THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS THEY PUT 30.00 DEPOSIT ON MY ROOMS AND WILL REFUND IT IN 2 OR 3 DAYS I PAID FOR 4 ROOMS SO THEY WITHHELD 120.00 IF THEY HAD TOLD ME UP FRONT WHEN I RESERVED IT , IT WOULDNT HAVE BEEN A BIG DEAL BUT TO TELL ME WHEN I CHECK I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE..

Good business hotel in the northern end of Cincinnati; clean, comfortable and quiet. Good restaurant and good service, and the wifi works! One of the better Holiday Inns in the US

Thie hotel is nice but in some cases needs to be updated, specifically the Televisions and bathrooms.Overall it is a 4,5 in rating we have stayed there several times and will do so again.The staff and service are very good, and the attached restaurant is a plus.Location is excellent for us because of our family.

I was worried upon reading previous reviews that this hotel would be dirty and the beds not comfortable- that is not what we found. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable- a little noisy in the hallway though.

Was not the three stars professed to be during my review search prior to booking. I would only at best rate it a two star hotel. It was old, ugly and off the beaten path. Beds were uncomfortable and linens/towels were showing some wear and staining. Air conditioner was loud enough to wake the dead. Fortunately, the noise in the halls got drowned out […] by the air conditioner. The day I booked I could have had a high end hotel downtown for only $10 more - I regret not spending the difference. Adjoining Max & Erma's restaurant had what looked to be shot up windows which they simply boarded up, not re-glassed them ... scary. Wouldn't stay here again at any price. 더 보기

The entire hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. Aside from a couple of minor annoyances, it was a great stay. We had a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee packets. The front desk provided them upon request. Some of the other guests were rude and noisy late into the night, but the hotel staff was swift with asking them to quiet down and […] we had no more problems that night. We really enjoyed this hotel. It is a older hotel so it needed a little updating but overall it was great. We found out (the last night there) that it had a small waterpark close by. Wish we would have found it out before since we have 2-4 year old boys that would have loved to have gone. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

Hotels.com and Holiday have a lot of changes on the web site they need to make this is Barely a 3 star hotel. Lobby is crowded no room for additional people to wait to check in. The first floor had mildew smell. People at check in did not inform us about breakfast or the need for a coupon to get our included breakfast. Back door on first floor was broke […] and therefore a security hazard. Had guests calling up and down halls looking for rooom and security was no where to be found. Smoke alarm was diconnected and off the wall in room. Bath tub was rusty and had mildew in tiles. For the amount paid I could have stayed at a nicer hotel I knew was in better shape. Being Priority Club member did absolutly nothing for me. I will not stay at this hotel again. 더 보기

nice pool. friendly service. rooms look better in the pictures. bed was not as comfy as other hotel beds.

Everything about this hotel was great except for the pillows unless you like extra firm. My husband and I will stay here again, but we will just brong our own pillows next time. Although we did not use the indoor pool is was very nice. We loved that there was a Max and Ermas attached to the hotel so that we could have some snacks along with a few drinks. […] Overall great place, just horrible pilows. 더 보기

Nice rooms, comfortable. Indoor and outdoor pools. No change machines. You can walk into Max & Erma's and it is extremely close to the interstate.

Property was clean, room was clean. Overall stay was fine. Only downside is no breakfast of any type included with the room.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and we have a few issues: First, there should be a lounge area for parents to get together in the evening that has a TV besides going to Max and Erma's. Second is the price is too high to eat at Max and Erma's for breakfast. Thanks,
