Rumored to be renamed as part of an associated chain soon, this aging hotel needs some updating. I never like toilet paper you can see through, but they also feature towels that are nearly as thin. The adjustable shower head didn't adjust. Booked this hotel online as the details said the hotel had shuttle service to Disney and Universal. Hotel is located close to Disney. But, the shuttle service only runs once a day. One time to leave hotel, and only 1 pickup from the parks. Also, you are expected to stay at the parks 12 hours if you want the service. Spoke to front desk. No help at all-VERY […] rude. Easy to find, close to Disney, friendly, helpful staff. Hotels.com staff, Chad, helped me find this great room with 2 queens, and bunk beds for 5 adults and a 2 yo.Perfect for one night to start the day early at the Magic Kingdom. Plenty of outlets in lamp bases for cell phones etc. Brought our own breakfast food and stored in refrigerator. Had to get […] extra coffe and cups from restaurant in am, no problem. I would recommend the Clarion to Family and Friends - Great staff friendly and helpful.

Very close to theme parks. Excellent value for tge cost. Loved the fridge and microwave!!

This hotel is near the top of the "bottom of the barrel" category. I've been in worse, but there are a ton better. I went cheap and stayed at this hotel. Will not do that again. Place is old and somewhat dirty. I like to stay in a place where I don't even have to wnonder if the sheets are clean and the floors are swept. Staff was nice, friendly, helpful....hotel was clean. There is no restaurant - but plenty within walkin distance. The massage chairs in the lobby are the cheapest you can buy and not worth the $. The room was clean, no problems there. The bed was more uncomfortable than the one I have at home -and that is bad because my bed sucks. The pillows were lumpy […] and not at all comfy. I would not go back based on the beds. I could not sleep even after being at the parks all day and being dog tired. The hot tub felt nice, but stinks of chlorine and needed to be filled. The pool was clean and nice for swimming. I did not dare try the breakfast for $3.50 because of the deals in local places so I don't have an opinion there. If they changed the beds the hotel was fine for what we paid but I would not pay the full rates to stay - so not worth it. The room was clean, the beds were OK, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. However, it was missing many of the normal conveniences. For example, there were few electric outlets. The only outlet in the bathroom was over the sink. The short cord on the coffee maker wouldn't reach outlet from the counter. We had to put the coffee maker on the […] floor to reach an outlet. The coffee maker leaked. There was only one chair in the room. The TV worked but it was very old. The wireless internet worked but it was kind of slow. We got to the hotel after a long day and night at the Magic Kingdom. I booked this hotel seeing many of the reviews state it needed some tender loving care but I decided to book the room for the night anyway because it was close to Disney World but not in the overly expensive resort area. The room was big, but you could hear everything the next door […] room guests were saying, what they were watching on TV...need I go on. The toiled kept on draining and refilling there were used shampoo bottles in the bathtub which had not been disposed of by the cleaning staff. My wife lost her money in the vending machine and the ice maker was not working on the floor. Ancient Philips TV's were in the room and also on sale for $39 in the lobby. Lastly we all left the room with stuffy noses in the morning. We did not have this problem when we arrived. Dont waste your money staying at this place. We spent one night here before moving to a Disney resort. The room was very nice for the price. Our only disappointment was that breakfast isn't included.

Great stay! The nice gentleman at check-in upgraded us to a bunk bed room that the kiddos LOVED! Parents loved the awesome pillows & beds! We will definitely stay hee again!

I was looking for a hotel at the very last minute and I picked this one. Decently priced and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was off season so the hotel remained pretty quiet. It is a little run down but nothing to worry about it. It was surrounded by plenty of places to eat and a gift shop or 2!

Everyone was very nice. We were upgraded to a larger room with a sofa bed for free which was great. The room was very good. I could have stayied two nights instead of one. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The hotel seemed damp and humid everywhere, especially in the halls and our hotel room. It made the room feel dirty and moldy, although the room appeared to be clean on the surface. It's very convenient to Disney and the staff was nice enough. There were a ton of restaurants and tourist shops nearby, which was nice.

Nice experience.

