가격대비 품질 만족~위치 만족하였지만 호텔 전경앞에 크레인과(씨끄럽지는 않아습니다) 실내 안락함은 없었습니다. 하지만 대체적으로 만족스러웠다라고 얘기할수 있으며 다음에 또간다면 OK 입니다.

밤늦게까지 영업하는 상점들이 많고, 지하철에서 접근이 매우 용이하며 특히 홍콩에서 유명한 맛집의 분점들이 영업하여 멀리 구룡반도 쪽으로 굳이 이동할 필요가 없다는 점.

엑셀시어는 쇼핑을 하고 레스토랑에 가기 훌륭한 위치인 코스웨이베이에 있다. 이 호텔은 만다린 호텔 체인 중 하나며 잘 운영되고 있고 객실들의 크기도 적절하다. 대부분의 객실에서 항구를 완전히 혹은 부분적으로 볼 수 있다.

체크인 서비스를 제외하고 모든 게 좋았다. 요금을 지불했고 도착했을 때 체크인을 할 수 있을 거라 기대했지만 객실이 밤 10시에 준비될 수 있다고 전해들었다. 그때가 저녁 7시였으며 우리는 짐을 들고 있었다.

홍콩에 있는 엑셀시어 호텔은 매우 유명한 지역인 코즈웨이베이의 글루세스터 로드에서 좀 떨어진 곳에 위치합니다. 이곳에서는 매우 많은 레스토랑과 생활편의시설들이 있습니다. 호텔의 방들은 매우 깨끗하고 넓었으며 그리고 호텔 직원들은 우리가 요청하는 것들에 대해 매우 잘 응해 주었습니다. 이 호텔은 만다린 오리엔탈에 의해 운영된다고 말해도 좋습니다. 또한, 저는 이 호텔의 헬스클럽에도 갔었는데, 정말 운동기구들이 잘 갖춰져 있었고 사람들도 별로 없었습니다. 방 청결상태때문에 방을 바꾸는 것도 즉시 이루어졌습니다. 국외 거주자들을 위한 유명한 레스토랑도 있습니다. 방은 오래 되었고 쇼파는 벽에 붙박이 형태로 되어 있었으며 그래서 움직이지 않았습니다. 하지만 쿠션은 구식의 그것들 처럼 전혀 움직이지 않는 것은 아니었죠. 청결상태 역시 문제가 있어 보이는 것이, 우리가 기침약(물약) 때문에 사용했던 스푼의 경우 그 다음날이 되어도 여전히 표면이 끈적끈적했습니다. 심지어는 우리가 사용했던 컵도 씻었는지 좀 의심스러웠구요. 커피 하우스에서의 아침식사는 나름 괜찮았습니다. 하지만, 안타깝게도 맛이 없었어요. 이런 문제들 외에는 방의 경우 편안했고 서비스 또한 괜찮았습니다.

Everything from start to finish was just perfect.....staff were helpful and knowledgeable....services was first class.....ran like a Swiss watch. Breakfast was excellent as is the food in Cafe 1st. Dickens pub is fun but not for a romantic interlude!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Excelsior. Having stayed in other hotels in Kowloon and Central Hong Kong in the past I can definitely recommend the Excelsior's location. It's less than a 2 minute walk from the Causeway Bay MTR and just a few stops from Central plus if you want to shop then all of the shops of Causeway Bay are right outside the door. […] It's also really handy that there's a free shuttle service from Central to the door of the hotel with the Airport Transfer service - hassle free when you're arriving from the airport. Our room was amazing too and the view towards Central was just stunning. The hotel bar and roof terrace, TOTTS, is pretty special too with amazing views and lovely food. We'll definitely be making a return visit when we're next in Hong Kong. 더 보기

Always busy and quite often fully booked. The only negative is the check-in, which is very slow and not enough staff at the counter even when quite a queue is waiting. The Executive room is good value with all the add-ons using the Lounge. Rooms are excellent size and the bathroom are user friendly.

When I first checked in and got to my room I was disappointed. I was on floor 32 (one of the executive floors) The room was VERY dated, wall paper coming off the wall in places ...musty, old, and tired. The size of the room was fine with good closet space. Everyone I had contact with was more than helpful, cheerful, and very professional. The food in the restaurants is good (as well as room service), and again, great service. Overall, the staff of the Excelsior provided high quality and friendly service. The quality of the in-hotel restaurants was excellent. A small anomaly in the final bill was corrected without fuss. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay. My only issue was that there was no pool - and I booked your hotel precisely for that purpose- as a business traveller in tropical countries my cool down and relax time is in a pool. So while the hotel was excellent- I would probably not return- only for that reason. Regards

The upgrade to executive room and use of floor 31 was really worthwhile. The bathroom looked a little tired. My meal and service in the talk of the town whilst being a little pricey, was excellent. Overall not cheap but very enjoyable stay.

This is a great hotel to stay in in Hong Kong - and certainly one of my favourites. It has a great location in Causeway Bay close to the MTR station, Victoria Park, the Noon Day Gun, the shops and all the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The Star Ferry Terminal at Wan Chai is only a few minutres' walk away and Minibus 40 takes you to Stanley Market […] from just down the road. And not forgetting the tram service, too. And Times Square and Happy Valley Racecourse within a stone's throw. The Excelsior has undertsated class. It isn't swanky in the way that some of the new Hong Kong Hotels. It knows it does a good job and gets on and does it. And if you get a good deal (for example one of their all in upgrades) it can be excellent value, too. 더 보기

Location for the tourist is very central. The hotel was old and the rooms very rundown and badly require refurbishment. Even the most expensive full harbour room was very poor. This is not a cheap hotel and much better value can be found in a higher class hotel

Can't beat it's location in Causeway Bay However, needs serious updating of hallways and rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Superior side harbour room had partially obstructed view. Overall can't recommend hotel eventhough service was above average.

A really comfortable hotel served by the Airport Express bus - very cheap, quick, easy and convenient from the airport. Very busy lobby but lot's of staff and everyone very helpful and polite. Good restaurants, bars and facilities but, like everything in Hong Kong it comes at a price.

We have stopped at the Excelsior more than once, and our satisfaction of the hotel has always been consistant. The staff are more than helpful, with anything that you want. They are accommodating and the hotel is immaculate. Food is very good if required. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will definitely stop here again.

Good location. Very helpful and considerate staff. I had had a long flight and looked tired, so the reception gave me a room upgrade at no extra charge to ensure I got a good sleep. The food in the hotel's various restaurants was good. Internet access was effective and fast.
