대부분의 측면은 여타 호텔과 비슷하지만 공항으로의 무료 셔틀버스 운행이 매우 만족합니다. 로비에 타임테이블이 있으며 이용객은 정해진 시간보다 10분 먼저 로비에서 준비하면 셔틀이 오면 바로 탑승하면 되고 공항까지 10분정도 소요됩니다.

공항에서 호텔까지의 픽업서비스는 편리하고 좋았다. 밤늦은 시간 거의 12시경에 도착하여 호텔까지 도착하는데 15분경으로 가까운 곳이라 좋았는데 룸청결상태가 너무 안좋았다. 침대시트는 꼬질꼬질 오래된듯하고 벼룩이 있는지 톡톡 쏘는 바람에 잠을 설치다 급기야 목욕타올을 깔고 자다가 도저히 견디지 못해서 새벽2시넘어서 프론트에 가서 얘기하니 방을바꿔주었다. 그밤에 트렁크와 짐을 챙겨서 방을 들어가니 (다음날오전 11시비행기로 한국으로 출국하는터라 잠을 잘 시간이 얼마없었음)아까보다는 시트상태가 조금나아보였지만 그래도 오래된 상태였음. 자리를 잡고 누우니 얼마안있어서 다시 벼룩이 툭툭 쏘길래 정말 신경질 나고 폭발지경이었음.다시 […] 짐옮기고 프론트내려가서 따지는게 귀챦아서 참고 자기로 하고 침대에 목욕시트를 둘둘 말아서 목주위을 두르고 또다른 시트로 시트위을 깔아서 불편한 잠자리를 청하고거의 뜬눈으로 지새고 왔음. 최소한 싼 숙소라고 해도 다른 서비스는 기대안해도 기본적인 시트의 청결은 되어있어야 하지 않나 싶다.최악의 불결한 호텔이었다. 더 보기

It is an excellent location, however the bathrooms need a serious remodel. The showers are disgusting, and the HVAC units, and cable are give and take depending on which room you get. Also the windows are so thin, Highway 101 and all the planes landing at SFO feel like they are in your room. It is extremely loud! Good budget choice! The shuttle and location are terrific. Basic but decent accommodation.

Hotel is very close to airport and has a shuttle service for those without transport. For those who do have a car be aware this is a very busy hotel and parking can be a pain. Rooms are a bit out dated but are comfortable and clean, staff very helpful and has a small pool. This Travelogde was cheap compare to others in the area. The sliding bathroom door was inoperable, shower faucet difficult. It was cheap, do not expect a lot.

Like staying in the geto and we got put 1 mile from lobby which was where Internet service was.

If just looking for a night before heading to airport then its perfect. Very convenient for this purpose. But don't expect comfort. Freeway is very noisy all night long, water in shower kept switching from hot to cold, carpets stained. Front desk service is horrible!! Not very helpful and I called front desk numerous times for an issue and no one answered. […] Left a personal item in room, nothing of value, called to get it right after check out and it took 3 days of calling to try to locate it and no one in housekeeping staff spoke English. It is good enough for a 1 night sleep in this hotel to catch an early flight in the morning. some receiptionist were just rude. if you just need a place to stay, with no interaction with the hotel, this is good place to stay for a low price.

This hotel was by far the worst place I've stayed in. I was looking for something that was closed to the airport and cheap since I had an early flight and was only staying there overnight. But boy was I in for a surprised!! The lights in my room were not working. Shower door was broken and the shower floor was dirty and looked like it had mold. Beddings […] were old and ripped in many places. Carpet was dirty. The place was overall scary and I would definitely not recommend it for a female traveling alone, as there were some interesting characters there. I didn't realize how bad this place was until I was checking at 4am and saw a police car patrolling the hotel. Bottom line don't stay there!!! This place was simply horrible!!! 더 보기

It was better than I expected given the 2 rating, but I stay economy everywhere and I thought this one quite decent. It was older, but it was clean, had what I needed, staff was pleasant, there was a restaurant close by, and no traffic noise heard at all.

It begins with the smell. Yes, smell. My bathroom smells exactly the way you wouldn't want it to. It ends with the hotel staff which was the rudest, least accommodating, most dismissive heap of bad customer service I have ever encountered. And, mind you, I travel a lot. In between is the constant noise from a nearby (spitting distance) major freeway […] on one side, airplanes overhead, and the IHOP visitors crowd next door. Did I mention the fact that both sides of my room were occupied by, shall we say, ladies of the night whose customers loved to slam doors between bumping beds against walls? Or that the "continental breakfast" is toast and marmalade? Or that someone literally puked in front of my door and it took two days to be cleaned up? Yeah, not going back. 더 보기

One thing I did like about this hotel was the free shuttle to/from the airport, only downfall was while you are away you had to pay $10/day to leave your car. It still came out cheaper than parking at the airport.

Wont stay there again !!

We had no air-conditioning and I asked the staff to tend to it so they sent someone to "fix" it..ended up having to get a fan..housekeeping ar cery rude.Won't stay there again!!

