The pictures on the site are very deceiving. The place does have some new updates but still very run down and dirty. Another thing that turned us off about the place were all of the signs of them not being responsible for theft in the vehicles in the parking lot. Which most places are, but it as many signs as it had, it just gave us a very unsettling […] feeling. Also the hair dryer was broken in our room and we called down to get it replaced and said they couldn't. Not sure if we would stay here again unless we were on a budget, but even for the money it requires, its not worth it. 더 보기

the carpet was smelley and dirty. bed blanket had cigarette hold, bed cover was dirty.hotel was dirty. and the breakfast was sorry.

It was nice & roomy. It has a lot of amenities at the hotel. The location is about 1/2 mile from the interstate.

The hotel is a bit older, but mostly well maintained. Very comfortable, clean, and at the room rate we received, a great value.

When we tried to check-in the desk clerk was very rude and was more concerned about talking on his cell phone than deal with us.

the only good thing about this hotel was the actual bed. the rooms were dirty, the pool was dirty, the fitness room had broken equipment, and my door key only worked half my stay. the breakfast was terrible and the carpet was never vaccumed.

When we first goe into rhe room there was a dirty rag in the in the bathroom not one a customer had used. The vanity falling off the wall. bathroom door only have one heng.The young man at the front desk did a GREAT job providing everything I asked. The people in the restaurant did a wonderful job good food great servece.

I have booked this room several times during the week and was highly disappointmented that the rates go up during the weekend. I was also disappointment that some rooms have refidgerators and some don't that is very disappointing. Other then that the rooms were nice and clean.

The staff was fantastic and helpful! Hotel is a bit rundown, but served its purpose for a quiet night sleep. The pool was very cloudy and needs to be maintained a little better. The only total thumbs down I would give the Clarion is their "hot" breakfast. It was totally laughable! It consists of 2 scrambled eggs, 1 piece of bacon or sausage and a piece […] of toast served on a paper plate with plastic utensils. Your choice of coffee, milk, apple or orange juice, (served in a plastic cup just a little bigger than a shot glass.) There is a Cracker Barrel next door that I would recommend over the "hot" breakfast. Other than the pool and the so called breakfast, the room was clean and the hotel itself is located between 15 and 30 minutes from all the major "sightseeing" locations in Memphis, TN. 더 보기

My room and an adjoining room had a serious water leak problem to the point that we had standing water in the bathroom and part of the carpet was soggy. We tried to change rooms but nothing was done (sold out?) Room smelled musty. Unacceptable.

The room was poorly constructed. It had so many flaws that it was ridiculous. It was poorly painted and the air conditioning unit looked like it had been through hell and back. I personally would not stay at this hotel again in life.

The pool was dirty. The hot tub was cold. Dirty washcloth in the bathroom. No pool towels, so the floor was wet throughout the hotel. Water in the shower was barely lukewarm.

I was very happy with the hotel, plenty of parking close to the door at all times. The room was very clean,and the bed was perfect. The bathroom was clean and plenty of towels, large towels at that. Most of all I felt very safe there. Their were plenty of restautants in the area. Also i needed a ironing board, call the desk they sent one right up, very […] quick. This was the second time I stayed at that hotel and both time I had to switch rooms and that is very fustrating when you have already brought all your things in the room. But was very satisfied when I got to new room.

This as a very nice hotel to stay at. I found that only thing that was kind of disappointing was the breakfast that was offered there wasn't much of a selection. Over all it was a very nice place to stay.

The only reason we booked here was for the pool. It was closed all weekend. We kept getting the run around as to when and if it would be open. The last day of our stay the manager said that it was in fact open last night it was just really cold. Even though there was a sign on the desk saying it was closed. was in memphis needed a spot to stay over . price was great . hotel it self was very old bed wasn't very confordable but doable. would stay agin at the same price if i need to. Area was dark and no security around. didn't really bother me much but some people may not be confortable there at night. walking distant to all food locations was a plus.

Hotel in at exit 12 right off highway, 15 mins to downtown with restaurants near. No restaurant on site. Older hotel and upkeep not the best. We were placed in a room far from front but clean. Front desk girl was very rude, unpleasant. The first rooms tv didnt work so she said "whatever, I will move your room.. Smelled bad, security didnt work. Gross place.

Hotel is older but had been renovated. Rooms were clean and service was good. Weekend breakfast was a little less than desireable...very little there but it was all full of sugar.

The hotel was really nice and right next to a variety of restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room itself was nice. I would stay here again. It's minutes away from Wolfchase Mall. Plenty of attractions around.

When we got to the room there was blood on the floor and in the tub. We were told that someone would come to clean it, then that we would be moved rooms, then to wait for the cleaning and based on that they would decide if we moved rooms. hotel 1st floor hallway to the room was unattractive and dingy. The doors and frames were in dire need of paint, carpet dirty and pungent odor. Entrance into the room was an old closed in smell. Ha a great time and would do it again

I have been traveling to Memphis a lot recently to visit a sick relative. I (and other family members) have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. There were a couple of negatives on my last stay, HOWEVER, the hotel staff was very accomadating & made sure that my issues were resolved. My first room was on the 1st floor & I asked to be […] moved away from the pool area because I wanted something a little more quiet. I love that there is a business center that I can use to access my emails while I am away. They also have a microwave in there in case you need a late night snack. I found that the hotel was convenient (took 15 minutes to get downtown) and I felt very safe in the area. There are a lot of restaurants nearby (most importantly-Starbucks). Overall, the decor could use some updating, but the rooms are clean, convenient, and the staff is awesome! 더 보기

dissatified with cleanliness & condition of hotel. Old delabidated - stunk in hallways doors left open. I would have stayed downtown but the reviews said unsafe I didn't get the feeling of being unsafe downtown.

Incredible. Never spent so much time in a Pool/Hot-tub in my life. Very convenient to everything in Memphis. Very nice room. I have stayed at the Peabody before, this was nicer in the room. Peabody is a great place to visit. This is where you stay.

I live in memphis and wanted to get away for the weekend and i was referred to stay at the clarion hotel. And i loved everything about the hotel, the staff and all representives who added me in booking reservations. Hats off to you all and again THANK YOU for the comfortable get away stay over.

The customer service is excellant. I thank the hotel in general needs some remodeling
