It was something that I and my girlfriends have plan to do for quite some times and finally we had a weekend to do it. We enjoy ourselves that we are planning on coming back. The people there was also very kind and polite, especially your receptionist Felicia and the manager Nellie.

Very friendly service, beautiful room and great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is really clean. the only complaint i have is that they have over charged my credit card over 150.00 and just when i thought it was fixed the very next day it came out again.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay. Hotel had a great breakfast and happy hour drinks. Location is nice because it was in between St Simon and Jekyll. I would definitely stay again. Very clean room.

Perfect half way point for us heading to Disney... have used another hotel in the past, but plan on returning during other tirps... large, clean room and special request was granted.

breakfast was awesome, not just bagels and toast. Eggs, fruit, bacn sausage.. great after a night out!

Great hotel.staff awesome and friendly.breakfast was also wonderful. Will stay here if I am in this part of coast.

I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past. On this occasion my coffee pot did not function. I was surprised on the last day of my stay during my attempt to have breakfast. The counter had about four persons waiting at the Omlet station. The gentleman preparing the Omlets looked over the counter at me and said I have closed the station. The […] time was around or at 0930. As disappointed as I was I turned & left. A few minutes later the operator began to serve a couple of other people . I just happened to see this & was not very happy. Needless to say my day did not start so well following that. I understand the times for serving, however the small things make or break it with me, that being service. 더 보기

The hotel is nice enough....enough off the interstate to avoid that noise and close enough to the Golden Isles to be a much more economical stay. Service was particularly good. Afternoon and evening employees were upbeat, helpful and full of helpful information. Morning desk employee was less effusive but pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable; […] although the sitting area furniture wasn't the most comfortable. The hotel is attached to a failing mall.... there is no dedicated hotel parking, which is a bit unsettling. The hotel clerk said that the area really was safe and that they didn't have car break ins. The hotel is located near the major intersate, attached to the mall and in walking distnace to a number of restraunts, move houses etc.

Though we stay in Hilton Hotels very frequently (over 20 times in the past year), it had been years since we had stayed at an Embassy Suites. We were looking forward to our stay in Brunswick, GA, but were very disappointed. Our first night the room had a stench about it, and the commode rocked so badly it could have broken. Bad seal was the problem […] and source of the smell. Why don't the maids catch things like this? The baseboards were banged up and the white ceramic door threshold to the bathroom was black it was so filthy. We changed rooms for the next night. Same filthy bathroom door threshold and banged up baseboards. Everything else OK until we noticed the sitting room carpet was squishy wet. Water was leaking out of the A/C unit and during the night it generated a short and set off the fire alarm in our room at 2:00 a.m. Same thing happened next morning. Looking at the water stained legs on the furniture, it was obvious that this had been going on some time. Again, why don't the maids report this. Also, does the staff ever inspect rooms? In addition, this hotel had absolutely no information on local attractions (and it is the Golden Isles area), no guest-friendly map of the area and Brunswick is the only city of that size we have ever seen that doesn't have maps in the phone book. All this was reported to the front desk, but there was no mention made by the hotel of Hilton's guaranteed satisfaction policy. This is a worn down property. Avoid it. 더 보기

Great place

It is right in the mall so you can go to the mall without going outside. The movie theatre is right there and plenty of shopping. They have a great full breakfast included in the price of the room. Everyone is friendly and they have great service.

Breakfeast and Managers Reception was excellent; especially at no charge, but WIFI connection was very poor for viewing short video clips... for checking email ok.

Its an ok hotel but price is to high. Go to the Courtyard a mile away get the same service and about 20 dollors cheaper.

It's a room and breakfast. The hotel is ok. The service is marginal -- mediocre at the front desk, nice at breakfast. Not that anyone was rude but could be better. Also, the business center doesn't have direct wifi printing or color printers. For one night, it's fine. For multiple nights, not so much.
