Signs were posted that the guest bathrooms were in the process of renovation. So I shouldn't have been surprised that there were no towel racks, grab bars, or electrical outlets in the bathroom. But I did object to the coffee pot being in a position where it couldn't be plugged in. This is my second trip to this hotel and once again, it did NOT disappoint. The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. Checking in and out is a breeze. The business center had everything I needed to print out and make copies of a talk I was going to give. The new bathrooms are lovely and state of the art. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, […] but you wouldn't know it judging from the quiet and comfort surrounding me. The hotel is located just across the street from a large mall complex, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants to visit if you choose to dine off property. The staff was extremely accommodating room location given there were many events happening at the hotel. We were able to enjoy an evening away as the hotel put us on the "quiet floor" which was appreciated. Buffet breakfast was not included in our stay, but well worth it. Loved the remodeled bathroom.

The beds at this hotel are so comfortable. They are one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. The hotel location is great for shopping.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia the night of our wedding. We checked in late and everything was perfect. Our room was ready and the service was top notch. We ordered breakfast the next morning and they forgot our toast, but that was our only negative. I love this hotel.

did not realize the hotel was actually located Inside the mall...this must b a nightmare during the holidays! our room while small was very clean. Mail problem for me was that it sounded like folks in the hallway were actually IN our room or bathroom. definitely not good.

Overall, this hotel was okay. We had a few issues, paid for a king room but was given a handicap queen room *never fixed*. Toilet was not clean, but was resolved quickly. The dining staff were not very friendly and were very quick to clear our table while we were trying to finish our meal *very pushy*. The location of this hotel is ideal being directly across the street from the king of prussia mall. Great access to shopping and many good restaurants such as the Cheesecake Factory.

After calling the front desk at 2am to complain of loud partying on the room above me, the hotel said they would send someone up to take care of it.....at 3;30 am, they were still loud, and nothing was done. Will look into staying elsewhere the next time I"m in the area.

Hotel will not dispppoint. Just eat dinner out..that'd be the only negative thing I'd say. Food wasn't bad..but many better cheaper choices within a stone's throw. Get out of the hotel for that ! But stay there for anything else...it's nice !

The hotel was nice, but the pool in the photos was from the Balley's fitness down the road. Guests get a free pass, but it's not the kind of place you want to take a couple of hot tired kids, or it wouldn't have been if the pool had been finctioning.

Staying there for business. Great hotel with above average amenities. Restaurant was good. Major plus was access to gym next door (with lap laned swimming pool). Would definitely return. Hotel along a series of businesses, so location good for access (though not very scenic).

Guest rooms and lobby very clean and pretty. Convenient to Philadelphia but less expensive (also parking is free). Easily accessed from main highways

Nice commercial (i.e., convenient) area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room and beds were clean and comfortable.

We just came back from a 2 night stay. The hotel Lobby was beautiful but the rooms not so much, For the amount of $ I paid I had expected a lot cleaner. The rooms need a lot of updating, the vent in our bathroom did not work. I had noticed that an hour after checking in and let the front desk know but no one ever came to fix which is a bit annoying. […] Secondly, after our first night, I left specific instructions at the front desk that I just wanted a towel change nothing more specifically because I didn't want them going through the rest of the room but that was ignored as well. The Ballys pool and gym you are allowed to use next door is pretty dirty so we didn't go in. There were 2 weddings on the weekend we were there and I felt that this might be there main income base and that's why everything else was neglected. I would not stay here again, i get skeeved out too easily. They are in the process of building a new Hotel Sierra in the vicinity so I will keep that one in mind. Oh and the restaraunt was okay, we had the breakfast buffet, only annoying thing was that when we went to get our food when we first came in as we sat down with our things the waiter asked if he can leave us the check. I was like Really? At least let me sit down and have a bite to eat before you give me the check and we were there at 7:30am so it's not like they were closing. 더 보기

We arrived in the midst of a dance and musical review contest, which could have been very noisy and chaotic. We were placed on the "quiet zone" floor and the restaurant and lounge were very accommodating and relaxing. A positive experience all around.

The service and room were acceptable, but the room was very noisy, both at 12:30am when I was trying to get to bed and at 7am before I wanted to get up. Not sure if it was the walls, the doors or the ceiling but I wouldn't stay here unless you're a heavy sleeper. Not what I'd expect for this price.

The hotel is in a nice location, clean, comfortable, and staff were friendly. However, the description on the hotels.com website promises that all rooms have sleeper sofas and VCRs. Our room had neither. I also find it very strange that the rooms do not have microwaves as these small appliances are found today even in the low-end economical hotel chains […] and would have been very appreciated for our stay. For the price, I found the absence of a DVD/VCR and microwave to be a serious mistake on the part of the hotel. 더 보기

The staff and comfort level at this location is first rate. Staff really bend over backwards and are very customer service oriented. Business Center was FREE for copies and computers. They could not do enough for me and members or our group. I would HIGHLY recommend these kind folks for any sort of stay or function. They were fabulous (and I don't say […] that very often!). 더 보기

Good quality for the price. Close to King of Prussia shopping and Valley Forge Convention Center. Quite clean and excellent breakfast buffet, although it does cost about $15.

I had a great time. When I told them I had a bad experience at the Hilton. They put me on the top floor and it was so quiet. I love it. And on top of it they gave us a free breakfast the next day. And yes I would come back again. I even told my friends on facebook how nice it was.

Awful! Extremely loud in the early morning with the cleaning crew. We could hear everything that was going on outside of our room. I understand there was a dance competition going on and many children were staying there that night, but it was so loud and I wished the hotel staff recognized it and took control of the situation. We felt like we were in […] an episode of toddlers and tiaras with all of the overmade children and temper tantrums. And they charged for the bottled water in the room, I've never stayed at a place that did that. Only positive thing was that the bed was extremely comfortable, but too bad we couldn't sleep because of all of the noise. 더 보기

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a wedding this past weekend. Only complain was they were not as knowledgable with the shuttle service for the wedding. Other than that, it was great!

Can see the mall from your window. Convenient to shopping, restaurants. COmfortable, clean. Shuttle to mall was a nice perk.

The hotel was very clean and had alot of activity going on that weekend. It was well run and organized. Very happy with our stay.

We stayed two nights, and I appreciated that there were plenty of towels and enough coffee that housekeeping didn't have to come in during our stay, and we had no need to call for anything. The room was lovely and very clean. Our only complaint, and it's a small one, was that the mattress was very deep, and should have had extra deep sheets; the fitted […] bottom sheet would not stay on the mattress and kept slipping off the corners all night. 더 보기

As nice as hotels that cost much more. It felt quite luxurious. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well-maintained. Very convenient to the turnpike and mall, it's easy to jump on I-76 and head into the city.

Staff wa very friendy and helpful. The hotel is lovely, rooms are clean and well-kept. Absolutely no problems with the room. Loved the lavendar linen spray, earplugs (not that we needed them) and sleep mask (ditto) included. Good blackout curtains for those of us who like complete dark when we sleep! And it's RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from the mall--we […] were able to walk over, which was great. We paid a bit extra to have breakfast buffet included in our room fee and it more than paid for itself--excellent hot buffet that included made-to-order waffles, omelettes, 2 kinds of sausage, crisp bacon, and hash browns.
