Its so beautiful at night when all the lights are on, I thought that the rooms would be fabulous, but they were just nice. NOT bad in any way, but just nice. There were no vending machines for drinks on the floors where the receptionist told me to go. One receptionist told me parking was 15.00 to be taken out of the 25.00 deposit and another one told […] me parking was free. When I tried to get out of the parkign lot I couldn't. we stayed at this hotel 3 times before so we again chose to stay at south bay hotel. only thing that changed was the $15 parkiing fee that we sort of did not appreciate since most hotels offer free parking. however we still would probably stay at south bay hotel again,

decided to stay locally when we fumigated our house, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Parking is in a gated structure, you need to pull a ticket, but when we asked at the front desk, they gave us a free card for use to get our car out without having to pay the fee. We asked on checkout if we could stay and use the pool for the day, they gave […] us a card for pool and facilities use for the day - with a no-problem attitude. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in the south bay area or have family from out of town and you want a nice clean and safe hotel to stay in , this is it.

The Hotel was clean & close to many good restaurants. The beds were very confortable. It's about an hour drive to Dodger stadium and 15 minutes from the beach & boardwalk.

Great hotel and great location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. I found the hotel floor to be quiet and easy to sleep. I was surprised to see that the hotel store closed so early and there was no vending machines or snack/drinks in room. I landed in the evening and got to the hotel after 9PM. Was very hungry […] and had to jump back in the rental car to go out to get food and then to a convenience store to pickup aspirin. Other than that, I'll definitely stay here again. 더 보기

We stayed here a year ago and had a great experience. this time the service has gone down a lot. We were given a room that was not properly cleaned, internet is ridiculously expensive, the valet service was terrible and they were no where to be found almost the entire trip (we basically had to track our own car down every time we were leaving), give […] yourself an extra 10 minutes if you plan on riding the elevator because they take forever and are always broken. The line for starbucks is as if youre in line at the DMV and moves ridiculously slow. The worst part about our trip was waking up the morning after our first stay and having jelly all over me because our bed sheets had it from the previous guests. it looked as if housekeeping flipped the sheets over with fresh jelly on them without replacing them all together. when i walked down to the front desk with jelly all over my legs all they can offer me is a breakfast coupon? Not acceptable. Terrible service for the price. They either need to step up the service or lower their prices. Will not stay here again. 더 보기

This was a nice hotel. The rooms were very nice. The air conditioner was a little noisy, but not so loud to impede sleeping. Parking is not free, so you might want to call for their nightly rate.

This hotel failed to meet my expectation. The room was not clean, it had smell of cigarette in a supposed to be "100 % smoke free environment." The swimming pool had a nasty smell that I almost fainted. When we arrived at the hotel, a staff told as that the parking fee of $14 will be charged right away and we said "Okay." Then the next morning when […] we checked out, they told us that they will be charging about a dollar for some sort of tax, even though everything was already prepaid. And when we were finally getting out of the parking lot, our card did not work and we could not get out of the lot. So we pushed the button to speak with a staff and they ignored us and hang up on our connection.We were waiting there for at least 30minuts trying to figure out how to get out of the parking lot.Finally a mail worker, who failed to speak an adequate English, approached us and made us sign some dirty paper and charged us for another parking fee. We had a no choice but to follow him and we were finally out of the hotel parking. If I were you, I wouldn't stay in this hotel, again. 더 보기

Our service was excellent. All of our needs were met. We even needed a needle to get a kink out of a necklace and a sewing kit was provided right away by room service. We just had one day that the toiletries were not stocked in our bathroom so we almost ran out, but other than that we were very pleased. Thank You so much

great service, beautiful lobby with waterfalls and bar. exceeded my expectations geatly.

As a Marriot, this hotel met my expectations. The rooms was clean, had nice furnishings, good workspace, room service and the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom ceiling looked a little dated, but this was minor. The counters are granite, fixtures new, nice hair dryer.

Don't go 4th July - very busy. AA members hold a convention.

En la zona de Torrance los hoteles ya tienen algunos años, pero este hotel está como nuevo. Está en condiciones impecables, con un Starbuks en el lobby y junto al mall "Del Amo". Muy recomendable.

Har bara positivt att säga om vår vistelse på Marriot Hotel. Ett rent och fräscht hotel med mycket trevlig personal. Bra pool och fitness center. Starbucks i lobbyn samt en massa bra shopping tvärs över gatan. Endast 20 min med bil till LAX. Vi kommer igen!

总体来说不错，前提是必须有车。唯一遗憾的是房间里面没有冰箱，我们买了哈根达斯，结果只好眼看它们化掉。酒店对面就是一个大购物中心，可以购物和吃东西，看电影。

Das Hotel war OK für die klassische Belegung der Zimmer aber nicht für die Belegung von 5 Personen.Das Zustellbett war eine Zumutung !!! Man konnte nur die Matratze auf dem Boden legen und so schlafen.

Hôtel très sympa avec un personnel dévoué. Cependant, le mall situé juste à côté nous a fortement déçu.
