Strongly recommend! Good service, Good Location. Clean. I'll stay this hotel when I go to NYC next time. I don't even know why this hotel is 4star hotel. I felt like 5star.

관광하기 좋은 위치(지하철역과 가까움, 시내 중심)에 자리잡아 편하게 관광할 수 있었다. 그러니 시설이 다소 낡았고 door stopper나 세면대 물 빠짐이 좋지 않다. 그 외의 서비스는 좋았고 편의 제공도 잘 되는 편이다.

여러차례 오게 되는 뉴욕방문을 이번에는 혼자와서 지내는데 편안한 곳으로 잡았어요. 센추럴 파크공원에 근접하며 가격도 적당하고 무엇보다 지하철이 가까워 코리아타운이나 타임스퀘어 접근이 아주 용이했어요 걸어서 공원에 가서 산책하고 3정유장이면 한인타운에서 한국음식 즐기고 2정류장이면 뮤지칼을 보고도 밤늦게 안심하고 호텔로 돌아올 수 있구요 물론 각종 유명 브랜드 쇼핑과 MOMA도 가까이 있어 건강, 문화생활, 쇼핑을 한꺼번에 즐길 수 있었어요

매우 멋지고 편안한 호텔, 깨끗하고 넓은 객실은 침대와 객실의 단순한 색상을 사랑한다. 내가 가진 유일한 문제는 창문커튼이다. 태양 광선을 피하기 위해 양쪽을 다 당길 수 없었다. 전체적으로 멋진 호텔, 다시 체류 할 것이다.

이것은 훌륭한 호텔이었다. 우리는 Lady GaGa콘서트에 갔는데 이 호텔의 위치는 완벽했다.

이 호텔의 상태에 매우 실망했다. 욕실은 어두웠고, 샤워 수도꼭지는 거의 부서져있고, 타일에는 곰팡이가, 그리고 화장실은 더러웠다. 벽은 더러웠고, 페인트 및 수리가 필요했다. 문의 보안 잠금 장치가 벽에 걸려있었다. 다시는 거기에 머물지 않을 것이며 누구에게도 이 호텔을 권하고 싶지 않다.

New York에서 처음이었고, 호텔 위치와 시설에 대단히 기뻤다....꼭 보아야만 하는 모든것이 걸어갈 만한 거리에 이었다!! Central park, time square, 많은 박물관들, 그리고 내가 좋아하는 Broadway street가 바로 근처에 있었다.. NY의 중심에서 즐거운 경험을 가지고 싶은 사람들에게 Park Central Hotel을 전적으로 추천한다.

나는 Park Central에서 체류를 즐겼다. 나는 스위트룸으로 업그레이드 되었다. 객실은 잘되어 있었고 최근에 개조되었던것 같다. 객실 2209였다. 나는 숙박업에서 일한다. 내가 알아챈 것 1) 화장대가 약간 높았다. 아이들은 싱크 수도꼭지를 사용하기 조금 어려울 것 같다. 2) 나는 객실의 DND표시를 찾지 못했다. 보통 출입문 손잡이의 안쪽에 있는데, 그것이 어디에 있는지 몰랐다. 3) 그리고, 체크아웃할때 안내실에 단지 한명만 있었다. 이정도 크기의 호텔로서는 매우 이례적이라는 것을 알았다. 그러나 이것은 매우 사소한 문제이거나 문제점이라고 부르고 싶지 않지만 그저 내가 알아차린 것들이다. 전반적으로 나의 경험은 […] 매우 편안했다. 더 보기

NYC에서 당신이 필요한 모든 것에 가깝다. 관광을 위한 Park Central, Ties Square, Central Park, 가게들과의 가까움은 경이적이다. 환영하는 사람들은 좋지 않다. 상당히 부정적이고, 도움을 주지도 않고, 약간은 개인적이고, 불친절하다. 체크아웃할때, 우리의 차는 멀리 주차되어 있어서 4명의 어른과 6명의 아이들이 거의 한시간을 기다려야만 했다. 정말 받아들일 수 없다. 우리에게 오래걸린다고 이야기를 해주었다면 우리는 계속 관광을 하였을 것이다. 그런데 로비에 있는 대부분의 사람들도 같은 문제를 겪고 있는 것처럼 보였다.

프론트 데스크는 만족스러웠다. 객실은 NYC 기준에 의하면 매우 컸다. 편안한 퀸 침대. 단지 불만은 = 느린 엘리베이터 서비스였다

4.5시간 동안 버스에서 끔찍한 시간을 보내고, 1마일을 걸어서 호텔에 저녁 11시에 도착했다. 저녁 11시에 여전히 80+도였다. 배정된 방은 에어컨이 없었다. 프런트 데스크에 전화를 걸었는데 받지 않았다. 전화받는 직원은 정말 친절했다. 로비로 돌아가서 새 방 키를 받아와야 했다. 체크인 줄은 4명이었는데 처음에는 직원 1명이었다가 나중에는 2명이 했다. 피곤했다. 새 방은 좋았지만 이렇게 무더운 날에 충분히 시원하지 않았다. 청소 직원들은 놀랍다. 프런트 데스크 직원들도 놀랍다. 정말 좋은 운동 기구도 있다.

Carrnige Hall 또는 공연에 간다면 그 위치는 탁월하다. 제공된 것에 비하면 비쌌다. 나는 'W Hotel'에 동일한 가격을 지불하고 더 나은 방을 구했다.

