Breakfast was the best feature with hot oatmeal and toppings and egg omlet, etc. The door to the bathroom seemed warped and did not close completely and one bed appeared a little lumpy in comparison to other. Staff very friendly and the rates were great for 3 people.

I loved the stay! The only downside...no pool.

The highlight was the lady managing the breakfast area - very nice and seemed to genuinely care. When I was checking in there seemed to be some minor confusion at first, found my reservation under Hotels.com, not my name or company name. Small HH perqs (bottled water, snack) were missing from room - not a deal breaker. Right off Route 81 North, it's very convenient to the Carousel Center and just a short distance from Downtown. If you're heading to Canada, this is the place. Beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Several decent places to eat within a block or two.

close to Carousel mall and just off the highway. Fantastic breakfast with many healthy choices. Staff are welcoming and friendly

From the friendly front desk staff to the well stocked breakfast, this was an overall very pleasant stay for me and my family attending the Black Friday sales in the area. will definitely be back. Service like it ought to be. Well done Hampton Inn.

Our stay was brief but enjoyable. As a Thanksgiving Day holiday some of the area ammenities were not available but that is not the fault of the hotel. The place was bright and clean and fit our needs very well.

The front desk staff were wonderful upon our arrival. The accommodations were sufficient for our overnight stay, and the breakfast in the morning provided us with a good start to our long day of travel.

Our family had reserved 4 rooms, all the rooms very clean and in good condition. The hotel staff were wonderful, they were very friendly. helpful. We plan to return next year and every time we visit Syracuse.

Sink drain didn't work well and the shower wouldn't even go on. The breakfast room was so crowed there was no place to sit. It was more like staying in a Motel 6.

Excellent choice. Very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast buffet staff. I arrived early, my room wasn't ready. Hotel is what you expect for the price. Rooms are basic, beds are good, furniture is really cheap, but the rooms are clean. Our major problem is that they advertised WIFI in the rooms, and I was counting on it to prepare for a presentation the next day. The internet was so slow it took over 3 hours to download a 5MB presentation. I moved into the lobby […] to check the speed there and it was the slow speed I experienced in the room. I talked to the desk clerk, and she said that her computer was running really slow to, but she thought it restarted sometime in the night, but she could do nothing about it until maintenance got there in the morning. She was right, in the morning the same file took less then 5 minutes to download. If your looking for a business class hotel, I would look other places since internet is so inconsistent. 더 보기

My daughter and I stayed here one night so we could go shopping at the Carousel Center Mall. It was very easy to find the mall from here and we ate dinner at Tully's which within walking distance to our hotel.

This is a well-run hotel. If I return to the area I will stay there again.

We stopped here as a halfway point between Maine and Chicago, and everything was great. Hotel staff helpful, everything perfect for this level of hotel. We could even walk to a mediocre restaurant with a bar for Mom and Dad and arcade games for the kids and we could keep an eye on each other.

Two of us were in Syracuse overnight for a girls' shopping trip - one day at Waterloo Outlets and one day on Hwy 31 for the big box stores. We had a great time! We were in town for an overnight and found the room clean, comfortable and convenient. The desk staff was helpful and courteous and the call up shortly after we arrived (asking if we were happy with the room and if we needed anything) was a nice touch.

Have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and it's staff, problem at check in, and it was taken care of...the breakfast was good, not just the complimentary continental, there was actually eggs, sausage, etc...rooms were clean, the staff was excellent and the beds were comfy.
