호텔 에덴 (Hotel Eden) - 로마

The location is excellent, the attention to detail made us feel welcomed, the service from the concierges was warm and attentive. The decor is elegant . It is worth to visit the bar-restaurant where we tasted the best martini "in the world". We would certainly go back.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located to shopping and transportation. I have my own set of evaluation criteria, from shower temperature and strength to ability to get fresh air in the room at night. On most of these the hotel rated at the five star level. My only complaint was that there were no electrical outlets except for one at the desk and one in […] the bathroom. All lights were hardwired into the walls, so I could not plug my computer in and sit in the bed answering e-mail, surfing, and watching TV. Of the two outlets that did exist, they were multi-conversion outliets, so you did not need a converter - this was a very nice feature. TV channel selection was wonderful. Stayed for three nights in Sept 2009. Had very high expectations based on a friend's comments about her stay 2 years ago. The common spaces and lobby are very well appointed, and all the comments about the lovely view from the rooftop bar/restaurant were true - the view is amazing. Our room was fairly small, espectially compared to photos on the website, […] however the bathroom was spacious for European standards wiht a large soaking tub. Staff was very accommodating. Our only complaint was the water pipes that ran in our walls made a constant sound of running water. Every time someone above us ran their water, flushed a toilet or had a shower, we had loud water sounds rushing through the walls. So much so that it would wake you up in the night. With that exception, we very much enjoyed the location, staff and quality of the property. 더 보기

Vi hadde noen fantastiske vårdager i Roma i nettopp. Og det kan vi ikke minst takke hotell Eden for. Hotell ligger meget sentralt og nært alle severdigheter i Roma, men likevel er det i et stille strøk nært Borghese parken. Vi ble tatt imot på beste måte og rommet var stort og fint. Rommet ble holdt rent til enhver tid. Og hotellets concierge var behjelpelig […] med svar på alle mulige spørsmål. Vi var også på hotellets restaurant. De hadde fantastisk god mat, med byens beste utsikt. Litt høy pris, men definitivt en opplevelse. Det eneste å anmerke er manglende air-condition samt at vi måtte vente litt før vannet i dusjen ble kaldt nok... Kort oppsummert så var vi veldig fornøyd med hotellet, det anbefales gjerne. 더 보기
