장기연수를 위해 1년동안 지낼 집을 구하는동안 장기투숙하였습니다. 전반적 청소상태나 호텔의서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 전반적으로 직원의 표정이 밝진 않았고 룸에 냉장고가 없습니다. 조금 불편했었습니다. 그래도 가격대비 추천할만한 호텔인듯합니다.

I've been really difficult in access internet through hotel wireless network.

This was a really nice hotel and it had a great staff. My only complaint was that the room I was placed in was near a road and the sound travelled through the wall all night which made it hard to sleep.

Hotel staff was very good at there job of welcoming me. Room was nice but noise. I heard traffic noise and noise from another room. I would go back but I would request a room on the back side of the hotel away from the freeway.

It was fine except for the great disappointment to discover a little slip of paper in the room-card-key case. I discovered it as I was checking out. It gave me my "Free" access to the Wireless Internet. Great! I'm all packed and on my way home! Why in the World didn't somebody announce this when I checked in?

Inexpensive, clean, quiet, adequate breakfast

Proximity to several biking trails throughout Walnut Creek is a real plus.

Stayed here overnight with my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised to find a budget hotel being maintained with above average standards for a very reasonable price. Breakfast had an assortment of foods sure to please all but the most finicky of eaters -- there was even soymilk for the hot beverages! The rooms were clean and quiet, abundance of free […] parking. Clean and comfortable

Has what is needed in a budget hotel.

The room was very nice, but the construction next door was very loud on a Monday morning. Also, my husband fell in the shower because the rubber shower mat slipped out from under him. He was bruised up pretty good and busted his lip open on the toilet. Oh, and expect a $2/day city tourism fee and a $50 hold placed on your card for incidentals. This was a great hotel for our trip. When we arrived at 2pm they were expecting us, treated us with excellent service, had our keys ready for us and our room was able to be checked into. The breakfast, for free, was the best "FREE" breakfast I've had at a hotel. Courteous staff and decent food - cheese omelets and sausage w/ biscuits & gravy. The room […] was clean, no road noise and a biking/walking trail right next to the hotel. Even the exercise room, although small, was clean and decently equipped. The bed was not as comfortable as I needed, and the pillows weren't great, but that's more of a personal preference. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time we're in town. the quality of the hotel service was amazing

We stayed here on Friday night of Easter weekend because I had a golf tournament in Walnut Creek on Saturday. This hotel was adequate for what we needed, simply a place to sleep for the night. We checked in with no problems except that our room keys didn't work - however, an employee opened our room for us and took the keys back to the lobby for re-programming […] and brought them back to us. The room had a refrigerator and microwave oven, neither of which did we use. I found the bed a little too firm for a "side-sleeper" like me but my girlfriend didn't mind. It was necessary to run the air conditioning all night and it was rather loud and disrupted my sleep. The included breakfast was nice and served us well in the morning: eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereals, waffles, bagels, fruit, you name it, they had it all. We took advantage of that at 7 AM when it opened and were on our way. 더 보기

The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good too with lots of choices. Very convenient location and liked that we were able to easily get a ride to the BART station with their courtesy van.

This hotel happens to be in a convenient location for me, so I've stayed there a number of times. It's just what I would expect of a Holiday Inn Express - a comfortable enough room to stay in overnight for a reasonable price. One thing I will caution you about. It is right next to interstate 680. The courtyard-facing rooms have just a low level traffic […] hum, but the rooms facing out from the hotel have a lot of traffic noise. I was put in one once and had to ask to be moved. Great price and good value. Pleasant room, generous breakfast and friendly staff. Bit of a walk from the train (about 1 km), but it's worth it.

I have stayed at this hotel more than five times during last two years. I like the location,the room, the staff are friendly & the free breakfast is great.

Bad first impression, came earlier than check in, staff was rude & uninviting. Got into asking personal & invasive questions about my reason for being in town. Aside from that, rooms are comfy & clean. Okay breakfast. Won't stay again though

The staff is very helpful , great breakfast-

Our family was in the area to tour colleges with our oldest children. We had a very comfortable overnight stay. It was nice that all five of us were able to fit into one room easily. Our youngest son enjoyed the heated pool and our well-behaved dog was allowed for a small additional fee. Very nice staff. decent room, heater very noisy.

Great location. Quiet. Attentive staff. Appreciate the hot breakfast & USA Today.

The spa almost worked, the room was almost clean (saw one roach in the bath) the toilet was almost tight to the floor but rocked a bit, the heater was almost quiet enough to allow sleep, and the window almost blocked the street noise, the frozen omelet was almost hot, and the pancake machine almost worked.

This is a great place to stay. Room was very comfortable. Friendly and competent staff. Breakfast express was very nice. They even allowed us to check in early, and the wifi in the room worked!

The hotel is a decent one, but not very convenient for restaurants. Staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was very substantial and they had a nice variety. We were disappointed that there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. But, overall a nice place to stay.

From day one...the staff went out of their way to accomadate our early arrival and all of our needs. The hotel was spectacular and very impressive. The breakfast was very good and generous. Again....the whole staff and the xtra clean rooms where the key factor. We will be back in the future. Thank you!

Had 8 packages and boxes delivered to the Hotel before I got there. They stored them, helped me load them and brought the to my rental car for me. Above and beyond, thank you, ill be back.

No problems here

We have stayed her before and probably will stay here again. We just realized that there is a pool/hot tub and we would have used them if we had known, even though it was winter.

* Room was great. * Eggs were runny and not edible. * Desk Staff was friendly, professional and just plain superb. * My room was by the 680 and was kinda noisy. * Internet was kinda slow. Overall I'm somewhat satisfied though.

Please have the chairs and ottoman's cleaned. I didn't want to put any of my clothes on that blue chair. Disgusting.

We just stayed one night but we were pleased with everything. Nice staff. We followed advise from other reviewers and asked for a pool side room. It was great. The only thing that would have been good is if the hot tub jets worked better. Otherwise a good place to stay. Breakfast was decent and the room was clean and comfortable.

I booked this hotel based on all the great reviews here but I've had the worst experience ever. The smoke detector kept beeping in the middle of the night and I called the front desk at least three times but nothing. It kept beeping even the next day and even after repeated calls and visits to the front desk they didn't do anything. Luckily, I am really […] sound sleeper so it didn't affect me much but my wife was cranky the entire trip due to lack of sleep. Thanks for that Holiday Inn. Oh and get this, I just checked my credit card statement and they've charged me an extra $6. I called them to see what that was and they say it's some pre-reservation fee. WTF? I mean, it's not much but to charge willy-nilly without informing customers? I bet most of the people don't even notice and get charged extra all the time. Stay in this hotel if you don't mind a few extra charges showing up on your credit card. 더 보기
