햄프턴 인 서시 아칸소 (Hampton Inn Searcy) - 서시

Continental breakfast was lacking. Recent trip and staying at Microtel in Searcy, gave better overall service and breakfast was hot and well maintained

This is our second visit to this hotel in the past six months. It may be an older hotel, but it is well maintained and service is good. Very friendly and professional staff. My family will stay here again when on our next visit.

Overall, I guess it was ok. The only reason I chose this hotel, again, was the location...right next to the hospital. The restaraunt next door, The Rib Crib, is awesome as always. But when I arrived in town, I discovered that a BRAND NEW hotel opened up three doors down. 99% of the time, I use this particular chain. I also think because I booked thru […] Hotels.com, I was put in an older room, with an outdoor (think MOTEL) access. And on the back side of the property. Not ideal for a woman traveling alone on business. Carpet was stained and dirty, the shower had more than it's share of mold and mildew in the cracks. 더 보기

Not the usual clean, updated Hampton we are used to staying in. Rooms so-so clean. Needs updating. We usually love the Hampton Inn breakfast. We did not even eat at this hotel. Had problems with check in as the first room was not at suitable and we refused to stay. Hotel manager tried several rooms and then gave us an acceptable room. She was gracious […] to send us pizzas and a movie to make up for the checkin hassle. We much appreciated her attitude, but would not stay here again. There were many smoking rooms available so if you are a smoker, you probably have a better chance of getting a good room. 더 보기

What a wonderful place to be! We were very close to Harding University, lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very nice. In my opinion, this hotel was much nicer than other more expensive hotels we have stayed in.

Stayed for 3 nights. The staff did put our group's rooms together. The fact the elevator was only available near the lobby (and our rooms were in the middle of the complex) made it difficult for some. The breakfast area was nice. The key didn't work after the first night. Room was fine, kind of "pricey".

I've been staying at this Hampton Inn for over 15 years. Overall, it doesn't show its age too bad. Unfortunately, the service personnel have a lot of work to do and they seem to feel that we guests are getting in the way. With all of the new hotels in Searcy, the Hampton Inn personnel need to have better attitudes to keep people coming to this older […] location. Also, they have a strange thermostat system that reverts to it's original setting periodically no matter what you do. You can set the thermostat to a cooler temperature when you go to bed, but you'll wake up hot in the middle of the night because the thermostat goes back to its pre-programmed setting. The hotel was close to our relatives and many shopping conveniences. We loved the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. thanks for a great stay.