My friend and I wanted a cheap place to stay for 2 seperate nights. The price was good. When we checked in the first night, our room smelled really badly. We were given another room. The paint in the shower was coming off and the carpets were dirty. We could hear the planes passing ahead of us due to the proximity to the airport. The continental breakfast […] was horrible, best to pay the money and go to the IHOP next door. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. I did notice a police car patrolling the area which gave some sense of safety even though as a woman I didn't feel too safe. My advice to the hotel is to upgrade the rooms, atleast change out the carpet and repaint the showers. 더 보기

Hotel a few miles from SFO and not hard to find. Hotel is clean and comfortable yet a little old, reminded me of the 60's which is not a bad thing really. Our stay included breakfast! but found the breakfast room to be cramped and congested, reminded me of a hut on a building site. Parking is a pain as most guests appear to be park and fly so be warned. […] Overall the hotel offers a comfortable room at a good price, also offers a shuttle service to and from airport. There is a IHOP on site and a Danny's not far away. The rooms have ironing facilities, safe, TV and coffee/tea machine and comfortable beds and that was all we wanted. 더 보기

Being placed here for business trips is never something I look forward to, but here are tips for surviving: 1). Bring a lightbulb-- they are often out, blinking or dim, and response to requests are slow, 2). Do not accept a handicapped room, even if you are not physically challenged. Available parking is particularly limited near that part of the complex. […] 3). Request a key for every two nights you will be staying; they fail to work after 2 days and housekeeping going in and out makes this problem somehow more severe. Otherwise you will be late to dinner meetings because you'll be in queue in the lobby getting a new key instead of freshening up to meet business colleagues. 4). Basic cleanliness good, but overall lacking maintenance. Phones and internet in rooms were out, very noisy, single-pane windows. Only restaurant in walking distance is IHOP. Pool looked good. Proximity to SFO.

the hotel room smells like mold and I saw roaches in the room!!

booked 5 rooms, 1 month in advance. They oversold the hotel and one of our party did not have a room. Clearly won't return.

The location was ideal and the price was right. However, the room did not feel clean. The tv and phone did not work. I was glad to be waking up early to go to the airport.

The price was great for our budget and the staff was very helpful!! Looks like more money should be put into the upkeep of the hotel. On arrival it looked as though the carpet had not been vacuumed. Other than that it was everything we needed as we were out and about most of our trip sight seeing. I will come back again if in SF.

Clean, comfortable, shuttle to airport, 24-hour restaurant next to hotel. Only drawbacks: no closet in my room nor was there a vanity in bathroom to put toiletries when getting ready. However, great room for price and convenience. Will certainly stay there again on my next trip.

needs a lot of updating!!

Used it as a day room for a late night flight because the price was the cheapest. It was a good room. Have Restaurants and Bars all within walking distance. Can't beat it.

Located only a few miles from SFO it's ideal for a nights rest before your holiday starts or, as we did a night rest before the long haul home. Hotel is old and in need of some serious maintenance. Having said that for the price it's fine. Don't bother about breakfast it's located behind the main desk and reminds me of a dirty old shed on a building […] site. Half of the outlets don't work and another 25% spark...

For the price the hotel is decent, just bring ur own towels cause the ones supplied were not that clean, also use the shower may die to left over hair on the shower floor.

The hotel was pretty bad condition. The electrical sockets completely pulled out of the wall if you tried to unplug something, the heat barely worked. Light bulbs were blown out, our 2 rooms were no where near each other, parking was limited so we had to park at a different building of rooms and walk back. Will not stay here again, I travel almost every week and this place was pretty bad. After the first night I had a few red spots which I am pretty sure are from the bed bugs. I ended up staying elsewhere (I paid myself) even though my company paid for the Travelodge. Make sure you check your room!

This TraveLodge is frustrating and sometimes outright upsetting. I am begging my company to please put me in better accommodations. This time it was burned-out light bulbs, an occurance so typical that I now travel with a bulb of my own so I can see to work. The key (magnetic) is bad with each entry of housekeeping (although I can use it multiple times […] after housekeeping has left). I was late to join my colleagues three nights out of five, waiting in line to get the key fixed, then waiting in line a second time at the front desk when the first fix didn't work. Thirty minutes later, with my boss calling every 10min saying, "Where ARE you?!" I told him if you want me to be on time, I'll need better motel service. I'd give the same advice to travelers--unless you add an extra hour daily to stand in line and attempt (50% chance they'll help you when it's your turn), and don't mind ingeniously compensating when staff doesn't help you, I'd caution you to make another choice, 더 보기

Close to SFO with free shuttle, walk to IHop for meals. Beds could use some upgrading but then you pay more. Have stayed here before and will again due to savings.

Let me start by saying that I only stayed there for a few hours to get some much-needed rest as well as to freshen up after a long red-eye flight. Seriously, I only stayed there for maybe 5 hours. I was a bit scared at what I was getting into after reading all the reviews AFTER I booked this hotel, but I found it to be a LOT better than what I expected. yes, […] the place is really old and probably has never been renovated. It's obvious. BUT, there weren't any bed bugs... the beds & bedding were clean (although, yes, there were stains on some of the bedding but more like permanent stains. Not stains indicating that the bedding hadn't been washed)...the bed was pretty comfortable... the bathroom was clean. The only problem I had was that the light over the sink didn't work. The carpets probably weren't the cleanest. I didn't really take note, but I always wear some sort of footwear when I'm staying at any hotel. I don't think I'd stay here for anything more than a place to rest before/after a flight, and it was well worth the price I paid for that purpose. 더 보기

Unfortunately, I had a problem and one of the front desk representatives was extremely rude to me. I went so far as to send an e-mail to management (since they were not present). In almost all circumstance, I avoid conflict and try to make things work for everyone. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, then it fits your needs. It is an ok kinda place!

The front desk help was very unfriendly. I asked how do I arrange shuttle service and the reply was look at the middle sign. I also asked for change for tipping the shuttle driver and they said a $5 was too much to ask for.
