클라리온 호텔 세인트 포이 (Clarion Hotel Ste. Foy) - 퀘벡

Good hotel, friendly staff. Its a solid 3star establishment. Nothing that will impress you, yet nothing that will shock you. Good for business trips. Free parking on site and proximity to highways are convenient.

very convenient to highway, they are working on the hotel; lobby is beautiful, prices are good, but rooms are still quite dated. Once renovated, will be a great spot to stay

As soon as we walked in the room, a strange smell in the room but it seemed to come and go so I didnt say anything. There was a toenail in the bathroom....but the worst part of my stay was that I hardly slept all night both days. Partes in the hallway, people screaming, laughing....etc. I called both night to complain but nothing changed. I did hear […] once someone go and tell them to quiet down but it didnt change anything, Im sure I wasnt the only one who couldnt sleep so they should have told them to leave. Our hotel stay for two nights is comfortable. Description by hotels.com, states that all units features a refrigerator and a microwave, but it is not true. My request for 2 adjoining rooms and pull out beds were delivered but only one room has the refrigerator but without a microwave, but this did not spoil our stay....the room was not replenish with […] toilet paper almost ran out of and definitely ran out of facial tissue..I guess, this was compromised with the price that we pay for the accommodation..thanks anway. 더 보기

Delapidated and out of date. The wall paper was peeling! Looks like the room and decor hasn`t been touched in 30-40 years.

Pleasant hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and pleasant hotel staff. Front desk staff very personable and able to converse easily in English and French. Hotel close to Highway 73 and 440, therefore great road connections. Didn't try the hotel breakfast as it was $14 per person, and closed at 10am. Plenty of alternatives a short drive away. Clean & comfortable. Good variety at breakfast. Warm Pool - great hotel to stay with family. $20 cab ride from the airport. Nothing within walking distance, but only a short drive to Old Quebec.

Lots of parking, close to the Highway and bridge, several food options close by. Hotel itself is decent, the rooms look a little tired, but the bed was comfortable. My usual spot was booked so I tried the Clarion. It wasn't as nice, but then again it also wasn't as expensive. The Clarion Hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was terrible, and the first room they gave us had not yet been cleaned there was a trash bag in the middle of the room and the bathroom was filthy. The whole experience was unpleasent. To start they couldn't find my reservation, I had to switch rooms 3 times beacause every […] room they gave me had a problem. On their website it cleary states that there is a fitness center I can let everyone know that theit fitness center includes to treadmills and a few dumbells. To me that is not a fitness center. They have a sauna but the employee did not know how it worked. I will end this review with a suggestion if you are planning to stay in the Quebec area try any other hotel and I'm sure it will be a better experience than the Clarion. We've been in Quebec for 2 days, 2 adults, 2 kids. The location is good for those who has a car(just at the edge of the city). Really bad maintenace, old and small rooms, wallpaper gets off from the walls. The breakfast is barely satisfying, and a little bit variety would not hurt also. In short, I'm not getting back to this hotel next time.

EXCELLENT BED, CLEAN ROOM. Carpets are used. Air conditionning is noisy but working well. No luggage support. The sink is separated from the principal bathroom. The room with the sink is not closed with a door. The bathroom is clean but not renewed,

The people were very helpful with directions, the room was clean and neat. The location was perfectly situated for exploring the city

No towels left by the cleaning person.Everytime we called they asked us to come to the reception and get the towels. Eventhe towels they gave us had holes in it. Also every time the room was cleaned all shampoos were removed and none replaced. We had to get it from the reception.

This hotel did not meet our expectations. We arrived to find ourselves in a smoking room, when we had book a non-smoking room through an online vender. We asked for a non-smoking room (which has no a/c or window) and were given the other room, but the hotel charged us for a second room, and neglected to tell us we would be double charged. As of now, […] the hotel is refusing to credit us for the smoking room we did not use. The beds were low and not comfortable. We were not happy with our stay. 더 보기

Nous avons reçu un superbe accueil. Personnel très poli et professionnel. La chambre était très propre et décorée avec bon goût. Nous y retournons et le donnerons à titre de référence à nos amis et familles. Merci !

Merci bien de vous préoccuper de mon séjour mais j'ai peu de choses à dire. Je choisis selon le tarif et l'emplacement relativement à mes activités. J'apprécierai d'y retourner à l'occasion.

Je ne suis pas à ma première visite à cet Hôtel. Dernièrement, j'y suis allée avec ma fille pour une journée détente mère-fille. Nous avons souper au restaurant Asiatique. Nous retournerons car nous avons aimé notre chambre, l'emplacement de l'Hôtel et la proximité du resto.

Pour un hotel 4 etoiles je suis tres decu les toilettes etais desuete et le stationnement est loin et innacessible

vaut pas cher pour le prix , vaut pas la peine de réserver, d'avance j'ai un ami qui a eu une chambre de plus belle qualité en appelant la veille. pour le prix j'aurais pu être au centre ville plus pitoresque dans les même prix , Merci

quand j'ai vu ma chambre, j'étais tres decu par la grandeur, petite toilette, télé dépasser par le temps, tres sombre, et en plus quand on arrive on peut voir 4 étoiles, et je trouve que ca vaut pas 3 étoiles. et quand j'ai voulu avoir une chambre un peu mieux pour la famille, il restait supposément seulement les suites...$$$ ??? alors, c'est certain […] que je n'y retournerai pas a cet encroit, et je sais pas si je vais repasse par votre site pour faire une reservation ? 더 보기

Alors que le check-out était pour midi, dès 9:00, ma famille a du supporter l'intrusion des équipes de ménage alors qu'elle dormait encore. Plusieurs entrées dans la chambre alors qu'elle se préparait ; aucun respect de l'intimité ! Puis, revenant de mon rendez-vous à 11:00, je tombe sur ma femme et mes trois enfants sur le perron de l'hôtel, sous la […] pluie avec tous les bagages. On les avait sorti de leur chambre une heure et demie avant l'heure limite. Je ne parle pas du lavabo bouché, des draps synthétiques et du lit à peine fait à notre arrivée. Même s'ils m'ont accordé un dédommagement de $ 40, je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel. 더 보기

bien situé pour l'acces par autoroute, chambre propre, loin des restaurants, centre d'achats, etc prix raisonnable

Hôtel très bien situé, bien servi ..ont nous a très bien renseigné aux questions posés, il ne manquais rien aux quantité dans la chambre et nous avons eu une chambre rénovée aux même prix , nous étions quatre et nous sommes satisfaits.

Nous avons eu une chambre avec le système de chauffage qui faisait défaut, il n'a suffit que d'un appel à la réception et ils nous ont changés de chambre car le technicien ne pouvait réparer le système. Je suis fier du service recu. J'y retournerai surement!

des odeurs dans les chambres, et pas moyen d'ouvrir une fenêtre : l'air est apporté par ventilation, et les fenêtres sont bloquées le bruit dans les couloirs : les portes qui claquent fort s'entendent jusque minuit la tapisserie dans les chambres est décollée, et très vielle
