저렴한 가격에비해 시설, 서비스 최고 예요, 위치도 쌍둥이빌딩 근처에다 시내 관광 Hop on & off 정거장 가깝고, mono rail 과 다른 전철역 근처라 편리하더라구요, 강추합니다 ....

시내 중심의 비지니스 호텔로 좋았습니다.

성인 3명 트윈타워뷰의 조식부페포함을 예약하고 갔는데 호텔에서는 조식이 포함 되어있지 않다고 식사가 안된다네요. 잠깐의 이메일확인과 호텔스로의 무료통화조차 사용을 못하게했으며 비싼 요금을 내고 유료로 사용하길 권했어요. 결국 밖에나가서 인터넷 되는곳을 찾아 한국보단 훨씬 비싸지만 호텔보다는 덜 비싼 인터넷을 이용하고 한국에 있는 친구와 연락을해서 친구가 호텔스와 통화를 하고 영문 바우처를 다시 받아 출력해서 가져갔습니다. 그랬더니 아침 먹으라네요. 왜 사과 한마디 없이 겨우 종이쪼가리하나로 달라지는건지. 예약이 들어올때 확인이 안되는건지. 분명 조식포함으로 예약했다는데도 왜 호텔에서 확인을 해주지 않고 아까운 시간과 돈을 […] 낭비하게 하는건지 정말 화가났습니다. 거기다가 호텔직원들의 태도는 더 기가 막혔고요. 남은여행이 즐거울수 없었겠죠. 그리고 다음날 아침을 먹었습니다. 체크아웃할때는 식사가 두명만 포함되어있으니 나머지 한명은 비용을 지불해야한다는군요. 첫날에는 호텔예약한 사람이 조식불포함으로 예약했다며 호텔스로 책임을 미루더니 그런 정보는 또 어디서 생겨난 걸까요. 이해가 안됐는데 그냥 짜증나고 귀찮아서 지불하고 나왔습니다. 그리고 호텔방에서도 바퀴벌레를 잡았었는데 부페식당 음식근처에도 바퀴벌레가 돌아다녀 엄마가 직원에게 말하는일도 있었습니다. 바퀴벌레는 오래된 호텔이니 그러려니 하는데 정말 4성급 호텔에 어울리지 않는 서비스였습니다. 도어맨들이 가장 친절하더군요. 더 보기

가족과 함께 갈 곳을 생각하면 휴양지만을 생각할 수 있지만 말레이시아 KL는 생각 외로 한 번쯤 가족과 가볼만한 곳이다. 교통 인프라가 잘 발달되어 있어 싱가폴이나 페낭도 금방 다녀올 수 있으며 출장 시 가족을 데려가 저녁시간을 함께 보내기도 좋다. 이슬람 문화권이면서 서구화된 도시는 KLCC를 비롯해서 많은 쇼핑몰과 다양한 전통음식으로 눈과 입을 즐겁게 하기 좋다. 12월에 간다면 돈을 너무 많이 소비하지 않도록 주의할 것! 특히 호텔은 넓은 수영장을 비롯해서 여러 가지 편의시설이 있어 휴식처로서도 훌륭하리라 생각된다. 도심 중앙에 있는 호텔은 일과 후 걸어나가 다양한 문화가 어우러진 말레이시아의 모습을 보기에 적당하다. […] 더운 지방이지만 건물 내부는 쾌적한 온도를 유지해 주고 있어서 열대지방에 와 있다는 생각을 불식시키고, 하루에 한 번 정도 내리는 비는 외부에서의 활동도 그리 어렵지 않게 해 준다. 확실한 휴식을 원한다면 호텔에서 제공하는 스파와 마사지를 이용하는 것도 좋다. 가격 대비 서비스를 본다면 한국에서 경험할 수 있는 것 보다 좋다고 생각된다. 더 보기

The hotel was not really suitable for a short stay enroute to Borneo. We were upgraded to a suite on check-in and appreciated the extra space as we were travelling with 4 yo daughter. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Checking in and checking out is very fast and I was even allowed to checkout at 2 pm. We enjoyed the stay. Good location and good service.

Overall I'm really satisfied because it gives us a relax stay over there. Customer service was really impressive. Can feel the polite manner from the workers that work in the Hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent pool area, loungers a little uncomfortable, need mattresses. Service generally excellent. Hotel decor possibly a little tired.

This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in while traveling through Asia! Great location, friendly service. Good food. Pay the additional for the executive suite!! I will list the negatives - waited 15 minutes with 1 person in front of me to check in -then escorted up to the biz level -luggage took 1 hour -no drainage -pool lunch took over an hour then the wrong order -told life style lounge concierge, never heard anything from anyone We did hear good comments from other people

Hotel has two wings 'East Wing' and 'West Wing'. On Reception, we were informed that our check in will be done by the opposite wing. When we reached other wing's reception, we were told that they do not have a room with king size bed available, and we would have to pay 65 bucks and upgrade to a suite. We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting KL. This time we were particularly impressed with the service. A very enjoyable stay and a great location.