Overall, the stay was ok. The hotel was nicely kept in the lobby and in the hallways, but the set up of the room was strange and could use a facelift.

This was our first trip to the NYC area and the hotel choice proved to be a very convenient location. It was near subway stops that are indeed the very best way to bet around the lower Manhattan area. Several eateries near by. The room cleanliness did leave something to be desired. No coffee making capability, unable to control temperature locally.

Had to pay to store luggage because unable to check in at 1:00. No shower cap, poor lighting in bathroom, unable to control temperature of room.

Great location! Excellent resturant in hotel. Front desk OK. Rooms adequate. Elevators can be a pain. Long delays during certain times of day. We'll probably stay here at our next visit to NYC.

the location was perfect and I'm shocked we were able to get it last minute at the rate we got.

Spring weekends in NYC are expensive, so I don't begrudge the room rate. But for the price, I expect some basic things. I don't expect to find a toilet bowl brush in my toilet when I check in. I don't expect to see a little cockroach on the bathroom floor in the morning. Yeah, just a cute little one, but I didn't plan on sharing a room! I do expect […] that after my room is serviced I would have new coffee packets (I did not). And, I don't a hotel of this level to farm out it's business center and have to dip a credit card at $1 per minute usage! Seriously, this is pure profiteering. I just had to print out my ballgame ticket from StubHub and it cost me $5. Internet was $14/day, but that is not unusual in NYC. -- Nice location and friendly front desk staff. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably well-appointed. Heating and AC was weak and my room always felt a little stuffy. -- Overall, I would not stay here again. perfect vacation hotel is on perfect location

The location was perfect but when we arrived 1 hour before check-in time we were told there would be a fee for each bag we stored while waiting for a room. When we checked in, on our floor the ice machine was out of order, only half of the elevators were working, and in our room the ironing board and safe were broken and the toilet did not flush properly. […] It took over 2 hours and 2 requests to get an extra pillow. Well, first off, I was given a room with someone already in it? I had to go back to the desk, ask for a different employee and request a vacant room. The room I was given had a nice big king size bed, however the air conditioning felt like a swamp cooler. Not cool given this hotel's reputation.

Very disappointed. This is touted as a 4 star hotel, but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. The bathroom floor is grimy, room is dimly lit, beds are old, the toilets you have to flush 3 or 4 times, and most disappointing is the non-functional air conditioning. Had temp. on max cool when I went to bed and it was like a blast furnace. I woke […] up gasping for air and drenched with sweat. Since I paid a total of $400 for this room I expected much, much more than that even though it is NYC. It was no use complaining and switching rooms because I got in late and by the time I packed and was ready my shuttle was there - - - but I did mention the air conditioning problem to the maid. On the way down from the 11th floor, I asked two other couples if they were as disappointed as I was in this hotel, and it seemed they had the same laundry list of issues I did - - - one even switched rooms which wasn't much better for them. Considering the location, price, and comfort of this hotel room I would say it was an excellent value, despite the fact that it could use a facelift.

the hotel is wonderfully located just south of Central Park, an easy walk to Museums and the subway. the area is safe for walking even late at night iwth lots of great restaurants around the area. the hotel caters to large groups so there can be long lines at check in but the staff were friendly and efficient. the room was very comfortable, large for […] NYC standards and very comfortable. the room was very clean. Perfect location to stay and see a Braodway musical, tour Rockefeller Center, MoMa, Times Square and Central Park. We were able to check in @ 1:30, which gave us extra time to sight see. We stayed two nights and look forward to returning next time we go to another Broadway production. $10 (plus tip) taxi ride from Penn Station.

Great price, great location, great staff, great room.

I know this hotel from being a NYCMC member. All the new or improved items, ie. the outdoor tables, fresh bakery, etc. make a nice place even better. Thanks HDC.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room clean and nice. Excellent location.

Disappointed. Checking in was a nightmare. Took way too long. The next morning my guests had no hot water and had to visit me to take a shower and prepare for the day. They ended up staying at my apartment and the hotel was not used Friday or Saturday night.

Location of the hotel was fantastic!!! Convenient to everything! The condition of the room was fair. Not well equipped for a business traveler. Lack of outlets especially near the desk area. No hot water one of the mornings. The room was not very clean.

The hotel was well located. However, the services were poor and the room was too simple. Internet was slow.

The hotel is a perfect balance of location, price, cleanliness and service. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. We will stay at this hotel when we visit next time.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Park Central New York Hotel for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel is a few blocks from Central Park and Times Square and there is a Metro stop directly outside of the doors. That's about all that we were impressed with. When we arrived to check in, there was a line of about 10 people in front […] of us, with only two Front Desk Employees working, so the wait was significant. We were confirmed with a Superior King, and entered our room to find two double beds. The phone in the room did not work, so I had to call with my cell phone and was placed on hold for over five minutes and they sent an employee to our room with keys to our new room. It took over twenty minutes to receive the new keys, and the elevators on the floor we were placed on did not work. We were told this was the last Superior King available and that we would have to use the elevators that were on the other side of the hallway. On top of that, the phone in the hallway was constantly ringing in the morning and woke us up. We were less than impressed with the accommodations and the quality of service. The room smelled of urine my entire stay so I kept the window open and the noise kept me awake all night. Therefore I had a lousy stay!

This hotel was awful. Smelled like feet in hallways. Dark and disgusting! Elevator was PITCH BLACK when door closed! Not four star at all. Glad I was only there one night.
