This hotel was probably great in it's day but I think it's day was a long time ago. The room was very tired & for the price paid I would expect luxury. As expected food & drink was very expensive but not the best quality. No coffee making facilities in the room which we thiughtvwas extreme penny pinching. Nice Hotel with very good facilities. A bit tired on the iside in places.Good bars. Newly refurbished room left a little bit to be desired. Toilet door mounted wrong way. Mirror side is on the inside. You sit there stairing at our self? Not a good thing. Some electrics in the new room not working correctly.

My room was lovely--spacious, elegant, charming. I had wifi problems and I have to say the staff was not as responsive in getting it fixed as it should have been. It seemed not to matter very much to them. Ended up changing rooms to get wifi that worked well. But to get a ***** rating every element of service has to be right and every problem reported […] to the front desk has to be treated as important. This did not happen. 더 보기

Excellent as one would expect.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is in a good location and it is truly a grand hotel. The staff was good but not great. The value was not quite as good as other fine hotels in Switzerland. My wife and I chose this hotel for a romantic getaway - to relax and spend time with one another. It was perfect for this. I was surprised by the quality of the spa and the beautiful terrace. Although the pool isn't huge it is big enough for a stretch after a half our in the lovely sauna and hammam. The staff were excellent: discreet, and on hand […] to offer whatever we needed. We stayed on for Sunday brunch at the 'Coté Jardin' which I would recommend. You could spend a very pleasant couple of days without ever leaving the hotel, but when you do venture out there are some lovely places to drink, eat and stroll around just minutes from the hotel. Our room itself was fine: large enough, very quiet, and with a really comfortable rather large bed. The bathroom was a bit gloomy, with strange dark tiles and painted glass ceiling - my only negative comment. 더 보기

This is an amazing hotel!! Just don't walk to it from the train station - the hill going up to it is killer! ;)

Fantastic panoramic views of Lake Geneva (ask for a lakeside room) and very upscale rooms. This is an historic property and very high end. Will stay there again if I can afford it (I got a great rate due to 2009 summer renovations in progress). Staff very friendly.

Literie en piteux état. Absolument et tout simplement inadmissible ! C'est honteux pour un hôtel qui se dit, ou du moins, crois être, 5 *. Proprement scandaleux!!

hotel situé en plein centre de Lausanne à coté du métro qui descend au bord du lac. Demander une chambre avec vue sur le lac, un étage élevé et un balcon; c'est vraiment fantastique. Très beau spa et piscine intérieure. Personnel très attentionné et efficace; un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner car, parfois, les plats ne sont pas réapprovisionnés […] rapidement et il faut patienter la la salle étant vite remplie. 더 보기

It was an awesome stay. Starting at the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed and got a personal assistant. The room was comfortable and luxurious, as well as the location, this was just perfect. All in all, it was a perfect stay.

Wir suchten kurzfristig ein Hotel am Genfersee, um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Obwohl wir beim Lausanne Palace & Spa nicht mehr die Möglichkeit hatten, ein Zimmer mit Seesicht zu bekommen, haben wir uns auf Grund der guten Spa-Facilities dennoch für dieses Hotel entschieden. Dieser Entscheid hat sich für uns gelohnt, wir haben das Hotel lediglich für […] kurze Spaziergänge in die Altstadt und an den See verlassen. Lausanne is a city with a lot of luxury hotels, but in my view this is the best. The spa is high class and the hotel location (right in the city center) is great, far better than those hotels located directly by the lake.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, alles ist perfekt, schade, dass die Aufenthalt so kurz war, aber freue mich auf das nächste Mal.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour au Lausanne Palace. Un vrai 5 étoiles : luxe,confort, la chambre était très spacieuse et le king est un vrai king (facilement pour 3 personnes), le personnel est à l'écoute mais pas sur votre dos en permanence, et que dire de la salle de bains, une merveille ! Le Spa est magnifique, très propre, bien équipé.. […] Le solarium est très appréciable également. La décoration de l'hôtel est sublime. Un vrai palace... De plus sa situation géographique est parfaite. Vraiment rien à dire. J'en garderai un excellent souvenir contrairement au Président Wilson de Genève qui n'est guère qu'un trois étoiles amélioré. 더 보기

Albergo piacevole nel centro della città ma leggermente sotto analoghi alberghi con gli stessi standard. Desk gentile ma inadeguato

Lausanne Palace is a true 5 star hotel. Great room and excellent service. The breakfast is however somewhat expensive.
