It was a nice place to stay and close to the bowling alley. We were there for the state tournament.

I only used this hotel as a stopover and for that it was suitable for my needs. Decor was a bit old, but fine. Breakfast was also fairly large for such a hotel. One thing that did bother me was the payment situation. As I had booked through hotels.com, I had already prepaid. Reservations were made to have 2 rooms close together for traveling relatives to be together and the rooms were over a full hallway apart. Inquired at the lobby desk, and were told, nothing was available with criteria desired. A lesser option was offered but not acceptable and was told I had to cancel reservation and re-reserve a room. Our stay was quite comfortable. The roll-away bed we asked for was quickly provided. The breakfast was fine, but guests should know it is only a continental breakfast, nothing cooked.

We made a last minute reservation at this hotel because of serious snow in our travel plans. Turned out to be a good choice; comfortable and very convenient. Will recommend to others.

When this hotel is done getting refitted, it will be a much nice fit! Beds are UNCOMFORTABLE!

this econo-lodge was very well kept! clean room, new carpet in room and being installed in hallway. free breakfast area was clean and well stocked. check in went very smoothly. a great stay! very convenient to major highways and stores/shopping. fridge and microwave a plus.

What a dump. Room smelled like urine. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Thankfully we were only staying 1 night.

Good quality for the price

The hotel was mediocre. I was very impressed with the staff, the man who checked us in was very friendly and personable (even at 12:30) at night. Sheets and pillows were a little dingy and towels had brown stains on them. Definitely did not get the sense that things were "clean' but it was adequate for a place to stay while on the road.

I have stayed at MANY ECONOLODGE PROPERTIES in the USA and this was the worst. The first room we went to smelled of smoke, must, and who knows what else. The second room was better, but the sheets had mold stains on them. This was not a give away price either.

Dirty hotel, breakfast area was never cleaned until the end of morning as the desk attendant sat behind the desk doing nothing. The room was filthy and half the lights were out in the hallway...pretty scary place

The hotel was just the thing to break up a long road trip. The office was staffed around the clock so late arrival ok, beds were comfortable, right amount of covers, ac, two sinks (one inside and one outside the bathroom), basic amenities (i.e. iron, minifridge, hairdryer), a complimentary breakfast in the morning, swimming pool, and friendly people […] staying there as well, many with children. bathroom was not clean .hair all over,toilet was not flushed. sheets where stained holes in walls,had to lift door to close it

This hotel is a grat location for anyone travelling around the area and the pool was very nice. Rooms are a little dark and stuffy.

The building and room were old, had a balcony that you couldn't get to, smelled a tad like smoke and had a shower that was so painful I was swearing while trying to rinse. The bed was in poor condition it was not comfortable at all. It was very noisy in the hotel all night and I would not return to this hotel.

I requested a nonsmoking room, and was given a smoking room. When I asked for a different room, the clerk on duty said that there were none left. He was very pleasant, and said that they would not process the room charge to my credit card. I appreciated that very much, but I did have to find a room at another hotel.

Econ Lodge in Binghamton, NY posted address on confirmation did not match street location. Upon arrival the front desk personnel were rather put off by our arrival/questions. Common areas were not well maintained. Continential breakfast was not well refilled when items were gone and the selection was poor and below average in quality.

Had a great stay at this hotel. People were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again in the future

This hotel needed a face lift 10 years ago. The decor was 80s, the tub had stains, the water that come out of the faucet started rusty and the bathroom door would not close all the way due to settling of the building. If you have any other choice--avoid this place.

The room was a bit tired, but it was clean, quiet and not expensive. Overall I was satisfied with the room.

Slightly difficult to fnd. The address was slightly in error. No baggage carts. We were on a long vacation, had lots of stuff and were very tired. A cart would have been so much easier for us. Long walk to the lobby for breakfast. Thats just logistics, but it still wasn't very convenient. These aren't deal breakers. Don't even think about staying here. It is old, worn, smells like stale cigarette smoke and mildew. I was afraid to stay- not sure if I would bring anything unwanted back home with me-so I left and went to another hotel.

The word Econo rings true. The room was clean. Acceptable for a passing through one nighter.

This was a cheap room - I knew that when I booked it - but the bathroom was very dirty. The corridors looked like a construction zone (it looked like someone had been dragging drywall out of rooms). We watched a housekeeper get out, use, and put away a vacuum cleaner...but it was all still a mess. I expected things to be a little worn. I expected “plain […] and simple,” but I did not expect dirty. Two of the five light bulbs were burned out. It was just not a pleasant stay. Broken heater was reported to front desk, we were moved to another room with surity that heater is working, but heater never worked. Looks like heaters have intentionally been broken to save electric bill. Wont recommend any one to stay here or come back.

We were traveling on our way to New York City late and needed a place to crash for the night. The hotel was right off the express way, was right behind a McDonald's and a gas station. The room was a nice size, clean, and had a mini-fridge and a microwave. The hotel was older and needed some minor upkeep but was perfect for a place to crash. The motel was comfortable, inexpensive, and pet friendly. It was very convenient to the meeting we were attending, and to surrounding restaurants. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Overall condition of the motel appeared in need of maintenance--most of the carpets in the room and in the public areas were worn and rather shabby. The hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly, however, things were generally run-down, stained and depressed feeling. The beds were reasonably comfortable but they use flat sheets instead of fitted sheets, and mine had many tiny holes in it. The hotel was ok. It was kind of scarey walking into the hotel because the carpet was ripped and worn. But the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was an ok place for a quick overnight stay.

It was right off the interstate, very easy to find after a long drive. We just spent one night so didn't look around. The room was a little older, but it was clean and with the price and just one night it was just fine. The breakfast was what I expected...I didn't eat there, but there was other options within walking distance so no big deal

Nice clean hotel, pretty good for the money - except the breakfast area is too small, and breakfast is rather a snack.

We reserved this hotel on our way into town without much research. The other budget hotels were booked and we needed a place to stay on our way home from a week-long road trip. The hallway carpet was stained, moldy and smelled old and smokey. The room smelled quite moldy, the carpet near the tv/closet/dresser area smelled especially moldy. This room […] was non-smoking but seems to not have been renovated since the non-smoking designation - it smelled of very old smoke. The carpet and decor looked circa mid-80s. The bathroom floor tile had dark mold in the grout along the tub and bathroom walls. Had we not been traveling with a baby and it not been so late, we would have left for another hotel. We stay in hotels about 10 - 15 nights a year and usually seek the value chains. This hotel was the worst we've stayed at in memory. Book elsewhere. 더 보기
