Chose this hotel over the one my group had booked. It was a little further away, but well worth it. I paid less, nice pool, comfy beds and a great restaurant.

We needed an "inexpensive" hotel for the night before a day visit to Boston. Most hotels in Boston were 2 or 3 times as expensive, and I'd find it hard to believe that any would be nicer. Staff was considerate, room and room service (from in-hotel restaurant) were excellent. Each guest even received a *warm* chocolate chip cookie on check-in! It is good place to get to the starting point of Boston Marathon.You can ask the hotel clark a shattle as well. if not, you can ask a taxi to get there in 10 min.

For the most part, things were ok. Pool was quite cold and the spa was very dirty and was closed because of its condition.

great spot. nice staff clean room and easy to get to.

This hotel was very warm and welcoming great price and staff. Definitely go back anytime.

Great room and service but pricey without free wireless and no complimentary breakfast. Beds very comfortable

This hotel nickels and dimes for every service. They are looking to make money on add-on services like breakfast and water in the room, etc.

Very convenient to Westboro business park(s), but not necessarily to Greater Boston (including the airport) as a whole. Short drive to Marlboro and Sudbury. Overall, a decent place, especially for the rate we got.

Even though the hotel lost power due to a freak Halloween Eve snowstorm the staff was still on duty and cleaning rooms. Many of them I am sure, were concerned about making it home. Staff was excellent and check was a cinch as the computers were still donw on the am. A fun and good stay even in bad weather. PS The parkiing lot was welll plowed.

Booked on hotels.com and was very disappointed not to get the double bed that I made reservations for. Once I booked and arrived at double tree, the manager at the desk said we have no availabilities in what you reserve. We only have 1 queen bed. We ended up staying cause it was too late to book any other location. So I ended up sleeping on the floor, […] while 2 other friends took the bed. My reservation was prepaid for a king sized bed. I got to my room, it was a small room with a queen sized bed. When calling the front desk, I was told that I could not be accomodated even though it seemed as if the parking lot were empty and rooms were available. My room did not have towels. The ESPN and ESPN2 on the TV would shut off randomly and intermittently […] due to a poor satellite connection. Not a great stay, 더 보기

Very happy with our choice of this hotel. Even with a busy night, a full hotel, many hockey youngsters around, the night desk staff was polite, helpful and prompt when asked for a missing item and a cot. Very clean and comfortable.

An excellent hotel with rates that are very competitive for the area. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. All of the staff, from the Front Desk to the cleaners, were professional and very friendly and concerned about our stay.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was extremely busy the weekend of our stay and yet the staff could not have been nicer. Our needs were met with smiles. The hotel was clean and perfectly located; it was exactly as stated.

Recent stay at the Double Tree Inn Westboro, MA was fab. Will go again no matter the price if all stays the same as our visit.

Very clean & comfortable. I was quite warm & would have appreciated a lighter blanket. Other than that, the stay was wonderful In this day and age, it would have been nice to have had free in room internet, as well! chocolate chip cookies were to die for!!!

A little ironic-the hotel was on Computer Drive but we couldn't get internet unless we paid a fee per night. I think in this age of technology hotels should offer this as an amenity. Otherwise, I loved this hotel. It was immaculate and comfortable.

There were lots of people staying at the hotel who thought it was fine to talk to each other in extremely loud voices in the hallways all night long. i received maybe one hours sleep.

I will return to this location; it was easy to get on either Rte 9 or 495. The room was quiet and amazingly so as we were so close to major routes.

Everything was as expected. The staff was friendly and accomodating. There is a buffet breakfast which was very convenient for us before we left the hotel. Express checkout on the TV was also convenient.

Our room and the hallway to our room smelled like tobacco smoke. The check-in clerk looked like a hippie.

Gentleman who checked us in was super nice and efficient. We wish our stay was better though. My boyfriend put up the toilet seat and it literally fell off, which lead us to believe that the cleaning people was aware of it and didn't care to mention it to maintenance or did not clean it before our stay. Our so called "queen" bed was more like a full […] bed. This is the smallest "queen" w have ever slept on. We got a handicapped room because it was the only one with a "queen" bed avaialable. Because it was a handicap room, the shower was a hand held and it was aweful. There were weddings going on so there were drunk ladies from the party making alot of noise in the hall way. We brought the toilet and bed issues to the front desk and we got an apology. We would have felt better if they took some money off our bill. The rate was decent but you get what you pay for. 더 보기

Except for towells that weren"t too clean, everything else was perfect. I loved this hotel and will come back again on the future. P.S. breakfast is the best.

This hotel is a great value for the money. Had a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant and cookie at check in. Breakfast was above average as well.

A fancy hotel without the fancy price. The hotel breakfast was beyond what one usually expects.

I arrived after dark and found the back parking area poorly lit. Additionally, the entry hallway and bathroom were not well lit.
