"Nice hotel but little far from down town Chicago"
2013년01월29일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기It was nice hotel almost all aspects expect the location. It is too far from down town. It takes about 1&half hour to two hour from down town to hotel, even in Thanksgiving holiday seasons. Also even from airport it takes more minutes than other hotels near to the airport. However, expect for the location, service and room and other facilities are very nice. If anyone doesn't much care about the location, it is recommendable hotel.

2012년12월05일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기가족들과 3주정도를 이 호텔에서 머물렀습니다. 차를 렌트했기때문에 시카고 다운타운 여행에도 고속도로와 가까와 별 무리가 없었구요. 객실에는 모든 부엌시설이 갖추어져 있어 가족간 장기 투숙에 매우 편리합니다. 객실 청소도 깨끗하고 아침식사도 일반적인 수준에서 만족합니다. 전용 농구장도 있어 운동도 가능하구요. 우드필드 쇼핑몰까지는 차로 3분거리 입니다. 다시묵고싶은 호텔입니다.

Definitely older hotel. Needs more outlets or accessibility to outlets. We travel with phones, iPads, E-readers and other devices that need charging. The rooms are recently updated. New TV, bedding and heaters. But not all rooms so be sure to ask. We stayed 2 nights and were comfortable enough to come back later in the week and stay 2 more. On our first stay the room was fully updated and very comfortable. On our second stay the room was "mostly" updated. the heater was the only part that was old. […] It worked very well, especially considering it was well below 0 outside. But it never turned off on its own. had to get up during the night to turn it off cause it was too hot then on again in the morning cause too cold. The first room the heater was new and had digital control. I will stay here again but I will ask for a fully updated room. "Suoerb staff"
The staff went overboard to make our stay an outstanding experience. Mario at the front desk is a great diplomat. The rest of the staff, all of them Mexican are great people, very caring and helpful to the guests. Ample parking space, easy access검증된 Expedia 이용 후기

"Nice hotel at a great price"
A lot of other reviews state that this place is older, perhaps a little run down, but clean. I found the place to be in excellent condition. It's not a five star hotel, but they don't lead you to believe that either. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, VERY AFFORDABLE! The staff is very kind and helpful. "Not what I expected."
The hotel is not what I expected. it was clean and the staff were very polite. However the atmosphere was a bit shady. Not a place I would want to walk around at night by myself. "Awesome hotel"
This hotel was very well kept, and the staff was very friendly. I arrived pretty late to check in but they still had my room. There was no problem with the reservations that I had placed online. In the lobby they had a computer that you could use to access the internet and they even had a printer so you could print out anything you need free of charge […] while on your trip. The breakfast in the morning had a plethora of choices and was free of charge as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I was ever in the chicagoland area again.
