when you advertise that I can leave my car and be shuttled to the airport than that is what you should do . at the last day I was told I could not leave my car so I had to drive to the airport parking. Nice hotel -- only downside is airport is right next store so hear planes landing, but also only hotel in area with restuarant inside with good food.

Parking is NOT complimentary despite what is posted on hotels.ca website. You have free parking only while staying at the hotel, but have to pay to park at the airport or $159 if you leave your car at the hotel, even if it is only for one night. I would have chosen another hotel had the hotels.ca agent provided me with the accurate information.

Overall I found it more clean then the Best Western on Genesse Drive.

would have been nice if we had received the room we booked. Made it very clear we wanted two beds in the room. when we checked in only had one king I phoned down to the front desk they said thats all we have sorry! in other words to bad for your luck!!!

Very convenient as right next to Buffalo/Niagra Internl Airport. Very friendly staff, quick shuttle van to /from Airport. Nice choice of soft or firm pillows & bed comfortable. Only drawbacks: no elevator & small Bathroom, but clean. J.O'H- Pembroke Pines, FL

One thing bad about this hotel is they don't have elevators just narrow stairs! It is hard when you have luggage. When the door is opened you have no rooms behind you to step back... very inconvenient and dangerous! You could fall down the stairs with your suitcase!!!!

Great location and very friendly helpful staff! Highly recommended!

We chose this holiday in because our flight out was at 6am the following morning and we were able to use the complimentary shuttle service offered by the hotel. They offered a wake up call and were prompt and professional regarding the shuttle service. We had dinner at the attached restaurant, albeit we did eat a little early (due to being awake so […] early that day), but the food was really good and the service was too. The only thing I have to mention for other guests in the future is that this hotel is spread out over a large area, and while it is only two stories, there is no elevator service - so when you are traveling with luggage it makes it difficult to navigate the stairs and narrow hallways. Otherwise, we would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat. 더 보기

Good place to Stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no elevator. I had a fractured ankle during my visit and walking up and down stairs is hard for me with my cast. I booked the hotel prior to getting hurt and I was unable to move to another hotel. We stayed there when we visited niagara. The hotel was very conveniently located near the buffalo airport, and there is shuttle service to and from the airport to the hotel. You could take the NFTA express bus to Niagara falls from the airport which costs you only $1.75 per person per ride. The only problem i had with this hotel is that the bathtub […] was not draining properly. They also have a pseudo cloak room service where they can store your luggage after you check out until you come back from ur day activity and collect it. 더 보기

Excellent location to catch a flight

I was very, very disappointed with my stay at the above-mentioned hotel. The bathroom was filthy and it took three calls to the front desk before someone cleaned the bathroom. I just happened to hear the sound of a vaccum cleaner in the next room and quickly asked the cleaning woman to clean the bathroom for me as I was waiting to have a shower. She […] cleaned the bathroom but used the same cloth she used to clean the toilet seat to wipe down the counters surrounding the sink....yikes!!! Also, the room was very dusty as was clearly seen on the lamp shades. Further, I was told when I booked the hotel through hotels.com that there was a continential breakfast...only to be told at the front desk upon checking in that the hotel does not serve a continential breafast. The hotel had a shuttle service to the airport which was very convenient. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would like to see the hotel offer queen size beds instead of just double.

Hotel's location is its biggest asset. A 5 minute drive to airport which is why we used it. Hotel and room were clean but dull looking. Used pool and it was good. Wakeup and shuttle service were very good. As a place to sleep for an early flight, it was fine but to stay for a vacation, etc we would probably look elsewhere.

Great location, close to shopping, close to restaurants, and a perfect view of the airport runways.

The hotel was nice; the beds were a little uncomfortable . The outdoor pool is very nice; no stairs into the pool only ladders.

Good location if you need to be close to the airport or shopping. Great rate for weekend cross boarder shopping. The hotel stairwells were very dirty and needed the wallpaper cleaned and or replaced. The pull out sofa in our room had some stains on it as well. The maids needed some improvement, they saw us leave our room at 9am and when we returned […] at 4pm the room had not even been touched. just to let you know when i booked this hotel i was specific in my needs. I WANTED TWO BEDS. The operator mentioned a king bed with a pull out and I stated that this WAS NOT APPROPIATE. You can understand my thoughts when I arrived at 9;00 pm and was told that I had a room WITH EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT A KING BED WITH A PULL OUT. I asked for a discount […] and was told that i had to take it up with you. So here i am. I wish i knew that there wasn't an elevator, I had to carry a 10 month old up and down the stairs, with all her stuff.

Not overly impressed with my stay, although the Restraunt was great the hotel accommodations were not, wireless high speed Internet is advertised but not high speed or readily available. I stayed here years ago and it appears nothing has been updated at all. I won't stay again.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We arrived prior to check in & checked in, but then remembered we had booked 2 rooms so asked if they could be close together . Staff were very efficient and helpful and we had 2 rooms next to eachother. Very handy for the airport for our flight the next day. Hotel offers a courtesy bus to the airport or car hire […] return which is useful too. They had a "special" reception on which gave us a free drink and food which was a bonus, thanks ! This hotel is nice and conveniet to the airport. Our only complaint was that the bathtub drained very slowly. Otherwise, it was a very nice room.

The hotel wasn't particularly remarkable but, no complaints. Average in every way EXCEPT, there was a clean outdoor pool in a greenspace common area. On a hot day, it was great to have the space to lounge and relax outside and not feel trapped in a room.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn hotel! Great surrounding, very clean rooms, courteous front-desk..I will definitely recommend this hotel for future stays...

The room was very nice. The staff was polite and helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would recomend this hotel to someone else.
