This was a wonderful stay....however; it took two days for us to get someone to make our beds or clean the room...the front desk was wonderful when we brought it to their attention...we even asked what we should expect since the room was not being cleaned. While the surrounding Neighborhood is a bit lacking, the Hotel is very nice. Kitchen Staff could be nicer and friendlier in the mornings, but overall staff are very nice and helpful.

We booked the hotel, and phoned that morning to request three rooms - two joining and one nearby all non-smoking since we were traveling with a total of nine kids. We were assured that all was reserved for us. We arrived and there were no joining rooms. One of our rooms was on another floor. When we got to it, it was filthy with a plugged toilet and […] beds not made up. The hotel tried to give us another room, but on a smoking floor. There was no way we could sleep there with kids. They did give us cots and some extra blankets, and we ended up just bunking down in two rooms with kids all over the floor since it was so late. I was very disappointed with the hotel. The lady at the desk was nice and tried her best, and they said they would refund my stay, but all in all, I was very disappointed. I had been clear about our needs and why we needed the rooms that way and had been promised that it was all arranged. 더 보기

This hotel was easy to access, clean and staffed with friendly people. The hotel itself was a bit dated, but clean overall. I was able to change my reservations without additional fees (read the fine print), making our stay a day earlier. Overall a nice hotel.

The Hotel is very nice and very convenient to the Airport, but not much around in terms of dinning options.

Stayed here overnight for an out-of-town job interview. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable...I slept very soundly. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a great stay and highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my stay. The motel and room were very clean & comfortable. The desk staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was outstanding. This was a great value.

In a great area, super close to shopping, restaurants, Turfway Park racetrack, the highway, etc...Cheap, but clean and comfortable. Nice rooms, continental breakfast, and friendly staff. I will stay here again, and again!!!

WE got a good deal on the hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised. No issues. Nice location right off the intersection of I-75 and I-275.

we stayed here the night before a Bengals game on our way home from viriginia. The hotel is conveinently located off the interstate. the rooms were clean a little small and the pillows were not good. Shower had good pressure and good hot water. Breakfast was your typical continental with waffles etc.We would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay and is right of the highway, so really easy to find. It's a little old, and the breakfast wasn't that great (then again, I didn't go down 'til 30 mins before it was closing). Overall, definitely stay here.

The hotel was convenient to the Convention Center, the room was clean, the breakfast was great, the price was right. The only problems were the toilet ran constantly and the heat was hard to regulate. Everything else was excellent. It was also close to a 24 hour restaurant.

We ended up at this hotel after missing our connecting flight. The hotel itself is your basic budget hotel, however the treatment we recieved from the staff really made this a great experience. Only down side was that the hotel clerk that greeted us offered to print out our boarding passes for us, however we declined because it was busy. Hotel had a great pet policy. Low pet fee compared to other hotels and agreed to take dogs over 50 pounds.

very dirty rooms black mold growing in tube. bugs flying around bathroom everytime you walk into room. Room 106 is BAD!!!!!

all right for the money

Cheap and cheerful - a bed when you fly in from UK. Breakfast good.

I would recommend this hotel if one stays the night before an early morning airplane departure. The shuttle service to the aoirport was reliable and on time. This is an older hotel with a small lobby and small rooms. I did not have breakfast, ergo can not comment on food quality.

This hotel was a great deal and can't expect much for what we paid. The hotel is a short distance to Downtown. The room was spacious and bed was pretty comfortable. Carpet was very old and made me sick to look at it. Breakfast was not very good at all. but again, didn’t expect much for the price. What a dump. They are in the middle of construction I guess. Total mess every where.

Overall, it is an OK for the price. The cleanliness is acceptable, the hotel is quite old, so it may be harder to make all looks like new. The hotel is basic, but clean. The location and shuttle to Cincinnati airport were our prime reasons for choosing this hotel and it worked perfectly. Slept well and the shuttle doesn't even need to get onto the interstate it's so close to CVG. Skip the unpalatable coffee and continental breakfast.

The room was nice and cozy warm and clean! Everyone was very helpful.

The television remote had buttons that did not work. There was no literature in the room informing about the amenities of the hotel. The sheets had a stale odor to them. The tub took 30-45 minutes to drain from my shower.

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel that's relatively clean and offers breakfast, this is it. The Internet service was unavailable, but I carry a cellular modem anyway. So, it didn't matter. Hotel was marginal at best. The room was small, the comforter was stained and the room wasnt very well maintained.
