Clerks were very friendly. Room was clean & comfortable. I am a smoker, but this room really smelled of stale smoke. Breakfast was cold, but would have been good had it been warm.

The need was great TV was made in early 90s not well lit no restaurant anymore at this hotel.

Great hotel for the money. This was my second stay at this hotel when traveling for business in Paris

Rooms were clean, staff was great. Continental breakfast was good. Room rates were reasonable. I stayed at this hotel for three weeks -- I'd highly recommend it.

While the staff was nice enough and the room was clean and good condition. The outside left a little to be desired (e.g. outside stairs seemed in need of a little repair and made me pause for a second and think about my safety.) Since our stay was over the Thanksgiving weekend, the hotel was not very full and they started filling from the back corner […] of the property. I don't know if this was an attempt to maximize our privacy. But part of me was looking over my shoulder until safely fastened into my room. Was the room a value. Most Definitely. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. As new business owners opening a business jn that area, we look forward to your services again. One area concern is your 3pm checkin time. Room was clean. even though it was a smoking room (which i requested) it smelled fresh and clean. nice fresh linens and plenty of fluffy towels. Office staff warm and friendly. help directions and suggested places for dinner. the business center needs updating. computer was old and ran very slow. I would definitely stay here again

The room was okay but the chair in the room needed to be steam cleaned. There was an old stale smell in the room....smoke or age? The bath counter was nicely updated and the linens were okay. I would prefer if the bath tub are was remodeled as well.

This Ramada has a number of issues with this which means I would recommend others to stay away: - the front of house staff we dealt with were curt and unfriendly - the condition of the hotel is old/bad - e.g. there was rusty metal falling off on all the outdoor stair treads which had sharp edges in order to reach our room (really had to watch where […] you stepped if going to the pool etc) - Our room stank of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non-smoking - The toilet seat was broken and on the floor when we got to our room - the carpets were were wet in the bathroom area - most rooms face onto the pool area which means you hear all the noise of the pool and people walking past your room until late at night. There a bunch of other accommodation options in the same area, so I'd recommend you look elsewhere... 더 보기

Front desk help nice and helpful Room was a'ok Breakfast was nice except for other guest that acted lets say pigish (not the hotels fault) Price a little steep I guess I will give it a 3.5

We only stayed in the room briefly, one night, arrived at 11:00 pm and left at 6:00 the next morning. We checked in earlier but didn't check our room. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. When we got to our room it had obviously been smoked in despite it being a non-smoking room. Given how late it was we just went to bed. The front desk was very […] helpful when we checked in so they probably would have given us a different room if we had asked. In the morning we tried to get ice and the machine was either empty or broken. There was only one ice machine on the 1st floor, don't know if there was a second one upstairs, we didn't look. although we weren't particularly satisfied with our room I still rated it fairly high because we didn't give the hotel the opportunity to make it better. Given our experience with the front desk, I think they would have been happy to switch us to a different room if given the opportunity. 더 보기

We traveled through the night and arrived in Paris Tx about 1 am. We were delayed getting to the hotel because we could not read the banner that was over the Holiday Inn sign. The white banner read Ramada but because the sign shined though the banner you couldn't read that it said Ramada. It took us almost an hour to figure out that the Holiday Inn […] was the Ramada. Maybe a black banner so when the sign lights up at night you will be able to read Ramada..... 더 보기

We stay in hotels a lot,and this one offers a full menu without the extra cost.

Very convenient to local attractions, shopping and restaurants; hotel restaurant is also excellent. The free, full course buffet, though unexpected, was very good. Room was quiet, and was cleaned promptly. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

Very pleased. Didn't expect the free breakfast buffet every morning. Will stay there again.

pretty good hotel. they were working on one of the buildings and I had to take a room that was two doubles instead of a king like I request. But the room was very clean, other than that the stay was just fine.

The initial receptionist and hotel manager were incredibly helpful. We booked hotel prior to their change in pet policy. They were very kind in acommodating and made an exception for us due to the circumstances. Disappointed they no longer take pets

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. A very good value.
