First time in Toulouse and the hotel couldn't have been better situated. Very helpful staff, good food and a great location made our stay in Toulouse a very memorable one.

Located on the Capitole Plaza. loads of restaurants in easy walking distance. Room was very comfortable, clean and large by european standards. Restaurant was pricey compared to others in the area but the food was delicious as was all the food we had in Toulouse. This is one of the few restaurants in the area that had eggs available for breakfast in […] a breakfast buffet. Unless of course you want ot eat at a nearby McDonalds which was good too as fast food goes. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it to others. 더 보기

Wonderful location and nice facility but the staff does not speak much English inspite of the fact that the majority of guests spoke English when we were there.

A very well run hotel in the heart of the city. Very customer orientated and I found the staff to be very professional. I would recommend this hotel and plan to use it again.

convenient, souless and lacking in any sparkle. All adequate but would not chose to stay again.

Stayed in Crowne Plaza recently with my husband. We were very impressed with the hotel, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. We asked for a quiet room and our room on the 5th floor was almost sound proof. Cannot comment on the food as we dined out. Hotel muy bien ubicado con una bonita terraza, cama de la habitación muy cómoda (aunque al mobiliario de la misma no le vendria mal una actualización) y personal muy amable. En general un sitio muy recomendable para alojarse durante la estancia en la ciudad.

　妻と２人で空港からレンタカーでホテルに向かったが、カーナビの指示に従うと一方通行や車両進入禁止のため、行ったり来たりでいっこうにホテルに到着しない。メインストリート沿いの地下公共パーキングに駐車して、徒歩でホテルに向かいようやくホテルに着いた。ＧＰＳ（カーナビ）の指示だと、到着できないのだという。近隣の地図をもらい、パーキングまで戻って、あらためて車でホテルに向かったが、それでも着くまでにかなり時間がかかった。 　「キングサイズベッド」の部屋は清潔で、快適さはそこそこ。朝食もまあまあだったが、チェックアウトの際に、朝食の料金を請求された。フルブレックファストが含まれているはずだったのに。フロントの女性に確認を求めたが、朝食料金は含まれていないと言う。こちらもスケジュールがあるので、その場は […] 引き下がった。「フルブレックファスト」と言うのは、何のことだったのか？ 더 보기

este hotl situado en la mejor esquina de touluse...los conserjes son unos bacanes

Pour un hotel 5 * il est regretable d'arriver au milieu des travaux réalisés à l'étage, de n'avoir qu'un seul peignoir de bains pour 2 , 5 ou 6 kleenex de très mauvaise qualité et la télévision qui ne marchait pas ...même si l'offre était promotionnelle on était en droit de s'attendre à un hôtel top. Nous ne reviendrons plus Pour exemple: un 5* à Amsterdam […] : 2 peignoirs, kleenex de très bonne qualité, et champagne à discrétion au petit déjeuner pour les amateurs et il y en avait....!!!!! Le Crown Plaza doit faire des efforts pour garder ses 5 *...dommage 더 보기

Chambre calme, propre Seul point négatif : nous étions 4 et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes

Cet hotel est excellent a presque tous les egards. Une seule difficulte. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur la rue et le bruit provenant de l'exterieur pendant la nuit etait extremement eleve nous empechant de dormir pendant deux ou trois heures a chaque nuit.

Perfect situated in the middle of Toulouse - 50 meter from Place Du Capitole. Disappointing/expensive breakfast (at least with a Nordic view). Great service in the reception area. Good training facilitites at the hotel and along the river. We will be back! H & J

Excelente ubicación, cómodo, límpio y muy buen trato. Fuimos con 2 niños y nos alojamosión en una habitación cuadruple, con dos camas grandes y muy confortables. Muy recomendable.

Hall avec fauteuil et lampe design. nous avons été surclassé, la chambre était grande et la décoration de bon gout ( chambre refaite recement ). La chambre donnait sur le patio et nous étions au dernier étage, donc au calme absolue. Trés bon et copieu petit déjeuner.

Kan anbefales hvis du ønsker å bo i sentrum, eneste negative var veldig dyr frokost, men dette kan kjøpes på resturanter i nærheten.

acceuil rigide, une serie de" non" et "on ne peut pas", de l'enervement avant d'accepter finalement un surclassement, du au fait que les res internet ne semblent pas etre intergrees dans le systeme de l'hotel, donc d'une faute de l'hotel
