view was a retention pond. Nice but a rip-off

The quality of the hotel was wonderful. Great accomodations: clean room, delicious food, and outstanding service...Thumbs up!

We were just driving through the west coast of Florida and discovered this hotel on Hotels.com. It was so nice, we had to stay longer. It is in a beautiful location, with a lake and fountain. A wonderful breakfast was included. Other restaurants and shopping were close by.

pool and patio were under construction maintenance tv did not appear to have a sleep button. overall a very nice hotel and room very comfortable

Close to the beach and they allow you to use complimentary bikes. Comfy beds and great balconies in every room. Restaurants around were very good. Super friendly staff that ensures you have a pleasant time. Will definately come back soon.

The best possible price-quality realtionship! The pool-area was nice, the service excellent, location good, the beach nearby great.

Although of reasonable size, the hotel had a feeling of Boutique Hotel. Excellent service, good breakfast and the pool /lake area a delight. A pleasant stay and would recommend

they offer a great continnental breakfast. but there is no restaurant on site, they have no maps/info pamphlets displayed in lobby to help you find your way around. lounge is open at 4:00 -10.00 pm. it is small seats about 8. the hotel has no function hall but rents out the lobby/bar area to people so guests must share their vacation with these groups. […] the rooms were clean but had a foul odor. elevators (not people) were heard all night long. pool was small. i did not feel it was vacation friendly. 더 보기

Room is big and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and the hotel overall is a great value!

This is an undiscovered gem. The people at this hotel treat you like you are royalty. The free breakfast included good coffee, bagels with spreads, home made goood waffles with syrup and more. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all our friends and family.

Living in Miami, we go to Naples quite often. Hotel is VERY convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Can't beat the location!! I would say that the interior of the rooms and the hotel itself more resembles a nice Staybridge or Marriott. I was expecting more from what I saw on the website - not necessarily a Ritz, but something better. Room […] itself is decent size and beds were comfortable. We had a balcony facing the pool, which was very nice. Our room had an ant problem which we reported and they took care of immediately. The AC in the room was a little noisy and overall the humidity in the room was very high. Room smelled and felt damp - almost like there had been a bad rain storm and the sliding door leaked - although the carpet seemed dry. The morning breakfast was simple yet good cold buffet. Fresh cut fruit salad, homemade waffles (self made), bagels, pastries, coffee, juice, cereal, boiled eggs etc. Self service. I would recommend this hotel if you want really easy access to the beach and Naples. 더 보기

Hotel is good for a busniess sta, but very boring for a vacation stay. Tiny pool, and no beach view from the hotel. Not much to see and do at the hotel.

I travel for Business a lot. I was quite surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay. They had music on Wednesday evening, lovely breakfast each morning, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

Was only there for one night but very pleased with the accommodation, customer service, breakfast and price. Room had everything - even a fridge. 5 minutes in car to the main street in Naples. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and big enough. I don't understand why, but the hotel employee closed the breakfast buffet too early. the receptioniest told us, the breakfast is available till 10 o'clock, but they already took the food at 9.40 o'clock!

We were not blown away. It's a lovely hotel but not really convenient to the beach at all. As suggested in the title, the only thing reminding us we were in Naples was the humidity. The property is on a lagoon type body of water with a fountain, pretty, but again, could have been anywhere. We wished we had spent more to be beachfront. The complimentary […] breakfast is a definite plus, it includes the usual fruits and pastries and make-it-yourself waffles. The room was spacious, clean, cool, and stylish. Our main complaint was the poorly running elevator - it had a weird routine of shaking and hovering at your floor before the doors would open. If this is a vacation, I would probably recommend people spent a little more per night and get on the beach. 더 보기

excellent price for a last minute booking and a very nice hotel in a nice part of town. breakfast area looked a little cramped, i elected to skip it.

Just a vanilla place to stay, nothing special, but very neat and clean. Not much entertainment and things closed an 9:00 PM.

We stayed here before and just loved it. Check in was swift, hotel was spotless, quiet and beautiful. Bed was to die for!! Can't say enough. Will be our go-to hotel when we are in Naples.
