"엘파소 공항과 정말 가깝군요!"2012년02월18일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기
공항과 가까워서 좀 시끄럽긴 하나, 대체적으로 좋은 호텔입니다. 겨울이라 수영장으로 들어가지 못한 건 아쉽지만, 다음에 기회가 되면 거기서 썬탠을 즐겨보고 싶네요. 호텔 내 식당도 괜찮구요.

Extremely pleasant stay. Rooms clean - easy access from inter-state. Enjoyed 2-days of comfort

"Flew in for the races loved the hotel"
We flew in to enjoy the horse races, the hotel was very close and easy to find. Very well kept, friendly staff. The only thing I could complain about was the weather.

Jacuzzi suite was great, only negative was the mattress. It kind of sank at the middle of it.
"Housekeeping Needs to be Fired"
When we walked into our room, it was still filthy from the previous guest. Housekeeping has failed to clean the room. The lady at the front desk was nice and reissued us a new room and offered complimentary breakfast for the trouble. Then, we woke up to someone (obviously housekeeping) walking into our room unannounced. They unlocked the door, opened […] the door, looked in, and walked out. I have stayed in Holiday Inns before but this was not as pleasant as the others... it was dirty and the girl in front desk wasn´t helpful and kind of rude. I´m sorry to say but I will no longer stay with u guys
"Fine stay"
This is a comfortable stay, but I had a couple of issues: First, on the first day the maids cleaned the room, but didn't make the bed. It was made on the second day. Also, our window looked across a small courtyard (maybe 20 feet wide) and onto another room. There was only a tiny slice of the sky, which made our room feel claustrophobic. Stayed two nights and would definitely go back. Location is good, rooms are really nice and the staff is extra friendly and helpful, especially Joe who handled my check-in.

easy access to motor way but as with hotels of this size my problem is no room safe and either limited bar opening times or no bar at all. and you could hear the traffic on the motor way from early on,

We always enjoy staying there. Close to the Mall, and all the main stories.

"check you tab in restaurant"
Service in restaurant morning of check out not as speedy as we would have liked. Also, charged meals to room and didn't check bill closely enough. We were charges for someone else s drinks the night before. We were never anywhere near the bar or drinks. "Holiday Inn El Paso, Tx"
Very comfortable room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Biggest surprise was the restaurant. Not the usual inflated hotel prices, but competetively priced, good quality meals and service. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is ok. Couldn't say it was the best hotel experience but it wasn't the worst.

Drove from San Antonio and stayed at this hotel on route to California with family and kids. Overall clean and newly renovated, great size rooms but A/C cover fell off! with kids in the room we had to remain very cautious not to get near floor indoor unit. Otherwise we had a short stay and were refreshed the next day and continued trip.

"Good Value and Very Pleasant Hotel"
I've stayed here on three different visits and never been disappointed. Requested ten extra pillows for a back condition and was graciously accomodated! I especially love the small but pretty pool for doing laps.

"the place to stay in El Paso"
We have stayed at the Holiday Inn El Paso Sunland Park several times and highly recommend this hotel for good service, good food and convenient location. We also take advangtage of a cool dip in the pool and appreciate that it is clean and well maintained.
