A magnificent rural escape Cranwell Resort, Spa and Golf Club is an all-season resort with one of the largest spas in the Northeast, a spectacular 18-hole championship golf course, award-winning restaurants and a cross country skiing centre.
The 35,000 sq. ft. We could have stayed on the Cranwell campus of beautiful landscape, golf course and spa. We enjoyed going to the many nearby museums: Williams College Museum of Art, Clark Gallery, MassMOCA, Norman Rockwell Museum, Berkshire Botanical Garden. The weekend was a treat.

Everything was terrific. Only concern was with the breakfast. The ala carte we ordered was overpriced, not that good. The buffet may have been better, but it also was pricey.

Another amazing experience...David, the Maitre'D was exceptional and so gracious...his historical knowledge of the hotel and the area was fasinating!The room service and food quality fantastic as was the spa facility. And the location is STUNNING particulary in the Fall!! We'll always return!!

Wonderful stay! The staff were very gracious. The dining room was an experience for the decor and ambience, although the food was not quite as special. Color scheme of the rooms and decor were extremely nice, big flat screen TV with lots of movie channels, but the bed was a bit too firm.

Hassle-free and lot's to do and see! We loved hanging out, doing a little workout, whirlpool before hoppping in the car and trucking around the Berkshires. Even in the off-season, there's plenty to see and do. Shopping is great. Make sure you get to all the downtown areas, they are really fun and funky! We're going to do it again next year!
