Very convenient location! Homey atmosphere - I would recommend highly!

Very accommodating - hospitable as we arrived late.

Great place to be. Wall's were thin also could hear people on the top floor, but all in all very nice.

This was the second time we stayed here because of its excellent location. We found the rooms to be in great need of updating. Could have been cleaner and the beds were pretty bad. The staff was helpful and breakfast was just fine. We liked the 24hr availability of beverages.

The lady who checked us in was nice and did her job, but lacked the friendliness to really make you feel welcome. The room was clean, a/c was cool, but the towels are as other said, scratchy not soft at all. Nice flat screen TV, microwave and small refrigerator. They offer a free breakfast from 6-9 am, you can make a waffle or warm up sweet rolls or […] kolache with good sausage. Also cereal ,low fat milk , OJ & all kinds of other drinks. Better than most continental breakfasts. We were there less than 24 hours, and had no problems. Would recommend it to others. 더 보기

The hotel is perferctly located within walking distance to the historic downtown. The room was satisfactory with the exception on no Wi-Fi as advertised. The grounds with pools, hot tub, and sitting area is the best part of the hotel. The breakfast was good but the serving area was small and crowded.

for the most part, the stay was fine. We had some problems with the lock on our door working at night (it worked fine during the day). The staff was great at addressing our concerns, however. The hotel was clean overall, but our shower curtain had some mildew on it. The continental breakfast was great--try the kolaches! The pool and hot tub area was […] also great. Great location, within walking distance of main street where all the restaurants, shopping and museum. Rustic. Breakfast was so so, but it was included and was adequate.

We found this a very good Inn to stay in. It was clean, comfortable and especially well located for the Museum of the Pacific War that we came to Fredricksburg to see. Would certainly recommend it to anyone else going to Fredricksburg and particularly to see the Museum.

The hotel is at a very convenient place- walking distance to the restaurants & shops. This hotel was nice- just the only issue i had with it is the a/c In order to kickstart the a/c we had to put it on fan only then it took about 30 min before we could switch it to the a/c. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The hotel had an excellent location within easy walking distance to the main shopping area on Main St. This is a big plus for this hotel. Also, the grounds were beautiful, right alongside a lovely creek, and including a lovely set of pools. The breakfast offered was also good, and the coffee was good. However, a big negative for me was that housekeeping […] was not detail oriented. The toilet had mildew stains and smelled bad. When I called them to address the situation, they were able to remove the smell but not the mildew since it had been encrusted into the bowl--quite disturbing. The sink fixtures were not cleaned well either, and the old soap was left behind to become jelly...The towels were not the usual white towels, and some were unravelling. The bathroom experience was really worrisome and ruined the hotel stay for me. There were only two pillows to ea bed, and these were used to prop up upholstered pillows (which did not have removable covers for cleaning). Filters in the AC unit smelled of mildew--enought to trigger an allergy attack. Spills on the stairs stayed there for two days and attracted ants...Others might not be quite so squeamish, but I am a doctor and worked in a hospital; cleanliness matters to me. Go ahead and try it out; lax housekeeping is an easy problem to address, but bring a can of Lysol just in case... 더 보기

Very clean, the people at the front desk nice just a great hotel.

I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We walked to downtown for our meals and shopping. It was an old room that had updated bedding and a new tv but the rest is old motel style which was fine. Great place to stay. Very helpful staff.

For the price of the hotel the breakfast should have been better. The toilet was not functioning properly. The plug underneath the window needed to be replaced. In order to use this plug, one person has to hold it in while the other person is using the computer.

This little Inn was a very nice place to stay for our three day trip to Fredericksburg. It has a great history and story to go along with it. The courtyard was inviting and our room opened up to it. They offered the regular fare for breakfast with a little German flare by including sausage kolaches. Perfect location for walking to the shops/restaurants in Fredericksburg. Very nice staff and very good breakfast.

I LOVED THIS HOTEL! IT'S IN A PERFECT LOCATION. WALKING DISTANCE TO MAIN STREET. THEY HAVE AN OUTDOOR FIREPLACE UNDER THE COVERED PATIO WITH A TELEVISION. YOU CAN WATCH TV FROM THE HOT TUB. Best nights rest on incredible mattress and QUIET. We were able to walk to main street to museums and restaurants. great recommendations.

This hotel is a nice place to stay for the cost and service was great. It's within walking distance of Main St. Breakfast selection is nice as well.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the downtown core ( 0..2 ) miles which makes it very walkable. Room itself was nice-- we preferred the 2 queen room over the \king . They have a lovely outside courtyard with swimming pool and pool waterfall, all of which look very lovely at night. Morning breakfast is taken in a very quaint eating room. Great hotel layout with great amenities. Fresh cookies daily. Breakfast for us was just right. The location was within walking distance to the downtown area and the sights we were interested in. Looking forward to returning so we can see more of the downtown area that we did not have time to get to.

Everything was good at this hotel until we went to bed and the sheets were rough sort of papery texture. Better towels would have been appreciated. also. Jim in Tucson

The hotel was your average fair, nothing outstanding to write home about. There were a few bumps along our stay with a broken fridge, broken bathroom fan and then a broken toilet, but I do have to say they were very quick to act and make sure they were taken care immediately. This was the second time we stayed here. It is one block off Main St across from the military museum. My husband and I enjoy relaxing in the outdoor hot tub an heated pool while the fireplace keeps us warm and toasty. We always go to Fredericksburg right after Christmas and the one thing we wish the hotel room had was a fireplace in the room.

Bed was too hard.

My daughter and I had a wonderful visit. Our room was very clean. The service was excellent. We plan to stay there this summer with family.

This Inn is very well situated for a quick walk to Main Street and all the shopping and dining. The amenities are lovely, the decor perfect and the breakfast is wonderfully complete! We will be staying there again when we return to Fredericksburg in the future.

we really enjoyed this hotel, but the morning we got up to take a shower there was no hot water. so we took a cold shower!

I really enjoyed my stay here...modern rooms, king size bed as advertised...very clean... Location is superb...walking distance to Main St... Had a very nice stay !!
