I specifically requested a non-smoking room yet I was put in a smoking room which reeked with the smell of smoke. My lungs hurt.

We stayed thinking was a newly built should be clean big rooms with big refrigerator but was not. We had a normal hotel room with non-working compact refrigerator. The elevator sounded like it was going to take off anytime and also the pool was closed. We were very dissappointed for the price and will not stay again.

Hotel was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

asked for non-smoking room was given smoking horrible smell and i had two kids. asked front desk to spray room while we went to race, came back and it never got done so we suffered through night with smell. breakfast horrible, will never stay here again would rather sleep in my car...

The staff was very welcoming and appeared concerned for their guest. The room surfacely appeared clean and the bed was quite comfortable. However upon further examination, the floor had several spots and their were socks under the desk that did not belong to us. The location was right off the freeway so it was very convenient.

For the money, it was well worth it. It is a nice, no-frills, hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a concert at Billy Bob's. Hotel had cab ready for us at the time we specified. Great location. Just minutes from downtown area. Beds didnt look too comfortable upon walking into the room, but to my suprise, they were not that bad. Did not like the pillows. I wish I would have brought my own. We couldnt hear doors opening […] and closing of our neighbors, nor did we hear any noise in the hallway, wich was nice. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again when I am in the area! 더 보기

i was there for a conference that was held at the radisson. the hotel was pretty nice, I had a huge king size bed all to myself. the furnture was a bit 90s but the bathroom was good, I like the shower head. the only thing that bothered me was half the second and third floors are smoking rooms and I had to get moved down to the first floor bc the smell […] of smoke was so bad. so the place is great if u stay on the first floor. also there is a cracker barrel right next it for breakfast and the stockyards are like 5 mins away so that was cool. 더 보기

Clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. Nice breakfast selection. No complaints.

Our room was exceptionally roomy, clean and comfortable. A real bargain. Unfortunately, the free breakfast was a joke. The breaker kept kicking off, making it almost impossible to make a waffle, use the microwave, etc. The management's solution was to place a bogus sign on the microwave stating "Microwave in use." The rooms are spacious with a table, microwave, and refrigerator and another dresser type table. Plenty of space for families. Breakfast was the typical fare minus yogurt so you mostly have carbs (but there are eggs). The only con -- early morning, I needed to advise someone over the computer & phone in the lobby/eating area and the front desk clerks […] along with a housekeeper were so loud that I could not hear my conversation over the phone. If you go to this hotel ask for Karl, he will do everything he can to help you. We had a problem with the heater in our room and he promptly moved us to another room. Our stay was exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very freindly, and helpful. Located next to major highway,easy access to the freway.

I stayed there on a Saturday night. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Although my room didn't smell like smoke the 2nd floor corridor smoke smell hit you the instant you got off the elevator. It seriously needs airing out. There are limited TV channels, but since I wasn't staying in the room that long it wasn't an issue. It was really convenient […] to have a Cracker Barrel restaurant right beside the hotel. I'm not much of a complainer, but for future guests, you should know my experience. The location was great. Easy access to interstate and a short drive to downtown Fort Worth. The hotel itself seemed clean and maintained. While heading to our room, our visit went downhill. our non-smoking room was at the end of a corridor on the third floor. Apparently […] most of the other rooms on that floor were smoking rooms. The hallway reeked of smoke and when we turned on the vent in our bathroom, the vent sucked the smoky hallway air into our room. Our TV in our room was so old and had such a bad picture, that we just left it off. One of the lamps' switches was broken, and when there are only 3 lamps in the room anyway, it's dark! We were able to get a muffin and some yogurt for breakfast around 8 am, but everything else was gone and no one was there to re-stock it. The price was reasonable for what we got, and overall the hotel seemed clean, but we won't be back. 더 보기

The hotel rate was very inexpensive. It was a good deal for a clean, comfortable room. Other than a few bolts needing tightened and a light bulb replaced, it was a very good deal. I would stay again.