This is a Big bang fro the buck hotel - luxurious to a reasonalbe price. We were a party of three, myself and my two adulkt daughters. Spacious rooms with fantastic brakfasts. We also used the work-out which was in good shape. Pola area was nice, but we didn´t use it much. Area was a little cramped, but the view of KLCC was really nice. Renaissance KL was tried out for a night and we all liked it. Only negative experience was time for check-in which took nearly 40 minutes for the 4 rooms I had booked. That is just too long! Pool area, service in general and room were all good. We will be back!

Worth the price at the premium location ! It is located at the prime area and easy access to KLCC shopping mall with thousand of things to offers !

switching on / off lights is very difficult as they have a unique system like a key pad . most of the buttons do not work or you have to press it very hard. internet is not working in the room and they gave me an other room with internet and said im lucky to have another room available.breakfast in the east wing is horrible. also my brother have stayed […] in concorde nearby and i ve tried one breakfast there which is quite good. you have to improve a lot more. 더 보기

Close to Monorail and Twin Towers. Booked the West Wing deluxe room package including breakfast and airport transfer. Note you have to contract the hotel to book this transfer, and it includes only 1 way transfer. Breakfast in West Wing not recommended. Staff could not keep up with refilling plates, cutlery and glasses nor food and drinks. East Wing […] breaksfast much more to choose from, much better service all over. Like 2 different hotels. Asked the staff at the entrance the first day about the closest lunch-restaurant outside of the hotel, were told there were none except from a curry place close to Twin Towers, and then inside Twin Towers. Found Hard Rock cafee our self the next day. 4 people in the room - big enough for a extra bed. Suprised they were not able to give us 4 bottles of water and 4 towels when in a 4+ star hotel. Nice place to stay no matter your on business trip or holiday.big plus to 3 mins walking distance to monorail station. Need to be careful some package don't include internet service + WiFi unless you pay extra RM80 per night! Overall a good experience.

I have chosen The Renaissance Hotel for the last 4 stays in KL. It is right in the middle of KL with a spectacular view over the Petronas twin towers. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nicely decorated. They have a nice executive lounge over two floors at the top, were you can bring a guest free of charge. overall is a good hotel, just one big problem ,although our package included breakfast , but we had to pay which I'm not sure why? may be miss communications between hotel and hotels .com site ,which was disappointing .

Very clean hotel with friendly staff.

Very tidy Hotel and service is amazing.

Here is the narration of my experience: I checked in the hotel at about 3pm afternoon time. After i checked in and arrived in my room, I realized that the room lights and phone line werent functioning. I asked the front office for assistance however it took me nearly two hours to have someone come and look into this matter. Finally they arrived at a […] decision that they need to transfer me to a new room! In the new room it took me another two hours to get connected to the internet which was apparently free( is that why it took me so long?) Later on at night the aircon settings were so bad that it turned the room to so cold that i was literally shivering. After taking assistance from the staff they just managed to shut one of the ducts at the entrance of the room however the other duct right over my bed kept blowing cold air and ruined my sleep all night! So the net experience was HORRIBLE! Honestly with all the inconvenience that i went through I would have atleast been happy if someone had shown some sensitivity and made a goodwill gesture atleast made my day the next morning by offering a complimentary breakfast or extending my room stay time or something. my hotel room bathroom was flooded when i drained away the bath water, can't imagine the 5 star hotel, worst flooding system never seen. also, water is brown mud water even i opened the tap for 10 mins, don't know what's wrong w/ the water system. finally, we changed to another room and left children shoes in the flooding bathroom and never found again... […] will never stay in that hotel again!!! 더 보기

i choose renaissance hotel for my trip this time because of its convenient location and it's under marriot group. i looked up the website and found everything decent and nice. i'd booked a deluxe suite in the west wing and my friend booked a refurbished room in the east wing. to our total disappointment, the bathroom facilities are so old, can't turn […] the knob of the cold water, the shower door can never be closed tight, the most horrible thing is the drainage and the water is yellowish!!! the non-smoking refurbished room in the east wing smells smoky. we requested to change the room, same condition in the other room. the staff told us that july is the peak season and most of the time the rooms are fully booked. smoking guests may stay at the non-smoking room. that's really unacceptable. one good thing is the location of the hotel and the staff are nice. i definitely will check out other hotels next time when i go to KL. 더 보기

It's a nice property and service is awesome!!

We had a great stay at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur. When we checked in we got a free upgrade to a newly renovated room on the top floor with access to the lounge. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Petronas Towers, so very central. The pool area is nice but the gym is a bit out of date. We have stayed in the West Wing rooms before and were very happy once again with our latest stay. On the edge of the Golden Triangle. Good size room, comfortably and tastefully furnished.
