Non smoking room was clean. My friend stayed in smoking room and the drape shears had brown stains and the room smelled. The general appearance of the hotel was not clean. The lighting was poor in the rooms and hallways. The hallways had an odor. Our key cards stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean in non-smoking room but in the smoking room the drapes were very dirty. The lights were off in the hallways when I arrived and it was very dark. The lighting on the room was poor. There also as an odor in the hallway. The hallways and stairs were dirty. I would not stay here again!!

Hotel is on 11, right by Waffle House, but the decor is old and uninspired. Comfortable bed, but the furnishings are circa 1970s.

Everything I needed was there: refrigerator, microwave, restaurant, gas station. Very convenient for the business traveler.

The location is close to RT 81 and not very far from the Carlisle Fairgrounds, but right next to a gas station/convenience store that has a lot of truck traffic. You can hear the trucks coming and going at all hours. The hotel is dated and could really use a makeover. The tub looked like it could use a really good cleaning. Tried to call the front desk […] to find the user name and password for the WIFI and found out that the phone had a dial tone but none of the keys worked. I had to call from my cell phone. The only good thing about this place is it's closeness to the highway. It is an old motel that has had a new paint job. The AC unit was "anemic" at best. The lamp for the beds was mounted too high on the wall so you had to get out of bed to turn it off. Shower curtain was dirty and the shower head was off center. Clean, simple, adequate plus. Gives meaning to the notion of easy on easy off. Staff efficient and gracious, though we were easy guests. Diner next door with ok to good and ample diner food, though we had takeout so it wasn't a good test. Our stay "didn't detract from" our trip to a command performance family reunion and was wholly adequate.

The key card worked once-to get us into our room initially...we had to go back and forth between the room and the front desk 4 times to get back into our room after a swim. The air conditioning system in the entire hotel needed to be replaced because of age, according to the staff. This hotel should definitely be taken OFF your list of recommended hotels. Room was not very clean, bed uncomfortable, furniture stained and badly in need of a good cleaning. Dogs in the next room barked for 3 hours. There was no hot water for showers in the morning. Hotel was in very poor condition. The sign saying 'newly renovated' was definitely […] false advertising!!! When we checked out we told the person at the front desk about the water and dog situation. Her response was 'o-oh'. Since that was not a very professional response I'm guessing they need to train their staff better, from front desk right down to housekeeping. We won't be staying at a Quality Inn (and I use that term loosely!!) if that is the way they are maintained. In the case of this one, I would guess the only reason they do any business is that they are close to an interstate highway!! 더 보기

What is nice about this hotel/motel is that it is in an updated older building with large rooms. The rooms that face the pool have a sliding glass door the opens directly to the pool.

We loved our stay at the hotel and plan on staying there again next year. The room was wonderful and the pool was great. The continental breakfast was also a nice variety too! The location is great and the staff does a good job keeping it clean!
