홀리데이 인 버펄로-다운타운 (Holiday Inn Buffalo-Downtown) - 버팔로

I returned to my room at 1730 to find the room was undone! Asked the reception they told me I need to change room (?!), I asked for a cleaning my room instead, they denied. I had top move. No sorry!, no explanation, no Complaint forms to fill. Really a bad service. By the way, I am a proud member anyway.

Such a great staff! Big shout out to Dan at the front desk... he couldn't have been more gracious to us!!! Great first time in Buffalo for myself and my best buddy!! Cheers from Amy and Holly (NYC)

The bed was great but the room didn't have a microwave or a fridge or even a Bible.

Dust om Table. dirty bathroom. dirt on towels. AND NO BREAKFAST.

This hotel is located walking distance from most of the downtown action. I enjoyed a great rate and a pleasant walk to activities from this hotel.

I ate the worst breakfast of my life at the hotel restaurant!!! i could you miss on eggs, toast and potatoes !!! unbelieveable !

We rented a double bed room for 3 adults and one child and it was a nightmare for everyone to get ready. The bathroom didnt have a vent so the mirror stayed fogged forever. There were no extra outlets to get ready in another mirror. No indoor pool. No breakfast included. Only positive was bed was comfy and room clean.

Older hotel but has had some updating. King size bed was very comfotable. Room was quiet and cozy. Some upgrading needs to be done in the bathroom but the cleanliness made up for the age.

great location, near downtown and boutique shopping in historic neighborhood, famous anchor bar and rail system within 2 blocks. Needs bathroom and furniture updating but very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn while in Buffalo to see a Sabres game. The location was surprisingly convenient -- just around the corner from the famed Anchor Bar and a couple of blocks from the light rail that took us all the way to the arena. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom seemed a little dirty and the walls weren't thick enough to prevent […] hearing the Canadiens fans celebrating their win in a neighboring room. The Hotel would need some painting and some cleaning (stains on my bedroom door) The staff is very friendly though.

Went to Buffalo for the Leafs/Sabers game and this hotel was great. Cheap and more than we needed. Very good deal.

Cobb webs on lights, room smelled like old wet socks. Room was HOT!! We had to open window at night to cool room down and it was 26 outside. Bathroom had rust and mold

Girlfriend and I stayed here overnight for Buf v Mia game. The staff was extremely friendly during check-in and helpful when answering questions about local things to do. Our room upon entering, wreaked of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. But overall the room was clean and very comfortable. I only stayed one night, but the room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend others to stay at this hotel. If I visit Buffalo again, this would be my first pick.

Not a bad price for a hotel room in downtown Buffalo. It is an older hotel that needs upgrading - the ceiling was falling apart, wallpaper coming off near ceiling, carpet in rooms, bathroom fan only twice a day, and very small bathroom. The price of our room was very good considering it was the American Thanksgiving and Black Friday. The room was very clean but in desperate need of an update as it is very tired looking. Room phone didn't work so I had to use my cell to call the front desk and ask for a hairdryer - which was supposed to be in the room. The underside of the lampshades were filthy, almost looked like someone shook a can of coke and opened under the lampshade. I was awoken at 2 am by loud guests getting ice and soda and others returning to their rooms […] from perhaps a bar. I understand that I can't hold the hotel at fault for loud guests but this just added to my irritation. Location to Anchor Bar was terrific. Also wish restaurant opened earlier than 7 am...we had an early start and had to grab Dunkin Donuts. 더 보기

The location is good and convenient. Accomodations are fine and are worth the extra $ you pay to step up from a budget hotel. The only complaint was the heat was set very high and we could not find a way to bring it down. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel, convenient parking at the hotel, a little far from the convention Center but parking downtown was inexpensive, $6 all day, and well within walking distance to all that I needed to reach.

Great hotel, close to restaurants and bars, clean and comfortable, and helpful staff.

If you want to be near downtown and Allen Street, this is perfect. The hotel is older but well-kept and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean. Shower pressure wasn't amazing but all in all comfortable room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Room was nice and clean, the kind of standard you expect from Holiday Inn. Neighborhood and location were good by Buffalo standards. Special thanks to restaurant, usually restaurant's in hotels are not very high standard, but food over here was good and service was quick and professional.

Despite the room lamps and heat/air not working quite 100%, hotel was great. The restaurant was phenomenal, quality food and service at a reasonable price.

The hotel had nice friendly service. They provide a shuttle from the airport which worked great. They had a nice accessible room with a roll in shower.

It worked for us as a prep for Niagara Falls. It's an older hotel but generally in good shape. The bathroom vent was growing hair and the intake for the hair dryer was suffering from the same, which leads me to believe that all of the vents needed help. I can live with all of that. The in-house restaurant was acceptable and there are others in the area […] and a Walgreen's across the street. 더 보기

This was a great location for us. Not too close or too far from the Buffalo Airport. Many of the eating establishments that had great ratings were all within walking distance; for example the Anchor Bar and Grill. Folks at the Holiday Inn were very helpful and extremely courteous. It was clean and comfortable. I recommend this place and I would definitely […] stay there again. My husband had booked another location for another night and it fell short of our expectations compared to our stay at the Holiday Inn. Next time, he's letting me do ALL the booking. 더 보기
