The beds were very comfortable & suprisingly the noise level was good. Clientelle made me nervous with my 12 yr old. Would not let him out alone. Location good for airport & Graceland. Surroundings not the greatest. Slept good.

We chose this hotel for a 1 night stay because it was close to Graceland which we were going to visit early the next morning. The staff were very helpful in finding a good BBQ restaurant and breakfast was satisfactory. Would have liked extra blankets and pillows in room as the weather was rainy and cold.

Airplanes all night. Hotel is old and all doors go to outside There is a gentlemans club 2 buildings away no one in our family slept at all the whole night. I would avoid this hotel if possible. This is not the normal Quality Inn you would expect

This hotel is in a very bad area. I only stayed here one night but I will not be staying here again. The hotel is next to a strip club and there are several more strip clubs on this street. I also heard that it was a big prostitution area. The room seemed clean but I couldn't help but wonder who could have been in here before me! The tub was stopped […] up and the water would not go down the drain while showering. The bed was really hard! I chose this hotel because it was cheap but not the cheapest one near the airport. I thought that would mean something but I might as well have chose the cheapest one. On the plus side the staff seemed friendly, and the room seemed clean. I would definitely recommend not staying here more than one night if possible. 더 보기

This hotel staff is unparalleled in their service. They assigned me a room number before I physically arrived so that I could get Pizza Hut delivered upon my arrival instead of having to wait an hour to eat. The rooms were amazingly clean, large, and comfortable. Jacuzzi rooms have marble flooring and wonderful jacuzzi for 2.

Close to airport, clean rooms, very courteous staff and great transportation to airport and auto rental facility-breakfast even had southern biscuits and gravy.

No, it's not luxurious or new, but I thought this hotel was a good value for the money. My room was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated - nice bathroom, newly painted and carpeted. The bed was fine - as were the pillows! Was a comfortable place to sleep, breakfast offered a decent selection of food, staff was friendly and a shuttle […] brought me to/from the airport. What more do you want? As others have mentioned, it is a motel and not in the greatest neighborhood - but it's a perfectly fine place to see if you need to overnight in Memphis for a good price. 더 보기

Cheap and convenient if you get stuck at Memphis Airport like me. However, no convenient eating joints around if, like me, you don´t have a car. Otherwise, clean rooms and no complaints really. Very friendly and helpful front desk.

I arrived at the hotel via airport shuttle bus after midnight after waiting for over 45 minutes. The bus had mechanical problems. Check-in was OK, and the room was plain but clean. There was some VERY loud jet plane noise at first, but runways may have changed and I didn't hear any objectional sounds afterwards. The next morning, the breakfast area […] was overflowing with some grade school kids in town for a football game, and there was no place to sit. Food was basic. Checkout was okay. Chose this hotel because we were meeting friends that were arriving on I-55 and we were coming in on I-240. The hotel was convenient for both of us. I was a little concerned when I read some of the other reviews, but did not have any issues at all. The people working in the hotel were all great. If I asked for directions they were able to give them. […] They made recommendations for restaurants and even offered discounts for some. The neighborhood was a commercial area. Planes did fly overhead but I didn't really notice them. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were roomy and very clean. Each room had microwave & small fridge. We were in Memphis only one night. We chose this hotel because of the location. We were planning on a trip to Graceland in the morning and this hotel is just minutes from Graceland! This hotel was not in the best of neighborhoods. Planes starting flying directly overhead at about 5 am. Breakfast was a joke.

The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The area were the hotel is was a little run down. In general it was a pleasant experience.

The "coffee pot" is a one-cup pot, and is the worst coffee I ever tasted. Our refrigerator didn't work. We were 2 doors down from a strip club that was still going at 4:00 AM. My walk to the nearby convenience store to get a decent cup of coffee took me right past it.

We checked in just after 11pm, and although the signs for the two strip joints on either side were lit up, the hotel's was not, so we passed it, and had to turn around. The clerk was behind a safety glass, and one of the room's lamps were burnt out. Of course, details as basic as outdoor and indoor lighting are overlooked, you have to wonder if what […] appears to be clean and sanitary really is. If you consider a place like the Sheraton or Hilton to be upscale, the rate we paid for this room indicated it would be mid-range to upper-mid-range, and we should have paid a rate indicative of an upscale dive. 더 보기

Our hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay; I only had two complaints. First of all, on the website for the hotel there was no posted time for the pool to close, nor was there a sign in or around the pool area. We booked the hotel because it had a pool […] and an airport shuttle, but weren't able to get there until late at night. Got into our bathing suits and got into a pool (the chain wasn't around it or locked at all, NOTHING indicating the pool was closed) and then had someone come tell us the pool was closed for the night. That was a bit frustrating but we understood no one there had the authority to make an exception. The other thing was there were only two towels which wasn't enough for the both of us (for using after the pool AND shower, when I use two all by myself.) Very Clean

Memphis is a complicated area and you do not need a complicated hotel. Hotel could not guarantee shuttle service to Airport at early hours. In the early morning hours there was nobody to check out. Overall, a confusing and complicated experience.

If you are not in need of getting getting around too much, and just need a place to stay for the night, this is a good hotel. we had some trouble with accessing the internet in the room, but after the recepsiondesk rebooted a couple of of times, it worked. fastfood and gas-station is nearby, but if u want a deceant meal u will have get a cab or drive […] up too E Presley Blvd. most of the staff are very helpfull and friendly. 더 보기
