It was nice - rates were reasonable.

The hotel was a very good value, was located close to the location for our business as well as the enjoyable downtown attractions.

I reserved a king size bed and it was not available, the room was out dated and the sink was dirty. I usually have a better stay here.

Name changed to Clarion and didn't get a notice of that fact

Front desk never fully staffed. Breakfast was decent. Rooms clean. Location great for central San Angelo. All in all, a decent place for the price.

Everything was great checked in and was very happy with the room itself, very spacious. Had 2 adjioning rooms. Each room has a fridge and in one of the rooms there was food left from previous guest. We checked in late 11pn and just did not open fridge. The next morning left hotel at 11am to go do some things and advised that housekeeping should take […] care of fridge. Upon returning around 3pm rooms cleaned fridge still had food and still stinky. Advised front desk they appologized and i advised that we were getting ready for a wedding and wouls be leaving about 4:30pm and they could take care of it at that time. Returned from wedding about 11pm fridge still with food and stinky. This just cannot be overlooked once possibly but after letting them know twice and nothing done cannot be excussed. 더 보기

The hotel was nice for the money and the location while not on the side of San Angelo I frequent was not too far away and close to the bars/shops on the square. Ill definitely be staying there again. They were under a lot of reconstruction so I look forward to seeing the improvements next time I am there.

The pictures on hotels.com Web site do not match the rooms. Hotel desk told me that none of the rooms had the fresh white covers and pillows like in the pictures. Their were no blankets on the beds only a sheet and the flowered comforters that I could not tell if they were clean so I did not want them by my face. They agreed to wash them but I still […] could not tell. So I was cold with only a sheet for cover. I would stay with them again only if their pictures match the rooms. I loved the river walk, that was wonderful. I didn't receive maid service one day, had to go to the desk, the next day, received maid service but the maid forgot the wash rags so had to go back to the desk. What I saw on line was a 3-1/2 star hotel. I wouldn't consider it better than a Comfort in, much older, elevator wasn't working. I think it was […] an ok hotel. Although the Hotel was under construction, we were comfortable staying at this hotel. The location was ideal as related to our visit. The staff was all very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast had a nice selection and the waffles were Awesome! The only two things we would like to see improved at this hotel if we are to stay again is to change the coffe […] brand through out the hotel and the soaps in the room bathrooms. The coffe was weak and flavorless. Good coffee when we wake is important to my husband and I when we travel. Also the soap brand did not have a pleasing fragrance, was drying on the skin and we found to be unappealing. Aside from these two items, we had a comfortable stay. 더 보기

Our stay was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful & courteous. The hotel is an older hotel but is clean and well kept. The parking lot is well lit and the common areas are well maintained. The room was comfortable & clean. The hotel was older but is being renovated and it looks good. the construction did cause a little inconvenience in the lobby area, but it was nothing I couldn't work around for a brief period. The room was great. Very nice and new, clean and everything worked as it should. The AC was top notch and the bed was comfortable. Not a pillow top, but still […] comfortable. Very friendly staff and the location was perfect for my business. I will be back on my next trip. The continental breakfast was as good as any one else. This hotel is older but well kept, clean and updated. Was going through some renovations during our stay but we hardly noticed. Was very happy with the sleep number mattress! I think that's a brilliant thing to have in hotels. One suggestion we would make would be to light up the parking lot more for security. It was a little too dark in parts.

Very nice hotel and staff

Nice hotel/conference center just across from the Concho River. Didn't know this until we got into the room and there was a sleep number bed! Always wanted to try it out and we got it to where we both were happy! Thanks for that opportunity! Breakfast is plentiful with make your own waffles a treat!!

Our stay was very nice. Rooms were clean and of average size. Loved the Sleep # beds. Centrally located.