All around great hotel! :-)

coming back from Iraq and going to Keller to see my daughter i was very happy to find the hotel in a great location as well as very accommodating with an early early check in we requested. i was very satisfied overall and was also very pet friendly which was great because our 6 year old boxer is a part of our family and he wanted to go see his 2 legged […] sister also. 더 보기

The hotel itself was extremely clean, everything worked in the room, and I had easy access to everything I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wil definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and will return to it if I have the opportunity.

our toilet broke spewing water all over bathroom floor breakfast was okay but did not leave it out long enough

I won't stay there again. First...the desk clerk gave us a room that someone was already in and we scared him and he scared us. We woke the gentleman up trying to get in his room. The entire floor our room was on smelt of cig smoke even though it was non-smoking The complimentary breakfast was just gross..stale bread/bagels The door stuck so when we […] swiped our key we had to push the door open with our body weight or have someone on the other side let us in. T.V.'s are terrible!!!!

First thing we encountered upon entering our room was a running toilet. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to be there in 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called again and then they said they were on the way. The front desk clerk showed up to fix the toilet, which had a broken flapper. After replacing that and leaving, the […] flapper chain disconnected with the lever and I fixed it myself. Also, they staggered pattern of non-smoking to smoking rooms made the entire hotel smell like cigarettes. Will not do that again!! Please read reviews carefully and what date they were posted!! 더 보기

The room was clean and comfortable. The rate was reasonable. We selected this hotel based on it's location relative to Texas Motor Speedway. The included hot breakfast was minimal but sufficient for our needs. I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

For the money, this is an okay place to stay. Convenient for being close to downtown Fort Worth, but not paying the premium for staying there. There isn't much nearby...you're pretty much "out there."

Very nice for the price. Not far from Stockyards or down town.

Coffee for one, needed to be for two. Breakfast until 10:00, would have been better until 10:30. Late night Saturday at a wedding. Pleasant staff. Nice pool.

The hotel was fine overall but there were a few things I wasn't happy with. The shower cutain rod in out room was tilted down so the curtain wouldn't strech out and stayed bunched up in the middle which made for a cold shower and alot of water on the floor. The lights in the bathroom were so dim I couldn't see to put makeup on properly and the blowdryer […] would overheat and turn off about every 30 seconds. Also were were gauranteed by the front desk they could have a cab there in 2 minutes and we waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes until the cab finally got there and nearly missed our dinner reservation. The hotel was very clean and staff were courteous. I felt safe in the area. The only suggestion that I would recommend is to change or flip the mattress. It dipped in the middle.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Close to down town and next door to hotel was a Crackle Barrel. Would stay here again.

I stayed at this Baymont for 3 days. And on these days the temperature was in the 100s, but there was no water in the swimming pool. The clerk kept saying he was going to call some one, but no one ever came.

I would stay here again. We were in a King Suite for one night at a reasonable rate. The mattress and bedding were new and super comfortable. Both my husband and I are in our 40's and really appreciate better mattresses. The room was clean and spacious with a fridge, microwave, and new flat screen tv. The pool was beautifully clean. The fitness room […] was well furnished with up to date treadmills. This is definitely a hotel/motel combination. Ice buckets etc are plastic. The carpet isn't worn, but you can see it has experienced some traffic. The breakfast is plentiful but not hot with the exception of the waffle maker and biscuits with hot gravy. The staff was friendly. There are several hotels on the street and I felt safe in the parking lot. Easy on and off of I35 just a few minutes north of downtown. 더 보기

Neat, clean, tidy, no problems, great breakfast, great room. Not luxurious, but everything you need at a fair price.

Would not recommend. Why? Internet connection not very good - they had barred all personal stuff like emails etc Reason given they had had 2 virus's on it - have they not heard of IT protection? Washing machine leaked - when I told staff they moped up leak with dirty towels - never fixed leak during our stay. Staff useless at giving directions to restaurants […] or places of interest.