Only complaint was the bed, which was just an old-fashioned box spring and mattress, not particularly comfortable or inviting. They have a breakfast buffet for $3.50 that really isn't worth the money. They don't use enough batter for the waffles. The only eggs were hard-boiled and cooked too long. People would be better off to use the room's fridge […] and fend for themselves for breakfast. They accept pets but be prepared for the $150 nonrefundable fee. 더 보기

I read all the reviews about this hotel before booking the room and decided they were not that bad. Yes the hallways are a little warm and the elevator was slow but other than that it was great. I was expecting a run down out of date hotel based on some reviews but was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite. We only stayed one night but I would choose […] this hotel again for a longer stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous. This hotel had bugs in the bed, the bathroom sink would not drain and the a/c unit dripped all night. We were extremely dissapointed and will not be back! Do yourself a favor and book a room elsewhere!

The amenities were fine. The room lacked a full dresser for clothes. Both the room and the bathroom could stand a remodel. The staff was good and kept the room clean. A small fee that was not in the original billing was tacked on upon registration at the front desk.

This is an excellent option for those who don't want to stay at resort hotels. It's located a short and easy drive from Disney. Surrounding area has all the food and shopping options. Hotel isn't lavish, but is clean. Pool area is small. If you are looking for value and a clean place to stay this is a good bet.

Stayed here previously and had a problem with a/c then also. This time, blew cold but curtains caught cold air and held it in. Room stayed warm all night. Also, charged a $2.50 fee for resort (?) which they said included the use of in-room safe and local telephone calls. Last I checked, these were included in cost of room at other hotels. Also, a sign […] in the lobby stated a "continental breakfast" in the am for $3.50 a person. Since when do hotels charge for the bagels and coffee they offer in the dining room in the morning?? We recently stayed at this hotel before the Ironman70.3 at Disney. It was a great location for us.It's an older hotel but they had more than we needed for a comfortable stay. Our King size bed was very nice and seemed new. We had a quiet fridge and microwave, along with coffee maker. The sitting room had a tired sofa but we did not use this area for […] anything but staging supplies. We had wifi, quiet air conditioner. The Hotel is set back from busy road, so noise again, was not an issue. The cons: Our toilet was very old and seem to barely function. The restaurant and bar seemed to have been closed for a very long time , which seemed like a shame because it could be so much more.Room lighting was very dim due to all the energy saving light bulbs, but was not much of a problem except in the bathroom. We could not receive any calls as there phone system was out of order. They suggested we buy a calling card. My wife did not have her cell phone with her and i was unable to reach her in her room.

Has shuttle which only goes once to a park and once back so very limited but gets you there. The room was fine nothing to brag about but felt fine sleeping in the sheets. Close to walk to restaurants to eat because one within hotel is closed.

The hotel smelled like a kennel. It is obvious they take dogs but the lobby always smelled like a wet dogs. Stinky..... The rooms were "ok". Not great. The location is why I would not stay there again. Even the McDonalds was yucky and low class.

Hotel location was ideal. The beds were a bit too soft (espcially for myself with a back problem). Did not like the odour coming from the restaurant right in the entrance (Crabby Joes)

Nice place. Clean. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to sit down restaurants and fast food. Only complaint would be that the traffic was bad in this area but not so terrible that we would not recommend staying there. We would stay again.

For the most part, the experience in the hotel was great. We got all the items we requested for almost immediately... Nice staff, nice hotel... We will definately come back!

If you are going to Disney you are better off to drive the shuttle drops you off at 11:30am for the last shuttle and does not return to pick anyone up until 5:30pm.

First of all, the location of this hotel is perfect if visiting the Disney parks. I believe we were situated approximately 1 mile from the Disney World exit on Highway 192. Everything was perfect and we had no complaints whatsoever. We definitely plan on staying again since we have the annual passes. This hotel is a non smoking property. So I had […] to go outside every time I wanted a smoke. I didn't care, I got to meet some of the other guests and hung out with random people.. Cool experience. Hotel room was very clean and we had the pool view. We really didn't stay in the room because we were park hopping like crazy. However, all time spent in the room was excellent. Felt right at home and again, the location is epic for people who want to be right smack in the middle of 192. There was an added $2.50 for "resort fee" but whatever, it was worth it.. Although a little on the Spartan side, the hotel provided a nice place to stay during our 3-overnight golf weekend. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Didn't use the other hotel amenities. the only I think I would have changed was the AC. The fan would go on and off repeatedly as it powered to deliver the requested temperature. A recent visit to Disney with my two small children required a one night's stay at an inexpensive but convenient hotel. I should have spent more for a better place. The worst part of the room was the air conditioner- extremely loud and blew the curtain open when it was on. We all had to sleep with pillows over our ears to drown out the noise.
