This motel was excellent all of the people were friendly and great. Nice little bar, casino, restraurant. I will be staying there everytime i go to Billings, MT

Our stay was interesting. The dates might have had something to do with as it was over New Years Eve. There were 2 New Year's Eve parties, 1 Sweet 16 party and a Wedding Dance all the same night. The guests next to us proceeded to party all night long and I mean ALL night long. At 2:30 a.m. we called down to the front office. They were talked to I […] believe but it did not stop them. At 8 a.m. they were still VERY loud and hitting the walls and yelling profanities. We did talk to the main desk about the situation but they said that they were not able to compensate our room because we booked it on-line. My husband and I and our teenage boys did NOT sleep at all. How could we, we had drunk and obnoxious guests having a whoopla next door. The hotel were aware of it and we did not get angry or upset with them. It wasn't their fault. We just wished that some better compensation could have taken place since we really were not able to get ANY rest. 더 보기

Do not be fooled by the pictures. No elevators. Doors not locked renovation work all over which made it hard to access room or pool. Not with the money you pay.

For the extra price to stay here there wasn't much difference from a cheaper hotel. Had to stand at the front desk and listen to the clerk spead to housekeeping on which rooms on which floors were available.

Don't stay here. My 12 year old now knows what a strip club is because the room overlooked it. The location is terrible and for some reason that hasn't been written in previous reviews. The carpets were so dirty that shoes had to be worn at all times. The room was too small to put the roll away inside, which shouldn't have been necessary since a sofa […] bed was to have been in the room. To the hotel's credit, our family got in late (after 11pm) and it was the last room available. That explains the 2 star review instead of a 1. If the room was gone, then it would have been a 1. 더 보기

We did not get the room we reserved, and the room we got was in the wing that was under constuction, (dusty, dirty and half the halway doors sealed off with plastic. Our tv and all electrical appliances were unplugged and obviously moved. The person who checked us in was rude and did not answer our questions. Lots of great parking at this location, including room for RVs and boats. There are several entrances and the property is kind of spread out, so check in before you schlep your luggage out of the car. Our room was on the far side of the property, so we had to take all of our luggage back to the car in 100+ degree heat and unload it again at the correct […] door. 더 보기

The main building is nice, and staff is very friendly, but this reservation will put you in the old section adjacent to Holiday Inn building. The area has an unpleasant smell, the halls are gloomy, and we had to use the stairs. The ac was not working, but they did move us into another room. Things were a little dusty and there was soap scum on the walls […] of the shower and hair in the tub. Don't be fooled by the pictures! There are no water slides here, yet the pool is 8 1/2 ft. deep. T he bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Room located too far from dining area for a wheelchair accessible. Room located in farest part of hotel in the back parking lot. The check in process was easy and fast. We stayed in room 2008. The view was of 2 HUGH Trane airconditioners that we listened to ALL night long. The other window was blocked by part of the building. One part of the description said "Full Breakfast" I thought that meant it was included in the price of the room. I guess NOT my mistake. They did allow […] us to check out at 2:00pm. We usually stay elsewhere but really liked the Holiday Inn better. Clean and when smoke alarm started beeping they were there to fix it within minitues. Would recommend for anyone

We stayed three nights, the front desk person was very nice but under staffed only one person at front desk. We did not receive maid service the second day and did not get clean towels.

The Internet did not work for more than a minute. Then it would refuse to connect. They need to get a new router or adjust the current one. I had business to conduct and was unable to get a connection to do this. Light bulbs were burned out. The Priority Club perks were outstanding. The only thing wrong during my stay was the internet service was not good. The hotel is nice and we were able to get a top floor room as requested.

Booked hotel for the size of room it had. Not available. Also got it because it had a pool for the kids. Did not mention pool was under construction for 2 weeks.

Never stay there in the rooms that are extension rooms of the hotel. Lobby and all rooms in the Lobby area are great but the rooms in other parts of the hotel are horrible, disgusting, dirty, unacceptable.

Service was excellent but room wasn't very clean, it smelled of urine.

We booked this hotel because it had great reviews. Yuck. The hotel was very run down. In the bathroom, the tile was broken, grout was missing, the shower was stained yellow and moldy, the vanity was cracked and that's just the bathroom. Our room was across from the motorcycle wash so there was no parking, no luggage dolies, and no elevator. The hotel was decent: clean, comfortable bed and good sized room. The staff were very nice but check in seemed undermanned and too busy to be helpful. The walls were really thin and the noise level in the rooms was disturbing and lacked privacy. We were staying there due to a hospital visit and really needed a restful stay but there were so many children […] running and screaming in the hallways at most daytime hours - it was hard to get any peace. I think with so many newer hotels near-by, with more amenities like free breakfast and in-room fridge, I would not stay here again. 더 보기

Hotel was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Room nicely updated.

It appears to have been another hotel and converted to a Holiday Inn. I was a little dissapointed because most Holiday Inns are in better shape, but it's an ok hotel and my stay was pleasant.

well the room we got seemed like the heat didn't work and we called room service they said the heat was working to the maximum but room was very cold! My kids went swimming and was worried they would get sick. The maintenance man said they could bring us a heater but later showed up with only 2 blankets and said that was all they could do......

The resturant needs a new chef. Quality of food was poor. I would eat some place else.

This was a nice stay..nothing fantastic..but the brakfast choice was great.

Our stay at this hotel was greatly inhanced by the quality of care and attention my family received from the entire staff. Friendly greetings upon arrival, smiles from the staff; the overall demenor of everyone we interfaced with made our trip and stay more enjoyable. If you stay in the back there are two floors but NO elevator so you have to carry everything up the stairs.

The hotel looks great on the website. In reality not quite as good on the inside. Overall it was OK, but not great. The mattresses were awful. The hot tub had nasty floaty things in it. Other than that it was OK.

If I would of known that I would of had to pay $25 for my little dog to stay with us, I wouldn't of stayed. All other hotels charge $10. I'm glad I didn't bring my other 2 dogs!!!!

This hotel is in the perfect spot if you are looking for some excellent shopping. It was very nice and relaxing!!