The staff that welcomed me in upon my arrival did a great job of marrying my personality and helped me to start my relaxing, get away weekend by sharing jokes and laughs with me. During my stay the hotel was well keeped by house keeping, every where I looked stayed spotless. There are a couple of things I would say needed some improvements though, the […] color of the decor could be changed so that it is not so dark and would be up to date. Also the tvs needs to be updates for the guests that will spend most of their time in the room. Overall, I plan on making more trips to San Angeo over the next few months and would love to make this my preferred hotel of stay due to my experience and cost of my stay. 더 보기

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. My partner and I had just come off of a very long road trip and found this hotel to be very accommodating to our needs. We forgot that the room came with a sleep number bed, so we slept on the hardest setting. Other than that, the room was very nice and professional. I was going to San Angelo to visit my son in the Air Force. A lot of the hotels seemed a little high priced. I just happened to find this deal on the internet and booked the room. I was happy with everything they provided. The staff was friendly and courteous. They offered free coffee in the lobby and free bottled water in the room. I enjoyed my stay […] and was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend staying there. There are better hotels to stay at but this was a good value for the money. 더 보기

Just an old motel in the down town area away from the main shopping and restaurants.

I thought the hotel was great. When we first got to the room, there was some paper shreds of some sort in the corner of the room, but after the first night it was cleaned up. No complaints. Continental breakfast was stocked, clean, and very good!! I thought it was an awesome hotel for the price we paid.

1st impression from outside not the best,inside however was plesant,rooms were good value. Sleep # bed was hard & not adjustable. Staff was helpful , room was quiet. Overall not bad for the price.

The hotel was worth the price but this was the 2nd time we stood there and it's been a year and still has construction going on. Room had dirt on the floor and was really full of dust. Said included sleep number beds and our room didn't have them. The area is sort of out away from everything.

The staff was very informative and helpful. Spacious room although the toilet ran sometimes during the night and I could hear noises from the other room through the adjoining door. Breakfast was good and quiet. Overall not bad.

The hotel is an older hotel, however, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and modern. Beds were Sleep Number beds, flat screen TV. Rooms were large, bathrooms tile. Would stay there again. Well worth the Hotels.com price!

Upon arrival I found the hotel was just starting to charge for parking. I pointed out that my reservation which was made months before and it stated no charge for parking. They didn't charge me. However, several new customers were not happy. This new change isn't a good thing. WE HAD A GREAT STAY @ A GREAT PRICE AND WOULD STAY AGAIN

Staff was very helpful, rooms were nice, price was more than reasonable. Will definitely go back.

Way to old. Seems run down. Out dated tv and bed. Don't let the pics fool you like they did me!

The entrance to the hotel was very unattractive, no landscapping just dirt. Lobby area carpets needed vaccuming. Housekeeping needs to make the room more attractive by not having the bed skirts half way tucked under the mattress. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The San Angelo Inn and Conference Center was a good value compared to other similarly rated hotels for the weekend of the San Angelo Rodeo. We chose it based on the nightly price and fair reviews online. When we arrived, we found our room to be clean, but slightly outdated. The bedding was outdated and not up to standards with other midprice chain hotels. […] The beds were sleep number beds and were both functional. The ceiling seemed to have some damage and was taped with blue painters tape, which was unsightly. The bathroom was clean. The hotel offered a free breakfast, much like other hotels. The breakfast area is not as nice as other chain hotels. They did not have any televisions and it was set up like an cheap banquet area. It was awkwardly quiet without TV or some music in the background. The food was good enough. For hot food, they had waffles and boiled eggs. They also had pastries, bagles, oatmeal, and cereals. I just did not find the dining area to be comfortable as other hotels. The location was just beyond the old downtown. There was road construction in that area and a shut down hotel nearby that was unsightly. Overall, for the price, I was satisfied with my stay. 더 보기

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sleep number bed worked well and was very comfortable. Clean and quiet room. Free breakfast was nice with coffee, juice, cereals, a waffle station, hard-boiled eggs, muffins and bagels. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Next to railroad tracks but never heard a train come through.
