Great service. Convenient location.

This hotel is located right off the freeway. They have fantastic customer service. My parents were placed in a non-smoking room, but it was above one of the 4 smoking rooms. My mother has bad allergies and explained it to the desk. They were given a new room immediately. The breakfast is a full breakfast and was delicious. It's not a 5 star resort, […] but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable room with good service, it's a great place to stay. Beware booking on weekends when there are high school groups staying, it can be a little hectic. 더 보기

Breakfast was sausage, waffles, eggs, & donuts. they stop serving breakfast at 9:00 am but the food was not refilled after 8:30. Room set up was really nice with a sink in the bathroom & another sink in the living area. Clean & well maintained. Good free wi fi.

room was good size with a couch, king bed, microwave and frig. Furnishings could us an overhaul. Couch had stained arms due to wear and bed was well used. Not uncomfortable but obviously worn. Overall the stay was satisfactory. I was unhappy with the lack of staffing at the main registration desk. Both in checking in and out I had to wait for staff to come to the desk and at checkout my receiept for the stay was not ready. The person assisting me did not normally work the front counter and told me I would have to wait for someone who did […] to come and complete it. I chose to leave without it rather than stay. 더 보기

The night clerk was extremely helpful and fun to talk to even at 11 pm at night. Really made the stay enjoyable.

I had a room that had a door that was facing outdoors. The room was small and the bathroom was so small that the door just barely missed the toilet. My room reminded me of a Motel 6, which is just across the street and is $20 less expensive. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because of the free breakfast. This property, while not, brand new but is clean and well cared for. The staff is very good and well trained. The free breakfast buffet they had is one of the best I have ever had (usually I skip these in favor of a restaurant) but surprisingly enjoyed the quality of the food. The room was small but comfy (the upstairs rooms are bigger).

It was clean , comfortable and a nice size. We will definitely stay there again: )

perfect location for skiers due to lower prices and yet close location to Brian Head resort. Big rooms had comfortable beds, windows open for fresh air, and enjoyable convenience of complimentary breakfast. The only disappointment was cold Jacuzzi on the second day of our stay, and cold Jacuzzi, spa and pool on the next day, which was essential treat […] after day spent on the mountain. This hotel has easy access to I-15, local shopping and restaurants. The complimentary breakfasts were buffet style full breakfast with everything from muffins to waffles, omelets, etc. A great deal for the price. We will be staying there again the next time we need to travel to Cedar City.

Great value for a nice place. Front desk lady was super nice when I checked in after driving all day. The hot tub and sauna were clean and our room was very large for a king room. Overall, a very nice place for a good price.

Overall, this hotel gets a five-out-of-five rating in most areas. The primary reason for a few fours in my review is due to one clerk I dealt with. With the exception of that one, who a but curt and unfriendly, the rest of the staff was great.

Had never stayed at a Crystal Inn before but they were running a special online and decided to give it a shot. There was a mix up with our room but it was fixed quickly and the desk clerk was very friendly. Located right off the freeway, very easy to find. You have to drive to the other side of the freeway to find restaurants, but they are not far. […] The bedding / bed was nice and comfy. Breakfast buffet was better than your usual continental breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The tv channel selection was horrible (some local channels and infomercials), but there was a DVD player, which we definitely took advantage of. We were more than pleased with our stay. The location was perfect for what we had to do. The price was right, room was great, the breakfast was more than outstanding..........best I've ever had.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The outside looked a little old, but don't let that deter you. the breakfast was yummy too!

Great value for the money. Breakfast was very good heaps to eat. Rooms were very comfortable and warm considering it snowed unexpectably overnight.

Upon arriving we found out the hard way that one of the doors to the lobby was broken and it swung back and hit us. The guy who checked us in wasn't very friendly or helpful. When we got to the room we found that one of our keys didn't work but we didn't really care to get another one. The room itself was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the temperature […] was perfect. We were happy with the water pressure in the shower and that the water stayed nice and hot. We have stayed here several times and the rooms are always clean and the free breakfast is far more than the usual juice and donut fare. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The pool wasn't fancy, but was nicely maintained and adequately sized. The lounge chairs in the pool area were comfortable. The hot tub wasn't very hot, but it was ok. The room and bathroom were both quite clean. […] The bathroom did need some work: the door handle was loose & the door kept getting stuck and the toilet seat was loose & kept falling off. The beds were very hard and the pillows were very soft. They were quite uncomfortable to me, but ok for my husband and kids. It was nice to have a DVD player, along with a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was served at the on-site restaurant The Bard. The review card from the previous guest had not been picked up nor was it during our stay. The water drained VERY slow causing a mess in the sink and tub. There were no wash cloths when we arrived. After the maid service came we had to call the front desk to have her come back to empty the trash recepticals which were full. Very close to Shakesphere Festival. Allowed my golden retriever. Very clean, and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant was ok.

The cost was reasonable. The hotel is old has not not been redone in awhile. Seems to be a travelers stop without any frills. The resturant is very dated and the breakfast just okay. Front desk is first class and anxious to help. Cudos to them. As long as you know that you are getting what you pay for...this hotel will work.

after staying in 8 hotels in 16 days, all of them "pet friendly" the Crystal Inn was by far the best for the dollar. The only one nicer was in W. Yellowstone at 3xs the price! The restaurant was good, all service was very friendly & helpful, rooms were spacious, air conditioner was quiet and wonderfully cold.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was good, the hot tub smelled as if it had too much chlorine - it burned my eyes. The toilet had issues: ran forever, flushing, etc. The breakfast was iffy, but it's not worse than the nearby competitors. Overall, an adequate stay.

every thing was great

We enjoyed the restaurant and high tea before going to the Shakespearean Festival. Free wifi in rooms was handy.

Location was great.Hotel staff pleasant.Only complaint was housekeeping was cheap with supplies-1 bar of soap,did not restock coffee when used.

Hotel is located conveniently to I-95, rooms are large, clean and staff was helpful. Overall a good experience! Recommended.

The hotel was nice but the room was not cleaned after our first night. When we went to the front desk to ask about it we were told it should have been. No apology or even concern that it wasn't taken care of. We got some garbage bags and towels and did it ourselves.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was at a great location--just off the freeway. And the breakfast buffet was very good. I would stay there again.

For the money spent it was a very nice room.

The only problem we had is the first room we were assigned to was very worn in appearance. We had stayed before so knew not all rooms were like that and asked to be changed, which they did with no problem. If the hotel had have been full, and we couldn't have switched rooms, we would not have been happy. Thus, we'll only stay here again if we know they […] are not full. 더 보기
