I came down to move my sister from the University of Windsor back home. My stay was not long as I checked in after I helped load up the moving van (around 11pm) and checked out early as the van had to be back in the GTA around 3pm. The staff were nice and if I had a question, they answered it. Some hoopin' and hollerin' was going on outside but that's […] likely because of the bars near the building. My room was on the 1st floor (ie. the floor above the lobby and mezzanine) so I took the stairs once. The stairwell looked awful, probably need to fix that up, I took the elevator after that. The continental breakfast was good and delicious and they had a nice dining room area with booths. The hotel room itself was clean, the television was a little old (CRT television from the 1990s) and the curtains were translucent when I probably expected something more opaque. The staff in the lobby were helpful in quickly getting a cab when I asked for it, and it was a useful room for really just a quick stay for me. I would have liked to stay longer to try out the other amenities, but overall you get your money's worth and I was satisfied with the hotel. Obviously it's not the Ritz but it's an overall good hotel. 더 보기

there was no in house movies at the time of my stay would of been nice though

I gave the hotel a second chance .. But both times were terrible .. The hallways had a filthy smell .. The rooms were freezing and heater would not work .. Bed sheets and covers are really old and need to be changed asap.. Pillows are not comfortable i actually woke up with a sore neck .. The only good thing bout the stay was the friendly reciprionist […] on the front desk .. I will definately not stay ther for a third time .. And i highly dnt recommend it .. 더 보기

Nice. Only issue was that there were people partying and being loud in both of the rooms next to us, which didn't bother me but might bother others wishing to stay there. The hallways weren't too great but the room felt very 'homey'. I really liked it.

The clerk seemed confused and asked for my credit card 3 times after I had already given it to him because he kept forgetting about different things he was supposed to pre-approve my card for. He almost sent us to our room without key cards so I had to ask him to provide them. I called down to get an extra pillow (no extra pillow in the room) and in […] the entire hotel there was 1 extra pillow. The clerk on the phone couldn't even have it brought up to my room because she was the only one working at 10pm. It didn't seem like a well managed hotel. I wish I could say better things, but the hotel was very run down, dirty and just old. It needs to be refurbished, it would do great then. The location was great, parking not so great, I wish I would have not gone for cheapist price, before researching my options, lesson learned...

There was soooo much dust behind all furniture. Your website does not reflect the actual look of the room. Breakfast selection was mediocer. The bathroom sink had rust stains. When I asked for extra towels we were told to come to the pool and get some from there. The room smelled very stuffy and damp.

Love this hotel. People are very nice and provide you good services and tell you a lot about Windsor. The hotel has a great view of Detroit River and Detroit skyline. It's always very pleasant to take a walk downstairs along the river. Great location, convenient ! I will stay in this hotel again!

Would highly recommend this hotel. A block away from the casino, and very clean.

Close to the Casino, and a great view of the riverfront.

Stayed at this hotel on Labour Day Weekend with a few other ball players. We had an enjoyable weekend, rooms were clean, beds comfortable, fridge and microwave as well. Breakfast was simple but enough to go around. Kids used the pool and enjoyed their time. Great location, nice views, would definately book here again.

Our first trip to Schaumberg/Chicago and the whole family loved it. Great value for the money. Excellent service and decent hot breakfast every day. I tried to find a fault with this hotel during our 4 night stay, but honestly Could Not!!!! I just wonder if all Quality Inns are this great?!! Keep up the good work.

This hotel should be completely renovated. The carpets smelled of dirty socks, the a/c unit was noisy and not working well. Also outside the window there was a light that was constantly turning off and on every ten minutes. Bathroom was "little stinky" when we arrived - but maid came around she forgot to place shower curtain - and smelled much better after she took care of - all staff very nice and attentive

Overall, the room served its purpose. We later discovered that the rate for what you get for what you pay for was not that great after all when we compared it to other hotels we stayed at. Parking was a separate charge of $7 dollars a day. The workout area was closed for rennovations. Upon arrival, I was told there was an additional $10 charge for parking. The parking lot does not enough spots to accommodate all visitors on their 10 floors, SO,first come first park in the tight 40 spaces or so. The workout room was closed due to the treadmill machine not in "working order"........so what is wrong with using the rest of the equipment? .......tried […] the pool-Personally, did not appreciate things floating in my swimming water in a pool, so was not able to use that feature of the hotel as well. when we booked hotel, we read the information at Hotel.ca which kids no charge. But they said kids should pay too when we check in. And we paid the two queen size beds in one room, but they gave us double size beds in a room. So that is not reliable.

nice view of detroit, I was on last floor and MAN!! that elevator was creepy!!! big noises and craking this hotel I think need renovations

I just staid at this hotel for one night because I was just going to hang out in windsor and the next morning take off to Niagara Falls, and for people who are looking to do just this, or maybe 2 nights, it is perfect. Enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is well situated in the downtown area of Windsor, very close to the casinoand right beside the river. I checked in after midnight and the hotel gave me a late check-out, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the room is clean and quiet. I would certainly recommend it to anyone,

Great location-we had a terrible view of dirty roof top buildings. Dirty carpet-no shampoo or conditioner-continental breakfast was bagel-bread-yogurt-coffee-almost all carbs. had to ask for towels.

first off. i was told my reservation would be a riverview room. this was not true. second the first staff was very rude to other customers.

At check-in there was no parking available, and we were told (with attitude) that we would have to park in a garage 2 blocks away, and pay a high rate. The Hotel was packed with college kids, who were drinking and yelling in the hallways all night. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. I'd assume that when travelling to Windsor you're not planning on spending a lot of time in your room, so you don't need anything too fancy...in which case, the Travelodge is a great place to stay. Very affordable, and in walking distance to the casino, bars, and restaurants. Liked the location, pub next door great, and a really nice river walk out the front door

hotel was good however the airconditioning di dnot work in my room and was told there are no other rooms available.

Booked a king river view room for 3 nights. Check in was quick. The staff were friendly throughout our stay. The restaurant downstairs provided a good breakfast buffet for $10. Very good service. Room was clean and large enough for 2 ppl. Great view of the Detroit skyline. Very comfortable and CLEAN bed/bedding. We were on the 10th floor; it was quiet […] at night. Loud music came from a nearby bar outside, but became quiet around midnight. Short walk to the casino. Slight complaint: lighting in bathroom a bit dim. The hotel was nice for the price. Our view of Detroit was nice and it was a great location for walking over to the Caesars.

Our room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable.
