Great service and friendly staff

We stayed for just one night, but it was a experience. Room was clean, as advertised. AC worked well. Nice shower head. Clean bathroom. Would certainly stay there again.

Very nice room and location...close to everything. Staff was quite nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is set back from the road just a bit which some might deem as problematic to find, but I found it to be a REALLY nice benefit to not get so much road noise, but still convenient. The room itself was nice and clean and we were happy that it was a newly remodeled hotel. Unfortunately CS fell short with the conveniences they provide. Our refrigerator and phone were both broken. We also had issues with the television and chose not to use the hot tub given that it did not appear clean or updated.

Although located 4-5 miles away from the Plaza and Santa Fe City Centre, this hotel should still be strongly considered. Two room suite with king-size bed, two sinks, wet bar, fridge, TV in each room and internet for the price you pay makes this a real bargain.

We were pleased with our suite. It was very clean and quiet--except we ended up turning off the heating unit because of the fan noise. The bed was very comfortable but since we turned off the heat we would have appreciated an extra blanket as the bedspread was very heavy. Great breakfast.

We found the Comfort Inn, Santa Fe to be a great value. Room was large, exceptionally clean, and well cared for. For under $80, including tax, our only complaint was that the eggs and sausage at breakfast were inedible (probably had been cooked hours before, and were little brickettes by the time we got to the table). The hotel was what we wanted for the trip we were on. we were only there in evenings after supper and were out early in day. It was comfortable, had the amenities advertised and the staff were personable and professional. No surprises

Very nice stay. Clean and located very close to the town plaza. Great for the prize. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were very pleased that a chain hotel offered as much as this one, including freshly baked cookies in the lobby at night, and a sofa/ sitting area in the room. Nice, clean hotel. Located behind mattress co. makes it a little difficult to find at first. The beds could be better quality than they are. Good breakfast choices. All in all nice, clean hotel to stay in.

Only negative was the sign for the motel was almost impossible to see from 1 direction (sign is set back & on the property of a matress store - many customers comment on this problem).

Spacious rooms, well kept hotel, professional and helpful service, and good location made our stay in Santa Fe a very enjoyable experience. We will be back.

South of the historic district, on a main road halfway between the airport and downtown. Near many stores and restaurants, far enough away from the street to avoid road noise. Front desk staff was helpful. Full breakfast was well-stocked. Outdoor hot tub was drained for the season but indoor hot tub was on and clean.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The location was further from the center of Santa Fe than we had expected, about 3 miles. But we had no trouble parking at a garage on San Francisco St so the distance wasn't a problem. I'd recommend this hotel as clean, comfortable, safe, and inexpensive.

Cost is a bit high for the room (which is a large room rather than a suite). Very comfortable room, but the hotel is starting to age and it shows. The glass on our room window was cracked from left to right; no big deal, but... The elevator was not sparkling clean. The breakfast was 100% carbs and rather disgusting: avoid. Our first sight of the room was wow. Nice size, very clean, Fresh, quite and comfortable. Very nice choice of breafkast items and excellent area to eat breakfast. Glad we found a repeat hotel for our future trips to Santa Fe.

Excellent large room--large comfortable bed. All decor in early Taos style. In north part of town, but short drive or 10-15 min walk to town center--plaza. Plenty of good places to eat and many shops.

Set back a little from the street which helped some with the traffic noise. Clean and comfortable rooms with HD TV, microwave and fridge. Good water power in shower! Decent breakfast with eggs and sausage! Nice staff. Shopping mall 3 blocks away and plenty of restaurants near by. 5 miles to downtown Santa Fe.

Fairly close to the Plaza. They need a more prominant sign off of Cerrillos - it's very easy to miss. Nice hotel, nice stay, nice breakfast

We only stayed one night, but the hotel was very well maintained and the room was very comfortable and clean. Having the pool indoors was an added bonus. My daughter and I were able to swim without the chill. Would recommend to others. I would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here on 2 different occassions w/in a wk. The first time we were on the 3rd floor w/ a noisy a/c and bouncy bed. This time we were on the 2nd floor. There was a newer a/c which was much quieter, a comfy desk type chair (the other had 2 dining room chairs), and much more comfortable bed which didn't bounce whenever my husband turned around […] when sleeping. A marked improvement. However my son slept on the sofa bed. He said the very thin mattress sank in the middle and was only tolerable because he would only be on it for 2 nights. We tried the bkfast 1 morning - rubbery eggs, warmed up sausages, so-so cereal choices, the regular variety of breads & toppings. SFe has a LOT of great restaurants - I would recommend you go out for bkfast if you can. The room was clean. The wifi is free. Our room faced the main road, but we never heard any street noise. It is not far from The Plaza. There is major construction on Cerillos heading towards The Plaza. I recommend taking Siringo or Rodeo Dr., take a left on St. Michaels and picking up Cerillos from there. 더 보기

Pretty much what you would expect from a mid-level hotel, but ti's nice to have some extra space in a sort of suite. There is only a partial wall separating the "living area" from the sleeper bed so this is not a true suite. Although we were facing Cerillos, we never heard any street noise. The room was clean. The knob in the refrigerator was broken […] off and the SFe Guide book had pages torn out which I reported the day after arrival. 3 days later neither issues were corrected. The bed was springy enough that every time my husband turned over I was bounced around. And we both noticed the a/c was rather loud. Breakfast was the usual - rubbery eggs, warmed up flat sausages, long line waiting for the 1 waffle iron to cook, 3 cereal choices, etc. With all the amazing places to eat in SFe, we never ate bkfast in the hotel. remodeled, clean, vey nice staff

This Confort Suites would have rated excellent in every catagory had it not been for the Bed Spreads. Tfhe were the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. It's liike taking 2 sheets and putting a heavy sack between them. There was absolutely no way to get confortable. We were extremely pleased with both the staff and the condition of the Comfort Suites in Santa Fe. The clerk at check-in went out of his way to get our rooms together. The rooms had 2 queen sized beds and an adjoining area with sofa (also a sleeper), a table and 2 office chairs, a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. There were also additional mirrors […] and plugs in the room which accommodated women sharing the room. The inn has an indoor heated pool (not quite warm enough) and a hot tub (too warm) which were very clean. We would recommend this inn and would definitely stay again! 더 보기

The suite was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Really liked the large counter in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite good with plenty of choices. A very good value for the price we paid. Would definately return here when in Santa Fe.

I got there at 9:30 pm and the front door was closed, but they had a phone right outside and after confirming my reservation the desk attendant, quickly opened the door. The room was nice. The only problem I had was that I left my engagement ring and I called that same afternoon after check out to ask about it. No one turned it in. I have called every […] day since my stay, they have been courteous but my ring is still missing. I recommend you double check before you leave anything there, housekeeping is not very honest. 더 보기

the rate at the hotel at check-in was over $100.00 less per night than when I booked the rooms. I was not happy to say the least and recieved very little satisfaction from hotels.com. Having booked 2 rooms per night for 15 nights in a row I will not do that again.

We had a last minute schedule change and had to cancel the reservation. Management would not refund our money.

Great place to stay for a couple nights.

This is a clean, well-kept hotel that is reasonable priced. While the suites are not true "suites" in that there is not a separate bedroom, they do have a separate seating area (with a half wall) that provides a little extra room. The breakfast had cereal, hot sausage, eggs, biscuits, and make-your-own waffles. The rooms are clean.

Pros; cheap... cons: everything is working as cheap as price...
