Perfect match for what I needed (close to convention center, great room, good food in the restaurant/bar so I did not have to go out in the rain).

The hotel sold me a "non-smoking" room @ 3X standard price due to conventions in town. When I got in the room they had left an air cleaning machine running - obviously not a non-smoking room. I have been involved int he hospitality industry for years and have travelled extensively and this is the worst stay that I have had - Starwoods did a better job […] in thier demolished hotel in Cancun after the hurricane where I was working with the reconstruction crew in temp quarters. 더 보기

OK so it was on the river and close to the game and bars. But man did I ever overpay and get an average room at best.

Very nice, clean rooms.

Our preference of Hotels when we travel is the Holiday Inn Express. This location didnot disappoint us. The Hotel was clean, the staff very helpfull and friendly. Beds were comfortable I must say. We chose this location because of the proximity to Great American Ball Park. We were in town to see the Yankees, and the new Ball Park. We took advantage […] of "Skyline Chili" across the street and enjoyed the Cincinnati Chili which was very tasty. Took advantage of the Southbank Shuttel service which has multiple destinations. If you love sports the shuttle also services the Paul Brown Stadium so you can catch a Bengals game. All in all a great getaway, great people, great hotel. . . and the Yankees won. 더 보기

This hotel was average at best. It does not offer a true view of the river, and the location is in a less than ideal neighborhood. The room was comfortable enough, but it was outdated and not very clean. The overall ambience of the hotel needs some work. It is very dark and dingy.

I stayed for 4 days on the top floor facing the river, not much of a view but I was working nights in Cincinnati and slept during the day at the hotel. The hotel was quite and the maids were very courteous to wait until late in the day to clean my room...you don't get that type of service at every hotel. I never ate in the hotel restaurant, prices seemed […] high, but there are a lot of choices of places to eat around the hotel. All in all I would stay there again. 더 보기

Very nice experience. Super fast and easy check in. Request for late check out (due to our participation in a morning activitiy) was granted without hassle. Convenient location and free parking were all plusses.

Excellent staff and very friendly!

The room we were first given had not been cleaned but the manager apologized, met us at a new room and gave us two free breakfasts. My biggest complaint was that the hotel was very noisy. People in the hallways all night and very thin walls so you could hear everything. Location is good to downtown Cincinnati and price was good.

The front desk folks were extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was okay but there were eatery options on every corner. I was there on business and found that although this hotel was in an older part of town literally on the Ohio River it was convenient to everything.

Nice place, upscale from the old days of Holiday Inn. All of the expected amenities. 10 minute walk to convention center, much cheaper than the Marriott. Really helpful staff. Suggest breakfast at the Waffle House across the street, but the hotel breakfast is OK

Hotel personnel were very helpful. Great window view and conveniently close to I-75.

Checked-in for 1 night on business. The hotel itself is pretty old although fairly well maintained. The staff could not have been more pleasant. They accommodating my every request, from a late check-out to complementary toothpaste after I discovered I'd left mine behind. If you want room service you have to ask for a menu to be brought up to your room […] (which takes forever) and then wait again for the food to arrive. Nice hotel, good location to downtown Covington and Cinci. Allowed us to check in early and very friendly. Nice restaurant didn't eat but it was nice went in for a few drinks

We booked this hotel because it has the only outdoor pool in the area. It is very close to the highway and just on the other side of the river from downtown Cincinnati. When we checked in, the lobby smelled like smoke, as did the hallways, and (sometimes) our non-smoking room--which had an ashtray in it! Apparently the king beds are on the smoking floor. […] At least the bed was as comfortable as sleeping on a cloud! The manager was very apologetic when we were checking out, and offered us member points or free breakfast. Unfortunately, the prices in the hotel restaurant were too expensive, so we had eaten breakfast at the Waffle House across the street. There are other chain eateries right in the area, but it's within walking distance with the nicer parts of Covington, too. We were able to take a TANK bus over the river to downtown Cincinnati ($1.50 each, each way). 더 보기

Only problem I had with this stay was that our air conditioner didn't cool very well. Other than that, this was a pretty decent hotel for the money. Best part of the trip was that the Reds beat the Cards!

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels over the years. The staff at this Holiday Inn was absolutely terrible. I was treated like a second class citizen. They left a bill under my door for less than the amount I was charged through hotels.com and then refused to any adjustment to my charge. The surrounding area was not friendly either.

We booked a room with a King bed & Queen sofa-sleeper (2 adults & 3 kids.) The location was great (right across the river from the ball park and a Shuttle to the park if you wanted to walk next door to White Castle to catch it) there were a number of fast food places close by for food options, the staff we encountered were pleasant, informative and […] accommodating, and the room was clean and well-lit. The only problem we had was that the sofa-sleeper was only a double, not a queen, and it was just as uncomfortable as any I've slept on outside of a hotel setting(yes, we rolled toward the middle of the bed all night long.) I was somehow hoping it would be a more comfortable "hotel quality" version of a sofa bed, but no. Overall, the hotel was a good value for what I paid and I would recommend it to others. 더 보기

Hay un servicio de autobús (shuttle) cada quince minutos que hace un recorrido por todos los lugares de interés de Cincinnati. Cuesta $1 por persona y viaje. Muy buen desayuno.
