The service was spot-on; hotel was in good condition, and certainly in a great location if you want to be in Beverly Hills for a stay. Value isn't really there though...kept looking around room and saying "is this really worth what we're paying..." This is the standard by which all other hotels should be judged. It is a phenomenal hotel with a great staff and unbeatable location. Truly amazing.

I had a great time in this hotel. The room was great, large and comfy. The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was great (particularly breakfast in the BVLD restaurant). I left on a high note, happy to return. That was until a few days later when I realised that the hotel had been using my credit card for other guest rooms. […] All the charges had been reversed pretty quickly (so they knew they were error) but I am now stuck with foreign exchange fees from my bank, and wondering what else they will put through on my card. Best Hotel that I have had the pleasure to stay in. A little pricey but still value for money.

This hotel has a reputation as one of the worlds finest. It did not disappoint. The staff wre the most accommodating and friendly I have met. You know it is an expensive hotel, but it is worth every cent.

Great hotel with great location. Very big and comfortable rooms. Only thing the aircondition smelled a little when entering the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged a private Hollywood tour with an tourist agency - that wasn't worth the money. Would had been better with the public tourist bus. This could be the most overrated hotel I have ever been to. I was so upset with the front desk and then the horrible room we were finally shoved into, that I called the Beverly Hills Hotel and they sent a limo to pick me up and arranged for a wonderful room. Never going back to the Beverly Wilshire. I double paid because I couldn't get a refund and […] paid for the next room. とても綺麗なホテルで、スタッフも親切でした。大人2名と子供2名で2泊しました。とても広い部屋で、ウエルカムチョコレートなどを用意してくれていました。お風呂の湯船とシャワー室が分かれており、またトイレも一番奥で使いやすく、とても広かったです。さらにロケーションが最高でロデオドライブの名店街に直結しているようなくらい近かったです。本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。

Scelto sull'onda del film Pretty woman, questo hotel ha saputo mantenere le aspettative! Le camere sono confortevoli ed i particolari raffinati. Letto e cuscini super morbidi. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile superando se stesso con la chicca di chiamarci sempre per cognome anche se abbiamo pernottato solo una notte.

ビバリーヒルズにあり、有名な映画の舞台にもなったホテルということで、緊張しながらチェックインしました。 レセプション、コンシェルジュ、レストランなどは大変フレンドリーで緊張も徐々に緩和されました。 問題は、部屋の防音についてです。宿泊した部屋はビバリーウィングの３階の一番奥の部屋です。バスルームは広くすばらしかったのですが、キングサイズのベッドを２つ入れた寝室はとても狭く、バランスが良くないと思いました。 部屋のある３階は、２階にあるプールのすぐ上で、窓の１ｍくらい先にはフィットネスクラブ？のある別棟の階段と入り口があります。朝９時頃、大きな声で目が覚めました。外階段になっている別棟の入り口から電話でもしているのか大声の話声が１０分以上にわたって聞こえてきます。プールでの話し声もよく聞こえ、 […] ホテルの部屋でゆっくりと睡眠をとれる状態ではありません。 極めつけは、３泊した最終日です。土曜日ですが、外出から夜７時頃ホテルに戻ると、ビバリーウィング入り口からエレベータへの通路をふさいで、結婚パーティーの開始前なのか新郎新婦と親戚たちが写真撮影をしています。宿泊客が通ろうとするのですが、通路一杯にポーズをとっていてしばらく通れません。お幸せの絶頂にあるファミリーがプロのカメラマンに依頼してすばらしいホテルの一角で写真撮影をしているのですから大抵のことは許されるとは思いますが、狭い通路を占領して宿泊客の迷惑も考えないのは少しやりすぎだと思いました。 いやな兆候はその後も続きました。翌朝早く出発する私たちは早めにベッドに入りましたが、２階の宴会場で先ほどの結婚パーティーが始まり、ドラムの振動とギターの音が夜遅くまでつづきます。深夜１時には終わったかとおもうとまた始まり、さすがにうとうとして６時にチェックアウトするときにそのことをレセプションのスタッフに言うと、なんと朝５時までやっていたとのこと。 うるさかったら、電話してもらえれば部屋を変えましたのにといわれましたが、日本の常識では、高級ホテルであれば、宴会場の音は客室には漏れないようになっているのがあたりまえです。窓の防音もしっかりしていない部屋を手配しておいて、すぐ階下で一晩中パーティーをやりドラムやギターでダンスをする。プールの話声が聞こえるような防音体制でダンスパーティーを翌朝までやること自体無神経で一流ホテルとは思えない夜でした。 더 보기

一人で１泊だけしました。宿泊予定日の前日の夜に予約しましたが、最初名前が通っていませんでしたが、カードを見せて問題なくチェックインできました。オフシーズンの日曜日だったからだと思いますが想像以上の安価でデラックスキングルームに泊れました。部屋も広くキレイで大満足です。１Fのダイニングも美味しかったです。

Сервис - на уровне высших мировых стандартов. Высшее качество во всем - от обустройства номеров, до высококлассной косметики в ванных комнатах. Отличительной […] чертой стало то, что уже при выходе из машины во внутренний двор отеля, нас встретил предупредительный служащий, проводивший к стойке регистрации. В номере, который был предоставлен сразу, нас ожидали комплименты от местного шеф-повара, прекрасное калифорнийское вино... На багаж был доставлен буквально через 3 минуты. Несмотря на то, что нам пришлось уезжать из отеля ранним утром, нам не пришлось ждать окончательного расчета ни одной минуты. А такси было к нашим услугам в этот ранний час (4 часа утра). Раньше мне был известен этот отель по знаменитому и популярному в России фильму "Красотка" с участием Р. Гира и Д. Робертс. Теперь же мы с женой сами почувствовали себя в этом отеле дорогими и ожидаемыми гостями. Это было очень приятно и оставило самые приятные воспоминания.
